Paula Maria Pinto Eusébio Carneiro, na qualidade de Diretora da People & Organizational
Development Global Unit na qualidade de procuradora com poderes para o ato, com poderes
para o ato, adiante designada por “PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE”,
CLÁUSULA PRIMEIRA
Objeto
1. O presente estágio consiste numa formação prática em contexto de trabalho que se
destina a complementar e a aperfeiçoar as competências da SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE,
visando a sua inserção ou reconversão para a vida ativa de forma mais célere e fácil.

CLÁUSULA SEGUNDA
Duração
O presente contrato tem a duração de 0 meses, com início em 29/05/2023 e cessação em
29/05/2023 .
CLÁUSULA TERCEIRA
Regime aplicável
A SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE obriga-se a respeitar as condições de trabalho em vigor nas
instalações da PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE onde se realizar o estágio e encontra-se sujeita ao
regime do período normal de trabalho, descansos diário e semanal, feriados, faltas e
segurança e saúde no trabalho, aplicável à generalidade dos colaboradores da PRIMEIRA
CONTRAENTE.
CLÁUSULA QUARTA
Obrigações da PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE
1. A PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE designará um(a) orientador(a) de estágio, que não pode
acompanhar mais de três estagiários.
3. Para efeitos do disposto no artigo 62.º, número 7, alínea e) da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 04 de
julho, a PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE responsabiliza-se pelo reembolso ao Estado das
despesas de estada e afastamento, caso a SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE permaneça
ilegalmente em território nacional.

CLÁUSULA QUINTA
Obrigações da SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE
1. Para efeitos do disposto na cláusula anterior, a SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE obriga-se a,
durante o estágio, realizar as tarefas ou funções que visem contribuir para, em contexto
de trabalho, complementar a sua formação académica do nível de qualificação 7,
Mestrado e aperfeiçoar as suas competências na área de Não preencher,
designadamente Formação (gestão de projetos, inovação, entre outros);.
2. A SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE obriga-se a seguir as orientações que lhe forem dirigidas pela
PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE.
CLÁUSULA SEXTA
Local e horário
A atividade a desenvolver pela SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE será executada nas instalações da
PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE sitas em Lisboa, com regime de ocupação a tempo inteiro, e a
duração de 38 horas semanais, distribuídas de segunda a sexta-feira, entre as 9 e as 18 horas,
com intervalo mínimo de uma hora para o almoço, e descanso semanal ao sábado e domingo.
CLÁUSULA SÉTIMA
Subsídios
1. À SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE será pago um subsídio mensal de estágio no montante ilíquido
de €1681 (mil seiscentos e oitenta e um euros) e um subsídio de alimentação no valor de
€12,5 (doze euros e cinquenta cêntimos) por cada dia de estágio.

c) Pelas faltas justificadas por motivo de acidente, desde que a responsabilidade civil
daí decorrente se encontre coberta pelo contrato de seguro previsto na cláusula
décima;
CLÁUSULA OITAVA
Suspensão do contrato
1. O contrato de estágio suspende-se quando ocorram as seguintes situações:
CLÁUSULA NONA
Cessação do contrato
1. O contrato de estágio cessa por caducidade, por acordo das CONTRAENTES e por
resolução por alguma das CONTRAENTES, nos termos dos números seguintes.
2. A cessação do contrato de estágio por caducidade ocorre quando se verifique alguma das
seguintes situações:

3. Para efeitos do disposto na alínea b) do número anterior, não releva o período de
suspensão do estágio nos termos previstos no artigo anterior.
4. O contrato de estágio cessa por acordo das CONTRAENTES se, no decurso do mesmo,
essa for a sua vontade, expressa de forma clara e inequívoca em documento assinado por
ambas, no qual se menciona as datas de celebração do acordo e do início da sua
produção de efeitos.
5. O contrato de estágio cessa por resolução quando uma das CONTRAENTES comunicar à
outra, mediante carta registada e com antecedência não inferior a 15 dias, a sua intenção
de não pretender a manutenção do contrato de estágio, se outra solução não resultar de
regulamentação específica.
CLÁUSULA DÉCIMA
Seguro
A PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE anexa ao presente contrato uma cópia da apólice de seguro a que
se refere o n.º 4 do artigo 9.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 66/2011, de 1 de junho.

trabalhos de autor, planos de desenvolvimento técnico, de negócio, financeiros, de
clientes, de marketing e de produto, previsões, salários e termos de retribuição de outros
trabalhadores, listas e contactos de clientes e fornecedores.

