- Circular a cabea para os lados, para cima e para baixo
- Fazer caretas procurando utilizar todos os msculos do rosto
- Articular A/E/I/O/U, forando o diafragma e anasalando as expresses.

Limpeza das cordas vocais e Fono-Articulao:

Para leitura lenta:

Cuidados com a voz
Perodos curtos de rouquido em adultas geralmente no so motivos de maiores preocupaes. Costumam aparecer
por causa de gripes que atinge a laringe aonde esto localizadas as cordas vocais.
Dificuldades emocionais tambm podem estar por trs dos sintomas. A associao entre agresses fsicas causadas
pelo cigarro, alergias, infeces e o uso inadequado da voz de fato o agente causador de boa parte dos problemas
das cordas vocais.
A ansiedade aumenta a tenso muscular e modifica a postura. O paciente tende a no relaxar o corpo para a
respirao diafragmtica, a forar a voz na garganta e at agitar sem motivo.
O tratamento destes casos conjuga exerccios fono, tcnicas de relaxamento e diminuio de ansiedade.
Em situaes estressantes as pessoas podem perder complemente a voz.
Exerccios Para Relaxamento
1- Com os olhos fixados, comece a massagear a cabea com as pontas dos dedos (lavar a cabea), ao mesmo tempo
v eliminando todo e qualquer pensamento.
2- Alternando a palma da mo e a ponta dos dedos massageie todo o rosto (amassar o rosto).
3- Movimente a cabea para um lado e para outro (direita e esquerda)como se quisesse encostar a cabea nos
ombros (no mexa os ombros),alterne o movimento passando a movimentar a cabea para frente e para trs, por
ltimo faa movimentos de rotao com a cabea.
4- Com os ombros soltos ao longo do corpo, faa movimentos de rotao dos ombros, para frente e para trs.
Depois de j haver treinado bastante e j estar emitindo os sons PRRRR... e TRRRR... sem falhas ou interrupes,
vamos repetir o exerccio anterior com uma diferena:
No final de cada som iremos acrescentar as vogais A,E,I,O,U.

Assim como nos exemplos acima, o som que voc estiver produzindo para pr-aquecer, dever estar no
mesmo volume, intensidade e tom.
NO BRINQUE COM ESTE EXERCCIO FAZENDO SONS MUITO AGUDOS, MUITO GRAVES OU
MISTURANDO OS DOIS TONS.

Permita-se alguns segundos de relaxamento entre cada rotao. Mas continue sorrindo. Voc pode
fazer este exerccio em p, sentado ou deitado.
EQUILBRIO
O equilbrio importante. Tente estipular um horrio para o exerccio de "comportamento modal" o
andar, o virar-se e o inclinar-se com livros sobre a cabea. Respire suave e conscientemente, em
harmonia com os movimentos de seu corpo. Isto encoraja a coordenao suave graciosa dos
msculos.
