ETIOLOGIA
Força mecânica / Amplitude e Tempo
Forças mecânica externas (External mechanical load ) : inclui todos os
tipos de forças externas que são aplicados sobre a pele de um indivíduo,
como o resultado do contacto da pele com outras (sólidos) superfícies
(incluindo superfícies cheias de ar ou água).
Esta força mecânica pode ser uma força normal (uma força perpendicular à
superfície da pele) ou uma força de cisalhamento (paralela à superfície da
pele) ou uma combinação de ambos.

Pressão na interface entre o corpo e a superfície de apoio não é uma medida fiável para
avaliar a rotura tecidular. Assim, um dano limiar baseado na interface pressão por si só

Isquemia como resultado da deformação sustentada dos tecidos moles que levará à
hipóxia, ao bloqueio do fornecimento de nutrientes, e impossibilidade de remoção de
resíduos tóxicos. Privação de nutrientes e mudança de pH, relacionado com os
resíduos celulares, eventualmente levarão á lesão tecidular. (Bader, Barnhill, & Ryan, 1986; Daniel
et al., 1981; Dinsdale, 1974; Gawlitta et al., 2007a; Gawlitta et al., 2007b; Kosiak , 1961)

Conclusão ETIOLOGIA
A deformação muscular com tensões superiores a 50% irão quase imediatamente (menos
de 2 horas) conduzir a dano tecidular. Este primeira dano é causado por ruptura do
citoesqueleto das fibras musculares, e não pela isquemia (Breuls et al., 2003a; Breuls et al., 2003b;
Ceelen et al., 2008; Gawlitta et al., 2007a; Stekelenburg et al., 2006; Stekelenburg et al., 2007; Stekelenburg, Gawlitta,
Bader, & Oomens, 2008)
• Tecidos musculares são potencialmente mais suscetíveis a danos do que a pele. (Daniel et
al., 1981; Nola & Vistnes, 1980; Salcido et al., 1994)
• A morte celular e a necrose tecidular causa alterações locais nas propriedades mecânicas
dos tecidos lesados, que distorcem as forças tensionais e as distribuições do stress sendo
susceptíveis de exacerbar a lesão. (Edsberg, Cutway, Anain, & Natiella, 2000; Gefen et al., 2005; Linder-Ganz
et al., 2004)