dentro dos limites legalmente previstos, que, eventualmente, possam advir da execução
do contrato de estágio, incluindo eventuais remunerações especiais, direitos de
indemnização e/ou compensação daí resultantes, reconhecendo que a sua retribuição
inclui uma compensação bastante e suficiente para a cessão de todos os citados direitos.

forma ética, em estrito cumprimento dos padrões éticos, de integridade negocial,
consciência e responsabilidade social e em rigoroso respeito das leis e regulamentos
vigentes, a abster-se da prática de quaisquer comportamentos, por ação ou omissão, que
constituam uma violação, por si e/ou através de terceiros, destes princípios de
posicionamento no mercado, e a utilizar, em particular, os mecanismos adequados em
matéria de integridade e prevenção da corrupção, nomeadamente, não prometer ou
oferecer, direta ou indiretamente, vantagens indevidas a terceiros, nem solicitar,
promover ou aceitar, para beneficio próprio ou de outrem, vantagens indevidas com o
propósito de obter um desfecho favorável, e ainda a adotar os procedimentos e medidas
necessários e adequados ao controlo, antecipação, mitigação, prevenção e identificação
do risco de incumprimento destes princípios e regras.

CLÁUSULA DÉCIMA QUINTA
Dados pessoais
1. A execução do presente contrato pressupõe que a PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE recolha e
proceda ao tratamento dos dados pessoais da Segunda Contraente, designadamente:
nome, número do passaporte, número de contribuinte, número de identificação da
segurança social, endereço, números de telefone, data de nascimento, naturalidade,
estado civil, habilitações literárias ou outras.
4. O tratamento dos dados pessoais da SEGUNDA CONTRAENTE poderá ser realizado por
um prestador de serviços idóneo, contratado pela PRIMEIRA CONTRAENTE, o qual
tratará os dados exclusivamente para as finalidades e instruções delimitadas por esta,
mediante a formalização de um acordo de prestação de serviços.

CLÁUSULA DÉCIMA SEXTA
Lei aplicável
1. O presente contrato é regido pela Lei Portuguesa.
O presente contrato é assinado em duas vias de igual valor, ficando um exemplar na posse de
cada uma das CONTRAENTES.

twenty-one thousand six hundred and twenty-four euros), represented herein by Paula Maria
Pinto Eusébio Carneiro, acting as Director of the People & Organisational Development Global
Unit, acting as an attorney empowered for the act, hereinafter referred to as "FIRST PARTY",
and

document in Portugal] with the number __________, valid for Portugal until __/______,
taxpayer number ______, Social Security Beneficiary number _______, Health Insurance
Beneficiary under policy number _______ of the Médis Insurance Company and resident at
_____________ hereinafter referred to as "SECOND PARTY".

Jointly referred to as the “PARTIES”;
this internship contract is entered into freely and in good faith and full awareness, under
Decree-Law 66/2011 of 1 June, which is governed by the following clauses:
CLAUSE ONE
Purpose
3. This internship is on-the-job training to complement and hone the SECOND PARTY’S
skills, to make his or her integration into or reconversion to active life quicker and easier.
4. Within the framework established by Decree-Law 66/2011 of 1 June, this contract does
not create or lead to any direct employment relationship and shall expire at the end of
the internship for which it was entered into, and for the purposes of Article 62(7)(e) of
Law 23/2007 of 4 July, this internship does not replace a job.
CLAUSE TWO
Term
This contract's term is for 6 months and 15 days, starting on 01.04.2023 and ending on
15.10.2023.
CLAUSE THREE
Applicable regime
The SECOND PARTY undertakes to abide by the labour conditions in force at the FIRST
PARTY’S premises, where the internship takes place, and is subject to normal working hours,
daily and weekly breaks, holidays, absences and occupational health and safety, as applicable
to the majority of the FIRST PARTY’S staff.
CLAUSE FOUR
Obligations of the FIRST PARTY
4. The FIRST PARTY shall appoint an internship supervisor, who cannot supervise more than
three interns.

