1. RECOMENDAÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA

1.1 - Seguir os procedimentos de montagem e desmontagens indicados

neste manual.
1.2 - Atente-se sempre as normas de segurança de sua empresa, governo
ou outras instituições.
1.3 - Verifique as condições do local de trabalho onde o equipamento será
utilizado.
1.4 - Estude previamente o ponto de aplicação do produto.
1.5 - Inspecione atentamente suas ferramentas antes da realização da
instalação.

2. INSTRUÇÕES PARA INSTALAÇÃO

2.1 - ESFERA PARA INSTALAÇÃO CONVENCIONAL

PORTUGUÊS
1 - Determine a localização no condutor
onde a esfera irá ser aplicada.
2 - Retire o parafuso menor em cada
sapata da esfera e afrouxe os parafusos
maiores, permitindo a abertura parcial da
esfera.
3 - Encaixe a esfera no condutor.
4 - Encaixe os parafusos menores nas
sapatas da esfera.
5 - Utilizando uma ferramenta adequada, figura 1
aperte as porcas até alinhar as arruelas
de pressão, ajustando as duas partes da
esfera.

2.2 - ESFERA PARA INSTALAÇÃO POR CORDA OU ROBÔ

2.2.1 - INSTALAÇÃO POR CORDA

1 - Executar a amarração com o “nó de

correr” no olhal de acionamento da
esfera. (item 3)
2- Elevar a esfera até o cabo para-raio e
posicioná-la observando o sentido do figura 2 figura 3
adesivo da seta.(figura 2)
3 - Colocar o carretilha para instalação e
desinstalação esfera corda/robô no cabo
para-raio. Somente com auxílio da
carretilha arrastar a esfera até o local da
instalação. (figura 3)
4 - Puxar com impacto para baixo a corda
de acionamento da esfera até que o olhal figura 4
fique na posição de travamento. (figura 4)

5 - Soltar o ‘‘nó’’ do olhal de acionamento.

 NOTA:
As cordas devem estar sempre seccionadas com a utilização dos
‘‘bastões isolantes’’, separador de corda entre fase e terra.

2.2.2. INSTALAÇÃO POR ROBÔ

1 - Elevar a esfera até o cabo para-raio e posicioná-la observando o

sentido do adesivo de identificação de lado de instalação da esfera.
2 - Instalar o conjunto do robô e fixar no cabo para-raios através do
grampo de fixação.
3 - Posicionar a haste de travamento na travessa do olhal de acionamento
da esfera.
4 - Instalar a corda do sistema de resgate.
5 - Avançar o robô no sentido da instalação.
6 - Fixar a esfera no cabo.
7 - Retornar o robô junto à torre.

NOTA:
A Solução Equipamentos não fornece robô para esta operação. Para mais
informações, consultar o Manual de Instruções do fabricante do robô para
instalação de esferas de sinalização.

2.3 - ESFERA PARA INSTALAÇÃO POR HELICÓPTERO

1 - Determine a localização no condutor onde a esfera será aplicada.

2 - Utilizando o Bastão de Manobra instale a esfera.
3 - Após instalação, afaste o helicóptero.

3. INSTRUÇÃO PARA FAZER O ‘‘NÓ DA CORDA’’

4. REMOÇÃO DA ESFERA

4.1 - ESFERA PARA INSTALAÇÃO CONVENCIONAL

Para remover o componente, realizar as operações inversas descritas no

item 2.1.

4.2 - ESFERA PARA INSTALAÇÃO POR CORDA/ROBÔ

4.2.1 - REMOÇÃO POR CORDA

1 - Instalar a garatéia na carretilha para

instalação e desinstalação da esfera
corda/robô. Colocar a carretilha no cabo
para-raio observando o lado de acionamento
do olhal. (figura 6)
2 - Arrastar a carretilha até a esfera. As
cordas deverão estar seccionadas com os
bastões separadores de corda. Engatar a
garatéia no olhal de aciona-mento. (figura 7) figura 6 figura 7

 3 - Puxar a garatéia até que o olhal de
acionamento fique na posição de destravar a
esfera. (figura 8)
4 - Com a garatéia ainda engatada, puxar a

4.2.2 - REMOÇÃO POR ROBÔ

1 - Instalar o robô de instalação no cabo para-raio.
2 - Avance o robô até que ele toque e engate a esfera.
3 - Retorne o robô para destravar o olhal da esfera.
4 - Parar o robô e retornar em direção da esfera até que as ventosas se
acoplem na esfera.
5 - Retorne o robô, junto com a esfera até a torre.
6 - Remova a esfera do cabo.

