À S.E. O SENHOR BASÍLIO MUHATE, SECRE-
TÁRIO GERAL DA ORGANIZAÇÃO DA JUVEN-
TUDE MOÇAMBICANA
O Presidente da VJM, Benigno Papelo, endereça
as suas felicitações à sua excelência o senhor Basílio
Muhate, pela sua retumbante vitória e assunção do alto
cargo de Secretário Geral da OJM-Organização da Ju-
ventude Moçambicana.
A VJM sublinha a grande importância que seus
Membros concede ao reforço e consolidação das rela-
ções com a OJM, um grande organismo que desem-
penha o papel de liderança nas questões nacionais e
internacionais.
A VJM está confiante que sob a dinâmica e sábia
liderança do Secretário Muhate e com o seu compro-
misso renovado para a promoção do diálogo em todas
as questões estratégicas de interesse para o futuro da
juventude, bem com a sua sensibilidade para com os
desafios globais que a juventude enfrenta. Além disso,
esta mudança criará igualmente uma oportunidade
conducente à promoção do desenvolvimento, revitaliza-
ção, engajamento dos jovens no processo de desenvol-
vimento do nosso deslumbrante e belo Moçambique,
em particular, para o desenvolvimento de todo o Povo
Moçambicano.

ERAL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF YOUTH MO-
ZAMBICAN
The President of VJM, Benigno Papelo, addressing
his congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Basílio Muhate
by its resounding victory and assumption of the high office
of Secretary-General of the OJM Mozambican Youth Orga-
nization.
The VJM underlines the great importance its mem-
bers attach to the strengthening and consolidation of rela-
tions with the OJM, a big body that plays the leading role
in national and international issues.
The VJM is confident that under the dynamic and
wise leadership of Secretary Muhate and its renewed com-
mitment to the promotion of dialogue on all issues of stra-
tegic interest for the future of youth, with its sensitivity to
global challenges youth face. Moreover, this change will
also create a conducive opportunity for development, re-
generation, youth engagement in the development process
of our stunning and beautiful Mozambique, in particular
for the development of the entire Mozambican people.
Looking forward and committed to strengthening the
excellent relations between the Mozambican Youth and
OJM, the president of the Administration VJM welcomes

BREVES
A REVISTA VISÃO JOVEM PASSA A
SER IMPRESSA EM 2011

Resultante de uma parceria entre a VJM-Visão Jovem

Moçambicana e a Revista Capital, uma revista que se dedica
na área empresarial, a Revista Visão Jovem, pertencente a
VJM passa a ser impressa e presente nas bancas para o ano
de 2011. Facto que veio deixar eufóricos aos jovens envolvi-
dos nesse projecto, que nasceu e que agora está a ser mate-
rializado.

Com esse passo dado, a revista não irá sofrer nenhu-

ma alteração editorial, tratando-se de uma revista jovem, e
conceituada a nível dos países lusófonos, a mesma passara
a suportar a 100% conteúdos relacionados com a juventude
nacional, bem como daqueles jovens que tem vindo a colabo-
rar na revista.

Espera-se que este possa ser um dos instrumentos dos

média onde a juventude irá se expressar de diversas manei-
ras, o facto ímpar é que a mesma poderá ser de elevada im-
portância para os jovens académicos

A mesma continuara a ser distribuída por email no for-

mato PDF, mas serão aplicados termos e condições, de modo
que a revista possa ter mais ainda credibilidade digital e de
consumo.

ES TO BE PRINTED IN 2011
Resulting from a partnership between the Mozam-
bican Youth VJM-Vision and Capital Magazine, a maga-
zine that focuses on business, the Youth Vision Magazine,
owned by VJM goes to print and present at newsstands for
the year 2011. This fact came to leave euphoric young peo-
ple involved in that project, who was born and is now being
materialized.

With this step, the magazine will not suffer any edito-
rial amendment, in the case of a young magazine, and con-
ceptualized in terms of Lusophone countries, it had come
to support the 100% content related to national youth and
those young people who has worked in the magazine.

