1 OBJETIVOS (PURPOSES)
Fornecer informações para os departamentos de Engenharia e Inspeção para executar a pesagem
de aeronaves.

3 APLICABILIDADE (APPLICABILITY)
Aeronaves BOEING 737-700/-800 que sofreram pintura geral, modificações e/ou reparos que
alteraram significativamente o peso e a posição do Centro de Gravidade da aeronave.
(BOEING 737-700/-800 airplanes that were full painted modified and/or repaired so that these
alterations have changed significantly the aircraft’s weight and center of gravity).

4 PROCEDIMENTOS (PROCEDURES)
a. PREPARAÇÃO DAS BALANÇAS (LOAD CELLS PREPARATION)

NOTA: A VERIFICAÇÃO DA CONDIÇÃO DAS BALANÇAS DEVE SER FEITA ANTES DA

AERONAVE SER COLOCADA SOBRE ELAS.
(NOTE: LOAD CELLS VERIFICATION MUST BE DONE BEFORE AIRCRAFT STAYS ON
THEM).

 Anotar a data de calibração, P/N, modelo, fabricante, S/N das balanças no “WEIGHT AND
BALANCE DETAILS FORM” (figura 4);
(Take notes of the Load Cells calibration date, P/N, model, manufacturer and S/N on
“WEIGHT AND BALANCE DETAILS FORM” (figure 4);

 Verificar se as balanças estão com as baterias carregadas. Caso contrário, deverão ser
ligadas na rede elétrica até o final da pesagem;
(Verify if the Load Cell batteries are charged. Otherwise plug the Load Cells in an electrical
source until the end of weighing);

 Colocar as balanças em posição 30 minutos antes da pesagem para adequação com a

temperatura ambiente;
(Put the Load Cells in position at least 30 minutes before weighing in order to adapt it to
environmental temperature);

 Configurar as balanças para indicação dos pesos em Kg.

(Configure the Load Cells to indicate the loads in Kg).

b. PREPARAÇÃO DA AERONAVE (AIRCRAFT PREPARATION)

NOTA: TODOS OS ITENS RELATIVOS À PREPARAÇÃO DA AERONAVE DEVEM SER

VERIFICADOS NO “AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND BALANCE PREPARATION FORM”
(FIGURA 3).
(NOTE: ALL AIRCRAFT PREPARATION ITEMS MUST BE VERIFIED IN THE “AIRCRAFT
WEIGHT AND BALANCE PREPARATION FORM” (FIGURE 3).

 Assegurar que as superfícies de comando estão em posição neutra;

(Make sure the flight surfaces are in neutral position);

 Assegurar que os flaps e spoilers estão na posição RETRACTED;

(Make sure the flaps and spoilers are in retracted position);

 Assegurar que os compartimentos de carga estão de acordo com o “AIRCRAFT WEIGHT

AND BALANCE PREPARATION FORM” (figura 3);
(Make sure that the cargo compartments are according to the “AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND
BALANCE PREPARATION FORM” (figure 3);

 Drenar os tanques de combustível e reservatórios de água potável e do toalete;

(Drain all fuel tanks, drinkable and toilet water reservoirs);

 Verificar se o Sistema Hidráulico está totalmente abastecido;

(Check if the hydraulic system is fully filled);

 Verificar se os tanques de óleo do motor e APU estão completos;

(Check if the engine and APU oil tanks are fully filled);

 Verificar se as garrafas de extinção de fogo do motor e APU estão carregadas;

(Check if APU and engine Fire Extinguisher Bottles are charged);

 Verificar se todas as portas e acessos estão fechadas e travadas;

(Verify if all doors and access are closed and locked);

 Assegurar que não haja ninguém dentro da aeronave;

(Make sure there is no person inside aircraft);

 Verificar se a cabine de comando e a de passageiros está de acordo com a cartela de

emergência e LOPA instaladas. Adicionalmente, a aeronave deve estar configurada para
voo;
(Verify if the cockpit and aircraft cabin are in accordance with the Emergency Card and
Layout Passengers Accomodations installed. Also, the aircraft must be configured to flight);

 Verificar se a calibração dos pneus está de acordo com o formulário de Daily Check.
(Verify if the tire’s pressures are in accordance with Daily Check form).

c. PREPARAÇÃO DO HANGAR (HANGAR PREPARATION)

Assegurar que todas as portas do hangar estão devidamente fechadas para não haver
oscilação da aeronave devido ao vento.
(Make sure that all hangar doors are fully closed in order to avoid aircraft’s oscillation due to
wind gust).

