Authority (Autoridade de Regulação dos Advogados) (Licença nº
512898), poderes específicos para:
(a) agir como meu assessor jurídico em matéria de direito
brasileiro;
(b) obter e dar instruções, e receber informações e
comunicações em meu favor em relação ao processo
Município de Mariana e outros vs. BHP Plc e outros, perante
os tribunais da Inglaterra e País de Gales, incluindo, mas não
limitado a, quaisquer pedidos interlocutórios ou recursos, e
qualquer futuro processo relacionado, a ser ajuizado na
Inglaterra e País de Gales (a “Ação Inglesa”);
(c) receber, guardar, processar e transmitir dados, inclusive
dados pessoais, em relação à Ação Inglesa;
(d) considerar, acordar, aprovar, assinar, requisitar, executar,
receber e expedir todos os documentos, incluindo, mas não
limitado a, acordos, em relação à Ação Inglesa; e
(e) ratificar quaisquer atos já realizados.
Esta procuração é irrevogável antes da conclusão do seu propósito
ou da aprovação prévia do Outorgado.

FUNDÃO, nº 114, BAIRRO MORADA DO RIBEIRÃO, SÃO
MATEUS-ES, CEP 29936-305, name as my lawyer the GRANTEE
VEIDES SOUZA DE OLIVEIRA, registered in OAB under
the no. 35.169,Section ES, with professional address at
Av.Monsenhor Guilherme Schimidit, nº 253, Bairroo Dom José
Dalvit, São Mateus/ES, CEP 29.930-660, to whom I grant, in
respect of my relationship with PGMBM Law Limited (trading as
Pogust Goodhead), a limited liability company registered in
England and Wales (No. 6284764), with its registered office at 5
Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1LG and authorised and regulated
by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (Licence No. 512898),
specific powers to:
(a) act as my legal advisor in matters of Brazilian law;
(b) obtain and give instructions, and receive information and
communications, on my behalf in connection with the
Municipio de Mariana and Ors v BHP Plc & Ors proceedings
before the courts of England and Wales, including, but not
limited to, any interim applications or appeals thereof, and any
future related proceedings filed in England and Wales (the
“English Proceedings”);
(c) receive, store, process and transmit data, including personal
data, in connection with the English Proceedings;
(d) consider, settle, approve, sign, request, execute, receive and
forward all documents, including, but not limited to,
agreements, in connection with the English Proceedings; and
(e) ratify any acts already performed.
This grant is irrevocable before the conclusion of its purpose or
prior approval of the Grantee.
