ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Place the packaging with the equipment on a level surface. It is recommended that you place a
protective cover for your floor. Exercise caution when you are loading and transporting equipment.
Unpack and assemble the equipment where it will be used.

 STEP 1

Insert 2 Guide bars (22) into the holes of the Rear Stabilizer(2) separately and tighten them with 2 Allen
bolts M10x25 (37) and 2 Washers Ø10 (44).
Attach the Main frame(1) to the Rear Stabilizer(2) as the diagram shows and tighten them with 2 Bolts
M10x90 (27), 1 Bracket (104), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 2 Lock nuts M10 (46).

STEP 2

Attach the Front vertical frame (3) onto the Main frame (1). Carefully align the holes and secure them
with 2 Bolts M10x70 (27), 1 Bracket (24), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 2 Lock nuts M10 (46).
Attach the Seat pad support(6) to the Front vertical frame (3) and secure them with 2 Bolts M10x70 (27),
1 Bracket(24), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 2 Lock nuts M10 (46).

STEP 3

Place the 2 Weight plate bottom supports (92) along the Guide bars (22) and secure them with 2 Allen
Bolt M10x25 (37) and 2 Washers Ø10 (44).
Place 14 Weight plates (100) along the Guide bars (22) from the top to the bottom, insert the Weight
selector tube (17) into the center hole of the weight plates. And then place the Upper weight plate (101)
again.

STEP 4

Place the 2 Weight plate upper supports (91) along the Guide bars (22).
Place the Upper frame (12) onto the Front Vertical Frame (3) and 2 Guide bars (22), align the holes and
secure them with 2 Allen bolts M10x25 (37), 4 Washers Ø10 (44), 2 Bolts M10x70 (27), 1 Bracket (24),
2 Lock nuts M10 (46).
Secure the 2 Weight plate upper supports (91) with the rear part of the Upper frame with 2 Allen bolts
M10x50 (34) and 2 Washers Ø10 (44).

STEP 5

Attach the Front Press Frame (15) to the Upper Frame (12), secure them with 1 Axle (26), 2 Washers
Ø25xØ10.5xØ1.5 (45) and 2 Lock nuts M10 (46).
Attach the Swivel pulley bracket (19) to the support as the diagram shows, and secure it with 1 Allen
bolt M10x65 (31), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46). Repeat the same way to install another.

STEP 6

A. Attach the Front support frame (5) onto the base frame, secure them with 1 Bolt M10x80 (30), 2
Washers Ø10 (44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
B. Insert the Seat pad adjustment support (9) into the hole of the seat pad support, select the desired
height with the Lock knob (83).
C. Insert the Backrest pad support (18) into the hole and select the desired location with the Lock knob
(83).

STEP 7

Attach the Right arm (8) to the Front press base, secure them together with 1 Washer Ø25xØ10.5xØ1.5
(45), 1 Lock nut M10 (46). Push 1 Butterfly foam roll (78) as the diagram shows.
Repeat the same way to install the Left arm (7).
Attach the Front tube (13) as the diagram shows and secure them with Swivel axle (25), 2 Allen bolts
M10x16 (38) and 2 Washers Ø10 (44).

STEP 8

Attach the 2 Handlebars (4) into the butterfly frame as the diagram shows. Secure them with 2 Allen
bolts M10x25 (37) and 2 Washers Ø10 (44).
Insert the Leg press frame(10) into the hole as the diagram show and select the desired height with the
Lock knob(84).

STEP 9

A. Insert the Bolt end of the 3150mm Upper cable (94) through opening in Upper frame. Place 1 Pulley
(79) below the cable and secure the A pulley using 1 Allen bolt M10x45 (35), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 1
Lock nut M10 (46).
B. Draw the cable backwards and place the B pulley below the cable, secure the pulley with the same
way in A.
C. Draw the cable around the pulley and front , place the C pulley below the cable and secure them
with 1 Allen bolt M10×140 (28), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
D. Draw the cable around the pulley and backwards, place the D pulley below the cable and secure it
with the same way in A.
E. Draw the cable around the pulley and downwards, place the E pulley onto the cable, secure the
pulley with Double floating pulley bracket (23) together with the 1 Allen Bolt M10x50 (33), 2 Washers
Ø10 (44), 2 Bushings (81), 2 Retainer (80) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
F. Draw the cable around the pulley and upwards, place the F pulley below the cable and secure them
with 1 Allen bolt M10x65 (31), 2 bushings (47) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
G. Draw the cable around the pulley and downwards, thread the end of the upper cable to the top
opening of the selector rod at least 5 laps to keep safe.
Select the desired weight when exercising using the L shape Lock pin.

