ABSTRAT
Angola is a country with vast endogenous energy resources, with important oil
and gas reserves, while the characteristics of its rivers and their relief means that it has
one of the greatest potentials for hydro production on the African continent. At the same
time, the extent of its territory and geographical location provide the country with
extraordinary solar potential. Although the existence of oil in Angola has already been
known since the middle of the last century, it was not until the post-independence
period that production was able to increase significantly, largely due to the substantial
change in the use and operation of this resource.

as Novas Energias Renováveis).