It is hoped that this can be an instrument of the me-

dia where the youth will express themselves in many ways,
the odd fact is that it may be very important for young aca-
demics

The same continued to be distributed by email in

PDF format, but will apply the terms and conditions, so that
the magazine may have even more credibility and digital
consumer.

Actual presidente de Moçambique, Armando Emílio Gue-
buza.Moçambique é uma república presidencialista cujo gover-
no é formado pelo partido político com maioria parlamentar. As
eleições são realizadas a cada cinco anos.

A Frelimo foi o movimento que lutou pela libertação desde

o início da década de sessenta. Após a independência, passou
a controlar exclusivamente o poder, aliada a seus antigos alia-
dos comunistas, em oposição aos estados brancos vizinhos seg-
regacionistas, África do Sul e Rodésia, que apoiaram elementos
brancos recolonizadores e guerrilhas internas, situação esta que
viria a se transformar em uma guerra civil de 16 anos. Samora
Machel foi o primeiro presidente de Moçambique independente
e ocupou este cargo até à sua morte em 1986.

A Frelimo permaneceu no poder até os dias actuais, tendo

ganho por quatro vezes as eleições multi-partidárias realizadas
em 1994, 1999, 2004 e 2009, mesmo com acusações de fraudes.
A Renamo é o principal partido de oposição com representativi-
dade parlamentar. O Movimento Democrático de Moçambique,
que tem 8 deputados na Assembleia da República, se constituiu
em bancada parlamentar em abril de 2010.

ESTUDANTES
CONSELHOS PARA A REAL-
IZAÇÃO DE EXAMES
Tenha em atenção especialmente estes pontos quando es-
tiver a responder a um exame:
planificar e organizar bem o tempo durante um exame escrito
é talvez o mais importante;
ler e praticar exames anteriores do mesmo professor ou da
disciplina em questão é sempre útil pois diminui o tempo de análise
inicial do exame e reforça a confiança do estudante ao encontrar
algo eserado;
não responder à sorte, em especial quando são testes de es-
colha múltipla, pois na generalidade dos casos dá mau resultado;
mas não deixe de arriscar quando não tem absoluta certeza da re-
sposta;
ser o mais organizado e limpo possível dá alguns pontos ex-
tra, pois assim os professores conseguem ler o exame sem dificul-
dades; também o uso de expressões e frase muito rebuscadas deve
ser evitado para não prejudicar a transmissão do conteúdo;
quando não há tempo suficiente para estudar toda a matéria
de uma disciplina, é preferível estudar tudo sem pormenor do que
estudar intensivamente só alguns capítulos, pois isso permite que se
responda melhor ou pior a todas as questões.
Realização de um exame
A realização de um exame com sucesso passa por um bom
método de trabalho, que permita uma descontracção e concentração
no assunto a expor.
Assim, podemos explicitar um bom método:
ler todo o exame quando ele é entregue;
avaliar as questões, distinguindo aquelas que conseguimos
resolver, aquelas que não temos tanta certeza;
escolher as questões a realizar se o exame permitir essa op-
ção;
dividir o tempo de que se dispõe para realizar o exame pelas
questões começando pelas que sabemos e deixando para o fim as
mais difíceis;
fazer um rascunho ou esquema da resposta a cada pergun-
ta, dependendo do método que se prefere ou do tempo que ainda

resta;
escrever as respostas de uma forma clara e ordenada, o mais
limpa possível, pois um exame que custa pouco a ler torna incon-
scientemente o professor disposto mais favoravelmente para esse
estudante;
passar à frente sempre que haja dúvidas, pois a melhor ordem
de resolução nunca é aquela pela qual as questões se apresentam
mas sim a dos conhecimentos;
voltar às questões que apresentam mais dificuldades e tentar
sempre escrever alguma coisa; é melhor nunca deixar uma pergunta
em branco, a não ser que o assunto seja totalmente desconhecido;
se ainda sobrou algum tempo, deve-se tentar reler as questões
e corrigir pequenos erros.