A. Attach the end of the 3020mm Butterfly cable(79) to the hook and place 1 Pulley (79) below the
cable, secure the pulley to the Swivel pulley bracket (19) with 1 Allen bolt M10x45 (35), 2 Washers Ø10
(44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
B. Draw the cable around the pulley and downwards, place 1 Pulley (79) onto the cable, secure the
pulley with Cross double floating pulley bracket (16) together with the 1 Allen Bolt M10x50 (33),
2 Washers Ø10 (44), 2 Bushings (81), 2 Retainer (80) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
C. Draw the cable around the pulley and upwards, install another pulley with the same way in above A
and B steps.

A. Attach the 4600mm Lower cable (95) through the opening of the Front tube, place A pulley onto
the cable and secure the pulley with 1 Allen bolt M10x65 (31), 2 Bushings (47) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
B. Draw the cable backwards and place the B pulley below it, secure the pulley with the same way in A.
C. Draw the cable around the pulley and backwards again, place C pulley onto it, secure the pulley
with the same way with 1 Allen bolt M10x45 (35), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
D. Draw the cable around the pulley and place the D pulley below the cable, secure the pulley with the
way C.
E. Draw the cable around the pulley and downwards, place the E pulley onto the cable and secure the
pulley with 1 Allen bolt M10x60 (32), 2 Bushings (48) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
F. Draw the cable around the pulley, place the F pulley onto the cable and secure the pulley with the
same way C.
G. Draw the cable around the pulley and place the G pulley below the cable, secure the it with the same
way in Step 10 B procedure.
H. Draw the cable around the pulley and repeat the step F to secure the pulley.
I. Draw the cable around the pulley and upwards, secure the puley with the double floating pulley
bracket together with the same way in Step 9 E.
J. Draw the cable around the pulley and reach the U shape Bracket , secure it with 1 Allen bolt M10x28
(36), 2 Washers Ø10 (44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).

STEP 12

Attach the Leg press plate (11) to the bracket and secure it with 1 Allen bolt M10x90(29), 2 Washers Ø10
(44) and 1 Lock nut M10 (46).
Attach the Weight plate cover (102) to the Upper bracket (91) and Bottom bracket (92), 2 External
brackets (93) fix using the 6 Philips screws ST6x21 (41) and 6 Washers Ø6 (42).

STEP 13

Attach the Seat pad (98) onto the Adjustment support and secure them with 4 Allen bolts M8x18 (39)
and 4 Washers Ø8 (43).
Attach the Backrest pad (97) to the Backrest pad support(18) and secure them with 2 Allen bolts M8x40
(40) and 2 Washers Ø8 (43).
Attach the Arm curl pad (99) to the Arm curl pad support (14) and secure them with 2 Allen bolts M8x18
(39) and 2 Washers Ø8 (43).
Insert the 2 Foam roll tubes (103) as the diagrams show. And then push 4 Foam roll(77) and 4 End Caps
(85) from both ends.

STEP 14

Attach the Short bar (21) to the end of the Lower cable with the 1 Chain (88) and 2 Carabiner (86).
Attach the Upper bar as the diagram shows.

 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Before you use your equipment make sure it is in good condition. Check the general condition of the equipment, as
described in "Safety Information". If the equipment is not in perfect condition, contact an Authorized Technical
Assistant.

