Proposal to improve the hydraulic oil filtration

• On the new machine we propose to


dramatically improve the filtration of the
hydraulic oil (more appropriate to the
typical rental market scenario).
• A special filter, extensively used by our
company on bigger models, is proposed as
represented in the side pictures .
• This filter has a double function. It works as
a filter on the return line and as a filter on
the suction line of the transmission charge
pump (two filters in one single manifold).
• Minor risks of cavitation on the
Filter cartridge transmission charge pump line at the start-
up of the machine at low temperatures
conditions due to a pressurization of the
suction line of 0,5 bar (7 psi) minimum.
• Easier maintenance of the filter element.
• Better filtration of the oil.

by-pass duct