a recolha dos exames, pois além do mais, em situações de pressão
torna-se mais difícil escrever algo inteligível.
TIPS FOR CONDUCTING TESTS
Note especially these points when answering a survey:

tions by starting with those who know the end and leaving the most
difficult;
make a sketch or outline of the answer to each question, de-
pending on which method you prefer or the time remaining;
write answers in a clear and orderly, as clean as possible, for an
exam that costs little to read it unwittingly provided the teacher more
favorably to that student;
go ahead where there is doubt, because the best resolution order
is never the one for which questions are presented but the knowledge;
return to the issues that present more difficulties and always try
to write something, it is better not leave a question blank, unless the
matter is entirely unknown;
is still some time left, you should try to reread the questions and
correct minor errors.
if time is not enough to complete everything you want, you
must accept that fact and not to hinder and delay collection of tests,
because in addition, in pressure situations becomes more difficult to
write something intelligible.

passado dia 24 de Novembro.
Os seus 23 anos forma comemorados num jantar sim-
ples servido aos mais chegados, que se fizeram presentes na
sua casa em Maputo, segundo ele, estes mais chegados, em-
bora não se fizeram todos os presentes, são os que de uma
forma directa ou indirecta tem contribuído naquele que tem
sido o seu crescimento social e profissional.
Os membros da VJM não se mantiveram indiferentes
ao aniversário do seu líder, endereçaram felicitações oficiais,
e como presente atribuíram os ganhos que a VJM tem alca-
nçado no percurso e desenvolvimentos das actividades nas
mãos de Benigno Papelo.

garden on the 24th November.
His celebrated 23 years as a simple dinner served to more
arrivals who were present at his home in Maputo, he said, these
closest, although they did not all present, are those of a directly or

fessional growth.
VJM members did not remain indifferent to the birthday
of their leader, addressed congratulations officers, and attributed
this to the gains they have achieved in the VJM route develop-

Em despacho separado, promoveu igualmente à patente
de Superintendente da Polícia, no escalão de Oficiais Superi-
ores, 388 oficiais da PRM. Ainda no mesmo dia, o Chefe do Esta-
do determinou a passagem à reserva na efectividade de serviço
do Inspector-Geral da Polícia, Miguel Francisco dos Santos.
Noutros despachos separados, o Presidente determinou a
passagem à reserva do Comissário da Polícia, Eduardo Sebastião
Musanhane e dos Primeiros-Adjuntos do Comissário da Polícia,
Francisco Vontade Inácio e João Mutaca e outros 7 oficiais.
No uso das mesmas competências, o Chefe do Estado de-
terminou em despachos presidenciais separados a passagem à
reserva de 7 Adjuntos do Comissário da Polícia, 17 Superinten-
dentes Principais da Policia e 24 Superintendentes da Polícia.

PROCRASTINAÇÃO ACADÊMICA ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION

ENTRE ESTUDANTES UNIVERSI- AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN
TÁRIOS EM ÁFRICA AFRICA
Actualmente, a taxa de estudantes universitários que
procrastinam em diferentes tarefas específicas tem aumen-
tado bastante em todo o mundo. De acordo com Salomão e
Rothblum (1984), procrastinação acadêmica é o comporta-
mento em que os estudantes deixam tarefas como trabalhos
escolares, preparação para os exames ou fazer os papéis
atribuídos ao termo no final do prazo, ou seja, na última
hora.
Procrastinação acadêmica é um grande problema para
os estudantes universitários em África. De acordo com os re-
sultados da pesquisa feita em 2003, 95% dos estudantes pro-
crastinam substituindo as atividades não-acadêmicas com as
atividades acadêmicas, a leitura de atribuição e em fazer tra-
balhos escritos em geral. Embora exista um grande número
de estudantes envolvidos em procrastinação acadêmica, te-
mos poucos pesquisadores nesta área em África.
Para superar o problema da procrastinação acadêmica,
os peritos devem fazer mais pesquisas nessa área e os alunos
devem motivar-se, tentar se concentrar mais nas tarefas aca-
démicas, em vez das não-acadêmicas, organizar o seu tempo
e geri-lo eficazmente. Se todos nós fizermos isso, seremos
capazes de superar este problema e teremos bom aproveita-
mento escolar.