CLEANING:
- Never use abrasive or solvents for cleaning.
- Do not leave the equipment exposed to natural agents such as sunlight, rain, dew, dust, salt spray etc.
- Do not put the equipment in dusty environments, wet, saunas or anywhere unventilated.
- Always use original spare parts. Improper maintenance can cause damage to the product and loss of warranty.
- If you prefer, this cleaning can be done by a Technical Assistant (see values).

WARNING: This equipment is designed for residential use. We assume no responsibility when it is used by gyms,
clubs, clinics or condos.

WARRANTY
Terms of Guarantee
A. The warranty procedures will be carried out only upon
presentation of the note / original coupon tax of Sale and limitations
laid down by these Terms. The guarantee shall be provided by the

B. The conditions set out in this Agreement are guaranteed to the
first user purchaser of this product for a period of 6 (six) months
(including the legal guarantee period - first 90 (ninety) days,

maintenance services such as cleaning, lubrication and adjustment

G. No dealer is authorized to receive client product to refer you local

behalf of the Manufacturer / Supplier of the progress of the service.
The manufacturer / supplier or consumer support are not
responsible for any damage or delay due to this non-compliance.
H. The Manufacturer / Supplier keep available spare parts until they

the spare supply its line of equipment for a reasonable period of

and micro oil to the joints of weight stations, should be exclusively
recommended by the manufacturer, available at Authorized
Technical Assistance Network.
K. Components that wear out with regular use of equipment such as
motor brushes, belts, pads, brake bands, felt, steel chains and cables,
when this equipment will have warranty for a period of 90 days from
the invoice or manufacturing defect found by the Authorized
Technical Assistance Network.
Extinction Assurance
This warranty will be considered void when:

MONTAJE

A. Conecte a extremidade do Cabo do Voador peitoral de 3020 mm (79) ao gancho e coloque 1 Polia
(79) sob o cabo, prenda a polia ao Suporte giratório da polia (19) com 1 Parafuso Allen M10x45 (35), 2
Arruelas Ø10 (44) e 1 Porca M10 (46).
B. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e para baixo, coloque 1 polia (79) no cabo, prenda a polia com
suporte flutuante duplo cruzado de polia (16) junto com 1 Parafuso Allen M10x50 (33), 2 Arruelas Ø10
(44), 2 Buchas (81), 2 Retentores (80) e 1 Porca M10 (46).
C. Passe o cabo ao redor da alça e para cima, instale outra alça da mesma maneira que nas etapas A e B
acima.

A. Conecte o Cabo Inferior de 4600mm (95) através da abertura no Tubo Frontal, coloque uma polia no
cabo e prenda a polia com 1 Parafuso Allen M10x65 (31), 2 Buchas (47) e 1 Porca M10 (46 )
B. Passe o cabo de volta e coloque a polia B sob ele, prenda a polia da mesma maneira que na etapa A
acima.
C. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e de volta, coloque a polia C nela, prenda a polia da mesma forma
com 1 Parafuso Allen M10x45 (35), 2 Arruelas Ø10 (44) e 1 Porca M10 (46).
D. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e coloque a polia D sob o cabo, fixe da mesma forma que a polia C.
E. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e para baixo, coloque a polia E no cabo e prenda a polia com 1
Parafuso Allen M10x60 (32), 2 Buchas (48) e 1 Porca M10 (46).
F. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia, coloque a polia F no cabo e prenda da mesma forma que a polia C.
G. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e coloque a polia G sob o cabo, prenda da mesma forma mostrada no
Passo 10, etapa B.
H. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e repita a etapa F para prendê-la.
I. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e para cima, prenda a polia no Suporte Duplo Flutuante de Polia (23)
da mesma maneira mostrada no Passo 9, etapa E.
J. Passe o cabo ao redor da polia e alcance o suporte em U, fixe-o com 1 Parafuso Allen M10x28 (36),
2 Arruelas Ø10 (44) e 1 Porca M10 (46).

- Não coloque o equipamento em ambientes empoeirados e úmidos, saunas ou em qualquer lugar sem ventilação.
-Use sempre peças sobressalentes originais. A manutenção inadequada pode danificar o produto e anular a

- Se preferir, esta limpeza pode ser feita por um Assistente Técnico (ver valores).
