Amazônia (sob revisão, alteração, aperfeiçoamento e autorização de nosso
presidente e demais superiores hierárquicos).

 Minhas considerações

 Dedico este trabalho aos meus avós e toda as suas respectivas linhagens
antepassadas, que não tiveram a oportunidade de possuírem todos estes
recursos da atualidade contemporânea.

 Deixo claro, que se esta proposta for analisada, revisada e seguida

adiante, mediante à aprovação do presidente da SEDA-PM, o
excelentíssimo Mr. Chong Kewn Kim e os demais representantes
hierárquicos, as evidências e consequências positivas podem a vir a
acontecer da forma mais natural e simples possível, seguindo o mesmo
modelo de outras multinacionais existentes dentro e fora do país.
 VISÃO GERAL
 Visto como uma das gigantes multinacionais mais valiosas e importantes
do mundo, a Samsung vem causando bastantes inovações com seus
produtos de alto desempenho e tecnologia.
 Mas o que está bom, pode melhorar. A criação da ferramenta PRO-3M, a
implementação do GWP, o SEED , o TINGU, o estudo da RBA foram ao longo
dos anos melhorias visando o bem-estar da preservação da imagem da
empresa e de seus colaboradores.
 AGORA com a adição de uma maquete arquitetônica em miniatura, a
empresa SEDA-PM está a dar mais um passo visando a preservar a sua boa
imagem como um todo, surpreendendo dessa forma, seus visitantes
externos, clientes, auditores e até mesmo os chamados “galácticos”.
ETAPA 1: A IMPORTÂNCIA DE UMA MAQUETE
ARQUITETÔNICA REPRESENTATIVA

 Segundo o autor Lucas Cechinel da Rosa, ele afirma que “por meio de
uma maquete é possível ter o domínio visual de todo conjunto espacial
que é sua temática e por ser um modelo tridimensional, favorece a
relação entre o que é observado no terreno e no mapa.” (Santos, 2009,
p.14)

 Dessa forma, se considerarmos todo o impacto visual de alta performance
da empresa SEDA-PM representada por uma maquete arquitetônica em
miniatura, os resultados positivos são imprescindíveis.
 ETAPA 2: INOVAR, MOSTRAR NOSSO
POTENCIAL E DIFERENCIAL

 Grandes lugares históricos da cidade de Manaus, visitada por turistas de

todo lugar, deparam-se com uma maquete arquitetônica representativa,
mostrando toda a importância daquele lugar, sua grandeza, zelo
patrimonial e valor cultural.
 Com a SEDA-PM isso não será diferente. Com foco nos nossos visitantes
externos, clientes, auditores e até mesmo os chamados “galácticos” vão
observar toda a importância e o valor de mercado da Samsung, porque a
maquete se tornou um novo fenômeno de arte visual dentro da empresa.

ETAPA 3: VERIFICAÇÃO DESTE PROJETO
POR UM GESTOR OU CHEFIA IMEDIATA
 O gestor ou algum chefe imediato deve verificar esta sugestão. Uma vez
verificada, revisada e aprovada, a apresentação deve ser encaminhada
e/ou direcionada para os demais departamentos da empresa, visto que,
mediante esta proposta, TODOS (AS) devem estar democraticamente de
acordo, porque a idéia visa toda à integridade e bem-estar da imagem
da SEDA-PM como um todo.
 Dessa forma, seguindo o mesmo modelo de outras entidades conhecidas,
nos destacaremos com mais uma grandiosa etapa.
ETAPA 4: APROVAÇÃO DO PRESIDENTE
E SEUS DEMAIS REPRESENTANTES

 Após a confirmação do presidente e seus demais representantes

hierárquicos, começar a verificar o orçamento financeiro do projeto.
 O lugar ideal para a permanência da maquete pode ser discutido ainda
entre o presidente e seus representantes, lembrando que o maior foco será
nos visitantes externos, clientes, auditores etc.
 Não sabemos quanto será o custo, mas desde já, temos que ressaltar tudo
o que já foi explicado até aqui, como uma forma de avanço e progresso.
 ETAPA 5: USO DE DRONES PARA
FOTOGRAFAR E RECONHECER TODO O
TERRENO E ESPAÇO GEOGRÁFICO
 A utilização dos drones deve ser aprovada pelo presidente e seus demais
representantes para que todo o terreno seja reconhecido e retratado.
ETAPA 6: SOLICITAR UMA EMPRESA
ESPECIALIZADA PARA O SERVIÇO
 Após toda a coleta de dados e informações,
verificar todo o orçamento sem imprevistos
sérios, neste caso, a importância de contratar
um profissional especializado na área, afim de
se encarregar de todo o trabalho estrutural,
bem como o tamanho, medidas, espaço a ser
utilizado e tempo de duração do serviço.
 Dessa forma, podemos esperar um resultado
com 100% de êxito.

 Visto tudo o que foi ressaltado até aqui, podemos aguardar mais uma de

I dedicate this work to my grandparents and all their respective ancestors, who did not
have the opportunity to possess all these contemporary resources.

Seen as one of the most valuable and important multinational giants in the world,
Samsung has been causing quite a few innovations with its high performance
products and technology.
But what is good, can improve. The creation of the PRO-3M tool, the implementation
