CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS
Em conjunto, por fim, foi relatado um caso de duplas artérias polares infe-
riores com origem na parte abdominal da artéria aorta. Ressaltar e compreender
as diversas variantes vasculares, seja em número, diâmetro, comprimento ou
nível de surgimento, é de extrema relevância, visto que permite a execução de
intervenções clínicas ou cirúrgicas eficazes, bem como reduz consideravelmente
o risco de complicações.

CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS
É possível entender, por fim, que este estudo revela de maneira notável
uma variação anatômica rara das artérias vertebrais, as quais têm origem no
arco da aorta e não na primeira porção da artéria subclávia, como usual, tendo
impacto significativo na fisiologia cardíaca. A relevância clínica dessa variação
anatômica deve ser evidenciada, uma vez que seu reconhecimento pode contri-
buir para o processo de diagnósticos de patologias e procedimentos cirúrgicos
(Pereira, 2019).
No que tange ao campo do diagnóstico médico, a identificação dessa
variação requer uma abordagem minuciosa, uma vez que o reconhecimento
de tais variações pode ocorrer apenas durante o tratamento de um aneurisma
ou de uma malformação arteriovenosa, por exemplo (Barbosa Lima et al., 2019).

RESUMO
O principal ramo da carótida interna, a artéria cerebral média passa pelo sulco
lateral em toda a sua extensão, enviando ramos que irrigam a maior parte da face
lateral de cada hemisfério. Tal territorialidade compreende áreas importantes
como: motora, somestésica e as áreas de linguagem. O conhecimento dessa
variação é crucial para a medicina, especificamente para as cirurgias, porque
permite uma avaliação pré-cirúrgica mais segura, além de contribuir para uma
tomada de decisão mais correta em possíveis complicações durante eventuais
procedimentos cirúrgicos. Além disso, a área de irrigação da artéria cerebral
média é de extrema vitalidade, uma vez que obstruções nesta artéria podem
provocar sintomatologia muito rica, quando não são fatais, como: hemiplegia
(exceto no membro inferior), hipoanestesia e hemianopsia homônima contrala-
teral, desvio do olhar conjugado ipsilateralmente à lesão. Foi observado durante
processo de craniotomia um encéfalo que possuía uma variação anatômica da
ACM esquerda, nesse caso ela era trifurcada.

Além do mais, Gamo (2016) afirma que a artéria ileocólica (ICA) e a artéria
cólica direita (RCA) emergem de um único ponto de origem. A artéria cólica
média (MCA) se origina de forma independente. Essa configuração foi observada
em 32% dos cadáveres dissecados (16 casos, 9 indivíduos do sexo masculino
e 7 do sexo feminino) e em 15% das amostras de TC (83 casos, 59 indivíduos
do sexo masculino e 24 do sexo feminino). Este dado acaba sendo importante
para compreender como as variações anatômicas em artérias viscerais podem
acontecer e acabar até mesmo confundindo os cirurgiões.
Ademais, consoante Bruzzi et al. (2020), o conhecimento acerca das
artérias que derivam da AMS é essencial para a realização de procedimentos de
colectomia do lado direito, uma vez que, devido ao grande número de variações
encontradas ao nível do colo direito, tem-se uma elevada taxa de morbidade
associada a esse fato.

RESUMO
O arco da aorta possui três ramos, sendo que, o tronco braquiocefálico, o primeiro
e maior ramo, irá ascender em direção até o lado direito da traqueia, dividin-
do-se nas artérias carótida comum esquerda e subclávia esquerda, enquanto
o segundo e o terceiro ramo são, respectivamente, a artéria carótida comum
direita e a artéria subclávia direita, com seus respectivos ramos, podendo apre-
sentar com frequência variações anatômicas. Um dos padrões de ramificação
observados no arco aórtico é uma origem direta da artéria vertebral esquerda
entre as artérias carótida comum esquerda e subclávia esquerda, com grande
importância clínica. O presente relato de caso tem por objetivo descrever uma
variação anatômica da artéria vertebral esquerda, cuja origem se deu a partir
do arco da aorta, entre as artérias carótida comum e subclávia esquerdas, fato
esse que foi observado durante a dissecação da peça anatômica no Laborató-
rio de Anatomia Humana da Escola Superior de Ciências da Saúde (ESA) da
Universidade Estadual do Amazonas (UEA).

O ventre anterior acessório do músculo digástrico é a variação mais
comum nesta região e o ventre acessório pode ser dividido e/ou inserido em
diferentes localizações da mandíbula e do osso hioide (Mangalagiri & Razvi,
2009; Yamazaki et al, 2011). A agenesia e/ou atrofia da porção anterior do ventre
do músculo digástrico pode atingir até 40% em algumas condições patológicas,
como na microssomia hemifacial. Por outro lado, sua apresentação em popu-
lações não sindrômicas é considerada um fenômeno raro (Gibson et al, 2016).
Variações anatômicas na região submentoniana podem ser mal inter-
pretados como condições patológicas. Portanto, uma sólida compreensão da
anatomia e o reconhecimento dessas variações na análise de exames de imagem
como tomografia computadorizada (TC) e ressonância magnética (MRI) ou em
procedimentos cirúrgicos são necessários para evitar erros de diagnóstico, impre-
cisão em procedimentos cirúrgicos, bem como em intervenções de emergência
(Bonala et al, 2015; De Ary-Pires et al, 2003; Fernandes & De Almeida Prado,
2021; Peker et al, 2000; Sargon & Celik, 1994; Turan et al, 2004; Zdilla et al, 2018).

A veia safena magna (VSM) é uma das principais veias responsáveis pela
drenagem venosa do membro inferior. Esta veia é a maior em comprimento do
corpo, iniciando-se na veia medial do pé e terminando na junção safenofemoral,
a qual está aproximadamente 3 cm abaixo do ligamento inguinal. Algumas das
importantes tributárias da VSM drenam as regiões da parede abdominal e das
áreas pudendas, veias estas que são a circunflexa ilíaca superficial, a epigástrica
superficial e a pudenda externa superficial (OĞUZKURT, 2012).
A veia safena magna possui muitas variações anatômicas ao nível da
perna, panturrilha e do joelho (QUICKERT; ALAGHA, 2018). Segundo Oğuzkurt
(2012), a duplicação dessa VSM é verdadeira quando existem duas veias safenas
magnas no compartimento safeno, o qual é formado pela união da fáscia safena
e da fáscia muscular, contendo a VSM, artérias e os nervos que a acompanham.
Logo, uma verdadeira duplicação está presente quando há duas veias safenas
magnas correm paralelamente no mesmo compartimento safeno. Isso facilita
para que esse fenômeno não seja confundido com uma veia safena acessória
ou com tributárias da VSM, visto que não estão no compartimento safeno e
possuem um trajeto que difere da VSM. Oğuzkurt (2012) ainda relata que a
duplicação da veia safena magna é observada em apenas 1% da população,
sendo este achado na peça anatômica raro. Já Pasotti et al. (2022), descreveu
uma variação anatômica cuja duplicação da VSM era quase completamente em
todo o seu trajeto na perna esquerda de um cadáver masculino.
Além do mais, é válido ressaltar que a veia safena magna é comprometida
na doença varicosa, a qual afeta 1/3 da população. As manifestações dessa
patologia decorrem, por exemplo, da sobrecarga de volume e da hipertensão que