e) Offering technical and educational support to the SECOND PARTY, supervising his
or her progress against the goals set in the individual internship plan;
f) At the end of the internship, assessing the results achieved by the SECOND PARTY.
6. For the purposes of Article 62(7)(e) of Law 23/2007 of 04 July, the FIRST PARTY shall be
responsible for reimbursing the State for the costs of stay and removal if the SECOND
PARTY stays illegally in Portuguese territory.
CLAUSE FIVE
Obligations of the SECOND PARTY
4. For the purposes of the clause above, the SECOND PARTY undertakes to perform the
tasks or jobs during the internship that aim to contribute, in a work context, to
complementing his or her education, at level 7, Master's and honing his or her skills in the
field of Engineering, namely:
5. The SECOND PARTY undertakes to follow the guidelines issued by the FIRST PARTY.
6. The SECOND PARTY undertakes to submit, within a maximum period of sixty days as of
the beginning of the internship, the documents proving that the legal provisions relating
to entry into, stay and/or residence in Portuguese territory have been complied with, for
the purpose of carrying out the activity covered by this contract, in particular as regards
the issue or renewal of a residence permit, and to keep those documents valid while the
contract is in force, on penalty of its expiry.
CLAUSE SIX
Place and time
The activity to be carried out by the SECOND PARTY shall take place at the premises of the
FIRST PARTY, located in Lisbon, on a full-time basis with a 38-hour working week, distributed
from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., with a break of at least one hour for lunch,
and weekly rest on Saturday and Sunday.

CLAUSE SEVEN
Allowances
3. The SECOND PARTY will be paid a monthly internship allowance of €1,681 (one thousand
six hundred and eighty-one euros) and a food allowance of €12.50 (twelve euros and fifty
cents) for each day of the internship.
g) In the event of justified absence due to accident, as long as the ensuing civil liability
is covered by the insurance contract as set out in clause ten;
h) If the intern is absent from work for more than 15 days, whether consecutive or
non-consecutive, while completing the internship.
CLAUSE EIGHT
Suspension of contract
3. The internship contract will be suspended under the following conditions:
c) An event concerning the FIRST PARTY, such as temporary closure of the premises
where the internship takes place, for a period of no longer than one month;
4. On the day immediately following the end of the impediment due to an event concerning
the SECOND PARTY, he or she must report to the FIRST PARTY in order to resume
activity.
CLAUSE NINE
Termination of contract
7. This internship contract shall end by expiry, by agreement of the PARTIES and by
termination by either of the PARTIES, in accordance with the following paragraphs.
8. The internship contract shall end by expiry when any of the following conditions occur:
d) Supervening, absolute and definitive impossibility of the SECOND PARTY being able
to do the internship or the FIRST PARTY being able to offer it;

consecutive, regardless of being justified, upon written notification to the SECOND
PARTY;
f) Without prejudice to the subparagraph above, once the SECOND PARTY has five
unjustified absences, consecutive or non-consecutive, upon written notification to
the SECOND PARTY.
9. For the purposes of subparagraph b) of the point above, this does not fall under the
suspension period of the internship under the terms of the previous article.
10. The internship contract shall end by agreement of the PARTIES if, during the internship,
they express this will in a clear and unequivocal manner, in a document signed by both,
containing the dates on which the contract was entered into and the date on which it
takes effect.
11. The internship contract shall end by termination when one of the PARTIES informs the
other, by registered letter at least 15 days in advance, of their intent not to maintain the
internship contract, if no other solution is found in the specific regulations.
12. In the event of ending the internship for any reason, the SECOND PARTY undertakes to
immediately return all instruments, goods and equipment made available by the FIRST
PARTY as part of the internship.
CLAUSE TEN
Insurance
The FIRST PARTY shall attach to this contract a copy of the insurance policy referred to in
article 9(4) of Decree-Law 66/2011 of 1 June.
CLAUSE ELEVEN
Confidential Information
1. Without prejudice to all the obligations imposed under the applicable law, the SECOND
PARTY is expressly obliged to keep confidential, during and after the end of the internship
contract, all confidential information of which he or she becomes aware at any time and by
any means in relation to the FIRST PARTY, to companies in a controlling or group
relationship with it or to any company belonging to the EDP Group, its affiliates, associates
or shareholders, to suppliers or potential suppliers, to partners or potential partners, and
to customers or potential customers.

