REVISÃO DA LITERATURA
As causas mais comuns de lesões no futebol de campo são os contatos com outros jogadores,
seguidos de movimentos bruscos, mudanças de direção, saltos e chutes. Fatores de risco para
lesões incluem histórico prévio de lesões, baixa aptidão física, fadiga muscular, desequilíbrio
muscular, problemas posturais e a falta de aquecimento e alongamento adequados.
CONCLUSÃO
As lesões no futebol de campo são comuns e podem ter consequências a longo prazo para a
saúde e o desempenho do jogador. É importante entender as causas e os fatores de risco
associados a essas lesões para poder implementar estratégias eficazes de prevenção. As
estratégias de prevenção devem ser incluídas em programas de treinamento e educação de
jogadores, treinadores e profissionais de saúde envolvidos com o esporte. A prevenção de
lesões é fundamental para garantir a segurança e o sucesso dos jogadores de futebol de
campo.
