Metodologia
Para tanto esta pesquisa pautou-se na metodologia qualitativa,
que segundo Godemberg (1999) “É o conjunto de diferentes pontos de vista e
diferentes maneiras de coletar e analisar os dados (qualitativamente e
quantitativamente) que permite uma ideia mais ampla e inteligível da
complexidade de um problema”. As bibliografias foram selecionadas,
analisadas e os dados interpretados e organizados.

O art. 84, por sua vez, expõe em seus pressupostos que: "A
pessoa com deficiência tem assegurado o direito ao exercício de sua
capacidade legal em igualdade de condições com as demais pessoas"
(BRASIL, 2015).