2. "Confidential information" includes, by way of example, any documentation or information
relating to the activity, work, products and services traded or in the process of being
launched, software, source and object codes, databases, technology, know-how,
inventions (patented or otherwise), copyrighted works, technical development, business,
financial, client, marketing and product plans, forecasts, salaries and terms of other
workers' pay, lists and contact details of customers and suppliers.
3. "Confidential information" also means any information provided verbally, in writing or in
any other tangible form which has been or is created or disclosed by or on behalf of the
FIRST PARTY and which has commercial value.
4. The SECOND PARTY undertakes to keep "confidential information" secure and
appropriately protected against theft, damage, loss and unauthorised access (including
electronic access) and must immediately notify the FIRST PARTY if he or she becomes
aware of any information that has been (or may be) disclosed or obtained by a third party,
and must take the measures reasonably necessary to mitigate any adverse effects of such
disclosure.
5. On the date the internship contract ends, the SECOND PARTY undertakes to return or
destroy all "confidential information" on whatever medium it is stored, ensuring its
integrity and security in the return or destruction procedures, and respecting the technical
and organisational methods and procedures which are, according to reasonable criteria,
requested by the FIRST PARTY.
6. The obligation of confidentiality provided for in this internship contract shall apply
throughout its duration between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY, and shall
remain in force after the end of the internship contract, until the matters covered thereby
enter the public domain and become public knowledge.
CLAUSE TWELVE
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
1. All studies, plans, information, drawings, designs, works and inventions which have been
initiated, developed or carried out, in whole or in part, during the performance of the
internship contract are part of the intellectual and industrial property rights and/or
intellectual and industrial property items of the FIRST PARTY.
2. For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the SECOND PARTY shall immediately waive
all copyright or related rights, industrial property rights or software or intellectual and
industrial property items, within the limits provided for by law, which may arise from the
performance of the internship contract, including any resulting special remuneration,

indemnity and/or compensation rights, acknowledging that its allowance includes
sufficient and adequate compensation for the transfer of all the said rights.
3. The terms below have the following meanings for the purposes of this contract:
a) "Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights" - (i) copyright, patents, utility models,
know-how, confidential information, database rights and trademark and design
rights (registered or otherwise), (ii) registration applications and rights to apply for
registration for any of those, and (iii) all other intellectual property rights,
equivalent or similar forms of protection existing anywhere in the world, copyright
and industrial property rights;
b) "Intellectual and Industrial Property Items" - all documents, software,
photographic or graphic works of any kind and other items in any medium or
format created by or on behalf of the SECOND PARTY during the performance of
the internship contract and which are protected by or related to intellectual
property rights.
4. The provisions of this clause shall apply after the end of the internship contract insofar as
they relate to studies, plans, information, drawings, designs, works and inventions in
relation to which intellectual and industrial property rights exist after the end of the
internship contract.
CLAUSE THIRTEEN
Liability
Breach by the SECOND PARTY of the obligations laid down in clauses 11 and 12 of this
internship contract entails the establishment of civil and criminal liability and the consequent
obligation to compensate for the damage caused by such breach to the FIRST PARTY. It may
also be considered just cause to end the internship contract by the FIRST PARTY.
CLAUSE FOURTEEN
Personal data
1. The performance of this contract requires the FIRST PARTY to collect and process the
SECOND PARTY'S personal data, in particular: name, passport number, taxpayer number,
social security number, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, place of birth, marital
status, educational or other qualifications.
2. The FIRST PARTY undertakes to process such data as a controller in accordance with
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016

on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and in compliance with Law 58/2019 of 8
August, which implements the GDPR in the Portuguese legal system.
3. The personal data of the SECOND PARTY shall also be processed in accordance with the
terms set out in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy annexed to this contract
and also available on the EDP Group intranet, the content of which the FIRST PARTY
undertakes to update and make permanently available on the said intranet and the
SECOND PARTY undertakes to consult periodically and to read.
4. The processing of the SECOND PARTY's personal data may be carried out by a service
provider of good repute hired by the FIRST PARTY, which will process the data exclusively
for the purposes and according to the instructions set out by the same, by formalising a
service agreement.
5. The FIRST PARTY may also transfer the data to other entities which themselves qualify as
controllers, using this data for their own purposes if the legal conditions laid down in the
GDPR are met. These entities may be banking institutions, insurance companies, Public
Authorities such as tax authorities, courts, the Working Conditions Authority, and the
National Data Protection Commission.
6. The SECOND PARTY expressly states that he or she has been informed by the FIRST PARTY
of his or her rights as a data subject, in particular the right to access, rectification,
objection, restriction and erasure of data, and how to exercise such rights and the means
at his or her disposal.
CLAUSE FIFTEEN
Applicable Law
3. This contract is subject to Portuguese law.
This internship contract is signed in two copies of equal value, one of which is in the
