Following the requirements of your English module, you are going to write an
assignment on the following topic: Domestic violence against men in my community: Is
it a reality?

• Before you start writing, think about issues like: Different kinds of violence. What are
the causes and the consequences? Do men always report violence to the authorities? If
so, who are the men who report it? If not, why don’t they report it? Etc.

• You are encouraged to research by reading books about this topic and newspapers to
enrich your work. However, you are not allowed to copy entire sections or articles from
newspapers or internet or any other source.

In your module, you learnt how to write an assignment. So, you are going to follow the
correct steps to write an assignment of 8 to 10 pages maximum, including Introduction,
Conclusion and Bibliography.