4.3 - ESFERA PARA INSTALAÇÃO POR HELICÓPTERO

Para remover o componente realizar as operações inversas das descritas

no item 2.3

5. RECOMENDAÇÕES AMBIENTAIS

Ao final da vida útil da Esfera de Sinalização, os resíduos deve ser

descartados:
- Resíduos em fibra de vidro e resina: Aterro Industrial ou incineração;
- Resíduos em Polietileno de Alta Densidade e borracha: Reciclagem;
- Resíduos metálicos: Sucata.

1. SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

1.1 - Follow the assembly anddisassembly procedure indicated on this

 2. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 - SPHERE FOR STANDARD INSTALLATION

1 - Determine the location on the conductor

where the sphere will be applied.
2 - Remove the smaller screw of each
sphere clamp and loosen the larger
screws, allowing the partial opening of the
sphere.
3 - Fit the sphere on the conductor.

4 - Fit the smaller screws on the sphere

5 - Using a suitable tool, tighten the nuts figure 1
until align the lock washers, adjusting the
two parts of the sphere.

2.2 - SPHERE FOR ROBOT/ROPE INSTALLATION

2.2.1 - ROPE INSTALLATION

1 - Execute the mooring with knot in the

drive eye-hook of the sphere. (item 3)
2 - Lift the sphere up to she lightning
arresters cable and position by observing
the direction the arrow sticker. (figure 2) figure 2 figure 3
3 - Put the Installation and uninstallation
pulley on the lightning arresters cable.
Only with the help of the Installation and
uninstallation pulley, drag the sphere to
the installation local. (figure 3)
4 - Pull down, with impact, the sphere
drive rope until eye-hook is in locked
position. (figure 4) figure 4
5 -Loosen the knot of the drive eye-hook.

NOTE:
The ropes should always be sectioned with the use of the insulating stick,
rope separator, between phase and ground.

2.2.2. ROBOT INSTALLATION

1 - Lift the sphere up to the lightning arresters cable and position by

observing direction of the sticker.
2 - Install the robot set and fix on the lightning arresters cable by
connection clamp.
3 - Position the locking rods on the drive eye-hook of the sphere.

4 - Install the rescue system rope.
5 - Move the robot toward the installation.
6 - Fix the sphere on the cable.
7 - Return the robot to the tower.

NOTE:
Solução Equipamentos does not provide a robot for this operation. For
more information, refer to the Instruction Manual of the Rot Manufacturer
for Daylight Warning Spheres.

2.3 - SPHERE FOR HILICOPTER INSTALLATION

1 - Determine the location on the conductor where the sphere will be

applied.
2 - Use the Clampstick, install the sphere.
3 - After the installation, move away the helicopter.

3. INSTRUCTION TO DO THE “ROPE KNOT”

3.1 - Fold the rope in half 3.2 - Do the first loop using 3.3 - Pull the rope end

4. SPHERE REMOVAL

4.1 - SPHERE FOR STANDARD INSTALLATION

To remove the component, realize the reverse operations described in

item 2.1.

4.2 - SPHERE FOR ROPE/ROBOT INSTALLATION

4.2.1 - REMOVAL BY ROPE

1 - Install the hooks on the Installation and

uninstallation pulley. Put the tools on the
lightning arresters observing the eye-
hook drive side. (figure 6)
2 - Drag the Installation and uninstallation
pulley to the sphere . The ropes should be
sectioned with the rope separator. Hitch
the hook on the drive eye-hook. (figure 7)

3 - Pull the hook until the drive eye-hook
stay in position to unlock the sphere.
(figure 8)
4 - With the hook still hitched, pull the
sphere to the electrician standing in the
tower.

4.2.2 - REMOVAL BY ROBOT

1 - Advance the robot until it touches the spheres.
2 - Return the robot to unlock the sphere eye-hook.

3 - Stop the robot and return towards the sphere until the claws engage the
sphere.
4 - Return the robot, with the sphere, to the tower.
5 - Remove the sphere from the cable.

4.3 - SPHERE FOR HELICOPTER INSTALLATION

To remove the component, realize the reverse operations described in

item 2.3.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL RECOMMENDATIONS

At the end of the useful life of Daylight Warning Spheres, the waste must
be eliminated:
- Fiber glass and epoxy resin residues: Industrial landfill or incineration;
- High Density Polyethylene and Rubber : Recycling;
- Metal debris: Junkyard.

2. INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN

2.1 - ESFERA PARA LA INSTALACIÓN CONVENCIONAL

1 - Determine la ubicación en el
conductor donde se aplicará la esfera.
2 - Retire el tornillo más pequeño de
cada zapato de la esfera y afloje los
tornillos más grandes, permitiendo la
apertura parcial de la esfera.
3 - Enganche la esfera en el conductor.
4 - Enganche los tornillos más
pequeños en las zapatas de la esfera.
5 - Utilizando una herramienta
adecuada, apriete las las tuercas hasta figura 1
alinear las arandelas de presión
ajustando las dos partes de la esfera.

2.2 - ESFERA PARA LA INSTALACIÓN POR CUERDA O ROBOT

2.2.1 - INSTALACIÓN POR CUERDA

1 - Ejecutar el amarre con ‘‘nudo de
correr’’ en el ojal de accionamiento de la
esfera. (item 3)
2- Elevar la esfera hasta el cable
pararrayo y colocarla observando el
sentido del adhesivo. (figura 2) figura 2 figura 3
3 - Colocar la Polea de instalación y
desinstalación deside la esfera en el
cable pararrayo. Sólo con ayuda de la
Polea de instalación y desinstalación,
arrastrar la esfera hasta el lugar de la
instalación. (figura 3)
4 - Tirar, con impacto, hacia abajo la
cuerda de accionamiento de la esfera
hasta que el ojal quede en la posición de figura 4
bloqueo. (figura 4)
5 - Soltar el “nudo” del ojal de figura 5
accionamiento. (figura 5)

 NOTA:
Las cuerdas deben estar siempre seccionadas con la utilización del
“bastones aislantes”, separador de cuerda entre las fases y tierra.

2.2.2. INSTALACIÓN POR ROBOT

1 - Elevar la bola hasta el cabe pararrayo y colocarla observando el

sentido del adhesivo.
2 - Instalar el conjunto del robot y fijar en el cable pararrayo a través del clip
de fijación.
3 - Posicionar la asta de bloqueo en el tramo del ojal de accionamiento de
la esfera.
4 - Instalar la cuerda del sistema de rescate.
5 - Avanzar el robot en el sentido de la instalación.
6 - Fijar la esfera en el cable.
7 - Retornar el robot junto a la torre.

2.3 - ESFERA PARA LA INSTALACIÓN POR HELICÓPTERO

1 - Determine la ubicación en el conductor donde se aplicará la esfera.

2 - Usando el Pértiga de Maniobra, instale la esfera.
3 - Después de la instalación, aleje el helicóptero.

4. REMOCIÓN DE LA ESFERA

4.1 - ESFERA PARA LA INSTALACIÓN CONVENCIONAL

Para quitar el componente, realizar las operaciones inversas de las

descritas en el item 2.1.

4.2 - ESFERA PARA LA INSTALACIÓN POR CUERDA O ROBOT

4.2.1 - REMOCIÓN POR CUERDA

1 - Instalar el gancho en la Polea de

instalación y desinstalación de las esferas.
Colocar el conjunto en el cable pararrayo
observando el lado de accionamiento del
ojal. (figura 6)
2 - Arrastrar la Polea hasta a la esfera. Las
cuerdas deberán estar seccionadas con el
bastón separador de cuerda. Enganche el
gancho el ojal de accionamiento. (figura 7) figura 6 figura 7

 3 - Tirar del gancho hasta que el ojal de
accionamiento quede en la posición de
desbloquear la esfera. (figura 8)
4 - Con el gancho aún enganchado, tirar de la
esfera hasta el electricista que está en la
torre.

4.2.2 - REMOCIÓN POR ROBOT figura 8

1 - Instale el robot de instalación en el cable pararrayo.

2 - Avance el robot hasta que toque y enganche la esfera.
3 - Retorne el robot para desbloquear el ojal de la esfera.
4 - Parar el robot y regresar la esfera hasta que las ventosas se acople en
la esfera.
5 - Retorne el robot, junto con la esfera hasta la torre.

6 - Quite la esfera del cable.

4.3 - ESFERA PARA LA INSTALACIÓN POR HELICÓPTERO

Para quitar el componente, realizar las operaciones inversas de las

descritas en el item 2.3.

5. RECOMENDACIONES AMBIENTALES

Al final de su vida útil todos los residuos de la Esfera de Señalización

deberán ser eliminados en instalaciones que cuenten con autorización
sanitaria:

- Residuos de fibra de vidrio y resina: Vertedero Industrial o inceneración;

- Residuos en Polietileno de alta densidad y caucho: Reciclaje;
- Residuos metálicos: Chatarra.
