ARQUITETO CARREIRAS
A competência pro ssional é muitas vezes a área em que os Arquitetos brilham
mais brilhantemente. Sua capacidade de digerir teorias e princípios difíceis e
complexos e convertê-los em idéias e estratégias claras e acionáveis é
incomparável por qualquer outro tipo. Os arquitetos são capazes de ltrar o
ruído de uma situação, identi cando o o principal que precisa ser puxado para
desvendar as bagunças dos outros, de modo que possam ser inseridas em algo
de uma vez lindamente intrincado e incrivelmente simples em sua função.

O verdadeiro desa o para os Arquitetos é que, para que suas idéias inovadoras (e
menos perspicazes, aparentemente contra-intuitivas) sejam ouvidas, precisam ter
uma orelha amigável para dobrar, e o desenvolvimento de um amável
relacionamento com guras de autoridade não é exatamente na lista dos
arquitetos de pontos fortes do núcleo. Em suas primeiras carreiras, os Arquitetos
terão frequentemente que sofrer por tarefas domésticas e rejeições repetidas à
medida que desenvolvem suas habilidades em uma habilidade que fala por si.

tarefas rotineiras e engenhosas e, à medida que progridem, sua
con ança natural, dedicação e inteligência criativa abrirão as portas
para a crescente complexidade e liberdade que desejam.

Architects tend to prefer to work alone, or at most in small groups, where they
can maximize their creativity and focus without repeated interruptions from
questioning colleagues and meetings-happy supervisors. For this reason
Architects are unlikely to be found in strictly administrative roles or anything that
requires constant dialogue and heavy teamwork. Rather, Architects prefer more
“lone wolf” positions as mechanical or software engineers, lawyers or freelance
consultants, only accepting competent leadership that helps in these goals, and
rejecting the authority of those who hold them back.

Their independent attitude and tireless demand for competence mean that
Architects absolutely loathe those who get ahead by seemingly less meritocratic
means like social prowess and political connections. Architects have exceptionally
high standards, and if they view a colleague or supervisor as incompetent or
ine ective, respect will be lost instantly and permanently. Architects value
personal initiative, determination, insight and dedication, and believe that
everyone should complete their work to the highest possible standards – if a
schmoozing shill breezes through without carrying their own weight, they may
nd Architects’ inventiveness and determination used in a whole new capacity as
the winds turn against them.

Timid Men Prefer the Calm

As their careers progress further and their reputation grows, so will the
complexity of Architects’ tasks and projects. Architects demand progress and
evolution, new challenges and theories, and they often accomplish this by
pushing into more active strategic positions. While they don’t care for the
spotlight, Architects do enjoy controlling their ideas, and will often expand into
low-pro le but in uential roles as project managers, system engineers, marketing
strategists, systems analysts, and military strategists.

But really, Architects’ vision, creativity, and competence in executing their plans
make them viable in just about any career that requires them to think about what
they’re doing. While some careers, such as low-level sales and human resources,
clearly do not play to their strengths, Architects are able to build a niche into just
about any institution, including their own, that they put their minds to.

INTJ -Tried my hand at a little welding for a few years, worked as a Grounds
Manager/Security Tech for a good friend of mine's home repair company, played the part of a
security guard for a decent guard company, I've even been an extra in a several movies & T.V
shows. So far, the most awesome thing I've done, so far, was be the guitarist in a noir
punk/metal band back in the early 90's.
