1.8.1. NÍVEL DE ÓLEO NO BOOSTER
OIL LEVEL IN BOOSTER
O sistema de travamento da MGR
com amplificador de pressão (booster)
opera em um circuito fechado de óleo,
no entanto pequenos vazamentos podem
ocorrer com o passar do tempo e pelo uso
contínuo.
 
Para a MRG 160 e MGR 230 é
possível verificar o nível de óleo (1) no
próprio reservatório (2) (ver figura abaixo).

No caso da MGR 400, a reposição
de óleo deve ser realizada quando o CNC
indicar o "Alarme 700056 (SIEMENS):
Falha no sinal do sensor do Freio do quarto
eixo", ou "Alarme 2129 (FANUC): Falha no
freio do eixo A - Verificar Oleo do Booster"

The breaking system for the rotary
table with booster operates in a closed oil
circuit, small leaks may occur with time
because of continuous use.
 
For the MRG 160 and MGR 230 it
is possible to check the oil level (1) right at
the reservoir (2) see illustration bellow.

For the MGR 400, the oil must be
replaced or filled when the CNC sends
out message “Alarm 700056 (SIEMENS):
Signal error from 4th Axis brake sensor”
or “Alarm 2129 (FANUC ): “A” Axis Brake
Failure – Verify Booster Oil”.

Para completar o nível de óleo
no booster em todos os modelos, siga o
procedimento abaixo:
1. Soltar os parafusos (3) para
retirar as chapas de proteção;