nate in different specific tasks has increased a lot all around the
world. According to Solomon and Rothblum (1984), academic
procrastination is the behavior in which students leave tasks such
as doing homework, preparing for exams or doing the term papers
assigned at the end of the term at the last minute.
Academic procrastination is a big problem for university
students in Africa. According to the 2003 research findings, 95%
of students procrastinate by substituting non-academic activities
for academic activities, reading assignment, and writing term
papers in general. Although there is a large number of students
involved in academic procrastination, We have few researchers
in this area in Africa.
In order to overcome the problem of academic procrastina-
tion , experts should do more research in this area and students
should motivate themselves, try to concentrate more on academic
tasks rather than non- academic ones, organize their time and
manage it effectively. If we all do this, we will be able to overcome
this problem and be successful students.

A FRIGIDEZ PODE SER CURADA?
A frigidez normalmente torna-se um problema numa
relação
A frigidez ou inibição do desejo sexual deve-se mui-
tas vezes a preconceitos, crenças ou educação imprópria e à
forma como a mulher vê o seu próprio corpo.
Alibidimia, mais conhecida por frigidez, é uma doen-
ça que pode ser de natureza física ou psicológica. Podemos
distinguir frigidez primária, que começa em idade jovem, de
frigidez secundária, que surge como consequência de deter-
minado evento que ocorre numa fase mais avançada da vida.
A apatia sexual da mulher acaba por tornar-se problemática
numa relação quando começa a recusar ou evitar intimidade
sexual e este comportamento provoca discussões, acusações
e confusão.
Tratamento da frigidez
O tratamento da frigidez começa com a seguinte per-
gunta: “Quantas mulheres, na sua opinião, se masturbam an-
tes e durante o casamento”? O primeiro e mais importante
conselho dado por um terapeuta é o seguinte: “Vá para casa e
masturbe-se”. O seu parceiro também tem que participar. Em
Lo Piccolo, de 1978, e Lobitz foi desenvolvido um programa
de nove níveis, que serão descritos em seguida:
• O casal tem de se abster de actividade sexual que en-
volva o coito (penetração). A mulher tem de observar cuida-
dosamente o seu corpo e órgãos genitais ao espelho até se
sentir confortável consigo mesma.
• Segue-se a exploração do seu corpo, particularmente
a área genital. Isto é algo difícil de fazer para algumas mul-
heres, já que acham que os seus corpos são sujos e enojantes.
A mulher vai gradualmente superar a resistência, através da
persuasão persistente de um terapeuta e do seu parceiro.
- A mulher explora o seu corpo, centrando-se nas zonas
que a fazem sentir bem, algo que consegue por estimulação.
Não deve parar de tocar o seu clítoris nesta fase. Deve con-
sciencializar-se que o corpo faz parte dela e que pode sentir
sensações agradáveis que não são pecaminosos nem sujos.

- Quando começa a conhecer o seu corpo, começa tam-
bém a descobrir o clítoris. Um terapeuta ensina-lhe as técni-

MOÇAMBIQUE conquistou recentemente o primeiro
prémio no concurso africano de dança contemporânea, re-
alizado no Mali. A coreografia da obra “Oroboy Stop”, do
moçambicano Horácio Macuácua, foi considerada pelo júri a
melhor entre as dez seleccionadas para a fase final.
Para o concurso intitulado “Danse L’Afrique danse”,
concorreram mais de cem grupos de diferentes países.
Moçambique foi considerado o melhor levando a van-
tagem sobre o grupo Aly Karembé, da República Democráti-
ca do Congo, e Qutus Onikeku, da Nigéria, que ficaram em
segundo e terceiro lugar, respectivamente.
Com a conquista do primeiro lugar, Moçambique vai
receber como prémio dez mil euros e terá direito a uma di-
gressão pelos países africanos, Europa e América Latina.
De referir que o concurso já vai na sua oitava edição
e tem registado anualmente muita aderência de grupos con-
correntes.

