MODO DE PREPARAR
Em uma batedeira coloque a manteiga em temperatura ambiente e os
açúcares. Bata bem, até que obtenha uma mistura clara e aerada;
1- Junte os ovos e a essência de baunilha e misture novamente;

In a mixer, place the butter at room temperature and the sugars. Beat
well, until you get a light and aerated mixture;
1- Add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix again;
2- Add the flour, bicarbonate and beat well, until the ingredients are
incorporated;
3- Add the pieces and the chocolate and mix once more (without beating)
4- Make mounds with the dough (approximately 1 full tablespoon); place the
mounds of dough with a certain distance from each other, as they will spread
out when baking;
5- Place in the freezer for 20 minutes;
6- Then take it directly to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes;
7- Serve!
