Prévia Operacional do 2º Trimestre do Ano-Safra 2023’24

São Paulo, 23 de outubro de 2023 – Raízen S.A. (B3: RAIZ4) em cumprimento ao disposto na Resolução
CVM nº 44, de 23 de agosto de 2021 e alterações posteriores, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em
geral que doravante irá divulgar sua prévia operacional referente aos trimestres, iniciando pelo segundo
trimestre da safra 2023/24 (2T 23’24). As informações a seguir são preliminares, não auditadas e
sujeitas a revisão até a data da divulgação oficial. Os resultados auditados serão divulgados em 13 de
novembro de 2023, após o fechamento do mercado.

ano-safra 23'24 no dia 13 de novembro 2023, após o fechamento do mercado. A teleconferência de resultados
acontecerá no dia 14 de novembro das 2023 às 11h30 (Brasília) / 9h30 (Nova Iorque).

Período de Silêncio: Em linha com as melhores práticas de governança corporativa e " fair disclosure", a
Raízen estará em Período de Silêncio ("Quiet Period") a partir de 25 de outubro de 2023, encerrando-o após a
teleconferência de resultados.

2nd Quarter of the 2023'24 Crop Year Operational Preview

São Paulo, October 23rd,2023 – Raízen S.A. (B3: RAIZ4) in compliance with the provisions of CVM
Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021 and subsequent amendments, hereby informs its shareholders and the
market in general that from now on it will disclose its operational preview for the quarters, starting with the
second quarter of the 2023/24 crop year (Q2 23'24). The following information is preliminary, unaudited,
and subject to revision as of the date of official disclosure. The audited results will be released on
November 13, 2023, after the market closes.

Earnings Release: Raízen informs that it will release its results for the 2nd quarter of crop year 23'24 on
November 13, 2023, after the market closes. The earnings conference call will take place on November 14,
2023 at 11:30 a.m. (Brasilia) / 9:30 a.m. (New York).

Quiet Period: In line with the best corporate governance and fair disclosure practices, Raízen will be in a Quiet
Period as of October 25, 2023, ending it after the earnings call.