MOZAMBIQUE recently won first prize in African contem-
porary dance, held in Mali. The choreography of the work “Oroboy

Sergio Marchionne acaba de revelar o projecto para
renovar a mítica fábrica de Mirafiori em Turim.
O investimento superior a mil milhões de euros na
unidade fabril de Mirafiori para a modernizar e dar-lhe maior
eficiência, significa que esta fábrica começará a produzir
modelos Alfa Romeo e Chrysler, com destaque para os Jeep.
Preocupado com o facto das fábricas italianas terem
resultados negativos e arrastarem os resultados líquidos do
grupo Fiat para o vermelho, Sergio Marchione, todo-o-po-
deroso líder do grupo italiano, decidiu renovar a fábrica de
Mirafiori.
Pólo industrial mítico da Fiat e da cidade de Turim, a
unidade fabril receberá um investimento superior a mil mil-
hões de euros para passar a produzir modelos da Alfa Romeo
– com destaque para o futuro Giulia nas versões brlina e car-
rinha – bem como produtos da Chrysler, nomeadamente, o
Jeep. No caso concreto o modelo médio que servirá também
para a realização do SUV médio da Alfa Romeo.
A produção começará no quarto trimestre de 2012 e
a administração da Fiat já afirmou que metade da produção
será para vender na Europa. Com a adição dos novos modelos
que surgirão da nova plataforma “Compact Wide” a produção
em Mirafiori ser´+a entre as 250 e as 280 mil unidades/ano.

presa. Ela ilustra a essência daquilo que a sua empresa real-
mente é. Apresenta a sua empresa no seu melhor. É aquilo
que faz com que você e a sua empresa sejam diferentes e es-
peciais.
Agora, iremos falar da importância da quantificação dos
objectivos e dos resultados da sua empresa. Como estamos
quase a começar um novo ano, é de esperar que este trabalho
esteja feito, quanto à definição dos principais objectivos. Se
assim for, o passo seguinte é o do controlo: diário, semanal,
mensal, trimestral ou anual, consoante os indicadores.
Definição
Os Indicadores Estratégicos são a quantificação da situa-
ção da sua empresa comparada com os elementos críticos do
seu Objectivo Estratégico. Mas como desenvolve os indicado-
res estratégicos? Isso depende de onde está e de aonde quer
chegar.
Exemplos de Indicadores Estratégicos Chave
As Vendas e as Margens de Lucro são sempre Indicado-
res Estratégicos. Além destes, os indicadores são aquilo que
você diz estabelecer que são. Já fixou quantos milhares de
meticais quer vender no próximo ano? E qual é o seu objecti-
vo em termos de lucros depois de impostos? Vejamos alguns
indicadores:

Pontos Chave
Concentre-se nos vários elementos chave do seu Obje-
tivo Estratégico.
Quantifique-os. Meça o que pode ser medido.
Use escalas com dois pólos, para quantificar os in-
tangíveis e os elementos que não podem ser medidos. Invente
descrições para o “par oposto” (melhor situação - pior situa-
ção) de cada elemento do seu Objectivo Estratégico. Marque
numa escala de +5 a –5, como esta (por exemplo, a qualidade
do seu serviço do ponto de visto dos seus clientes):

O Que São os “Indicadores Estratégicos “?
Os Indicadores Estratégicos representam a identificação
da situação da sua empresa comparada com os elementos

Qualquer sistema tem indicadores que nos dizem quão
bem ou mal estão a trabalhar as várias partes do sistema. Os
indicadores chave que focam os elementos mais críticos do
sistema.
Os Indicadores de Actuação Chave dizem-lhe quão bem
estão a trabalhar os vários sectores da sua empresa e os Indi-
cadores Estratégicos Chave dizem-lhe quão bem toda a sua
empresa está a trabalhar e como está a progredir no sentido

Nem sempre lhes prestamos atenção, não os medimos
nem os acompanhamos, mas no entanto, os indicadores ex-
istem. Ser um empresário competente implica identificar,
quantificar e acompanhar periodicamente os seus indicado-
res estratégicos. Essa mesma preocupação de ser também
dos seus principais colaboradores, para ser uma preocupação
de todos.
Porquê Preocupar-se?
Como a maior parte dos empresários, você sente a sua
empresa. Sabe o que se passa em cada dia e a cada hora. Vê a
circulação dos seus clientes, ouve as suas queixas e elogios.
