Qadesh and the Great Rite

Egypto - Israelite Goddess a Syncretisation of Asherah, Anat, Astare and Isis she is a Goddess of
Sexuality and fertility and a Goddess well known for her sex rites that involve "Sacred
Prostitution" both Male and Female, who with each other would carry out scared sex rites of
the God and Goddess these being Yahweh and Asherah.

Sex definitely played a part in many ancient religions and at many levels indeed, at low levels
ancients had there fertility rite that welcomed in the solstice etc. At the higher levels there was
the sacred marriage called the hieros gamos where a priest and priestess like Jesus and Mary
Magdalene or Simon Magus and Helen, United Sexually to represent the union of Yahweh and
Asherah.

The role of the Sacred Prostitute of Qadesh sees the priestess literally embodying the Goddess
its believed during the sexual rites that the priest or the male worshipper became the God, this
is where the Goddess worship becomes incredibly Shamanic because for the duration of the
rite the priestess is not only channeling the Goddess she actually becomes her.

The sacred "Prostitute" really is the sacred feminine in these rites the male wasn't required to
pay a fee so the term Prostitute isn't really accurate it was a term used by the monotheists to
demonize sacred rites.

obrigado a pagar uma taxa, então o termo Prostituta não é realmente preciso, era um termo
usado pelos monoteístas para demonizar os ritos sagrados.
