MODO DE FAZER: Bata os ovos, leite, açúcar de coco e óleo no liquidificador por cerca
de 5 minutos. Misture a farinha, o cacau e o fermento e vá adicionando os ingredientes do
liquidificador mexendo bem. A massa fica na consistência líquida. Unte uma forma e leve
ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por cerca de 40 minutos.

INGREDIENTES (MASSA)
1 1/2 xícara de chá de grão de bico cozido
2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
1 colher de chá de sal
INGREDIENTES (RECHEIO)
2 ovos
3 claras
1 xícara de chá de palmito picado
1 xícara de chá de espinafre picado
1 colher de chá de sal
1/2 xícara de chá de cottage de búfala ou tofu
Pimenta do reino a gosto
CAPPUCCINO CREMOSO
INGREDIENTES:
6 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó 100%
1 pacote (50g) de café solúvel
1 colher de sopa de canela em pó
1 colher de sopa de bicarbonato de sódio
1/2 xícara de chá de açúcar de coco
400g de leite de coco em pó sem açúcar
MODO DE FAZER: Coloque tudo em uma tigela, exceto o cacau nibs e as sementes.
Acrescente o óleo de coco e o mel, misture bem e leve ao forno por 35 minutos a 180
graus. Acrescente o cacau nibs e as sementes. Leve ao forno por 15 minutos. Guarde em
um vidro fechado.