d. NIVELAMENTO DA AERONAVE (AIRCRAFT LEVELING)

 Verificar o prumo localizado no lado direito do alojamento do trem de pouso principal. Sua
ponta deve apontar diretamente para onde está localizada a marca em forma de V (figura 1);
(Verify the plumb bob located at Main Wheel Well right side. It must be pointed to scale lines
intersection where a V shape mark is located – figure 1);

 O nivelamento é feito alterando a altura dos amortecedores dos trens de pouso conforme
necessário;
(The leveling is achieved by filling of the landing gears shock struts as necessary);
 Após o nivelamento da aeronave, medir a altura da parte exposta do cilindro interno dos

amortecedores dos trens principais conforme Figuras 5, 6 e 7, anotando os valores no

“WEIGHT AND BALANCE DETAILS FORM” (figura 4).
(After leveling procedure, measure the length of exposed landing gears shock struts
according Figures 5, 6 and 7. Take note of these values in the “WEIGHT AND BALANCE
DETAILS FORM” (figure 4).

e. ESTABILIZAÇÃO DA BALANÇA (LOAD CELLS ESTABILIZATION)

 Colocar a aeronave sobre as balanças e aguardar 5 minutos para estabilização;
(Put the aircraft wheels on the Loads Cells and wait 5 minutes to stabilize);

NOTA: NUNCA DEIXE A AERONAVE POR MAIS DE 10 MINUTOS SOBRE AS BALANÇAS

PARA NÃO DANIFICÁ-LAS.
(NOTE: TO AVOID DAMAGE IN LOAD CELLS NEVER LEFT THE AIRCRAFT WHEELS OVER
THEM MORE THAN 10 MINUTES).

 Após a estabilização, retirar a aeronave da balança, aguardar mais 5 minutos e pressionar o

botão zero.
(After stabilization, remove the aircraft from Load Cells, wait more 5 minutes and press the
zero button).

f. REGISTROS DA PESAGEM (WEIGHING REGISTRATION).

NOTA: ESTE FORMULÁRIO DEVERÁ SER PREENCHIDO SOMENTE PELO DEPARTAMENTO

DE INSPEÇÃO.
(NOTE: THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED ONLY BY INSPECTION DEPARTMENT STAFF).

 Colocar a aeronave sobre as balanças, aguardar 5 minutos e anotar os valores obtidos para
cada conjunto de trem no “WEIGHT AND BALANCE DETAILS FORM” Figure 4;
(Put the aircraft wheels on the Load Cells, wait 5 minutes and take notes of the weight for
each wheel in the “WEIGHT AND BALANCE DETAILS FORM” Figure 4);

NOTA: SEMPRE QUE A AERONAVE ESTIVER SOBRE AS BALANÇAS OS CALÇOS DO TREM

DE POUSO NÃO PODEM ESTAR SOBRE AS BALANÇAS.
(NOTE: DO NOT ALLOW ANY WHEEL SHOCKING ON THE LOAD CELLS DURING THE
WEIGHING).

 Remover a aeronave da balança e aguardar 5 minutos para estabilização, antes de qualquer

nova pesagem. Anotar os valores das taras e os valores das pesagens no “WEIGHT AND
BALANCE DETAILS FORM” Figure 4;
(Remove the aircraft from Load Cells and wait 5 minutes to stabilize before any other
weighing. Fill the tare values and the weighing values on the “WEIGHT AND BALANCE
DETAILS FORM” Figure 4);

 Após duas pesagens, deverão ser comparados os valores (TOTAL) obtidos. A diferença não
pode ultrapassar 13 Kg. Caso esta condição não seja satisfeita, uma terceira pesagem
deverá ser feita, com o objetivo de serem corrigidos quaisquer erros de procedimentos que
possam ter ocorrido.
(After two weighing the (TOTAL) weights must be compared. The difference between the two
weighing cannot be higher than 13 kg. If this condition is not satisfied a third weighing must
be done with the purpose to correct any possible mistake during the weighing procedures).

NOTA: PELO MENOS DUAS PESAGENS DEVEM SER EXECUTADAS, COM OS MESMOS
PROCEDIMENTOS.
(NOTE: AT LEAST TWO WEIGHING MUST BE DONE WITH THE SAME PROCEDURES).

 Verificar os valores do CERTIFIED GROSS WEIGHT conforme o seu respectivo Manual de

Operações;
(Verify CERTIFIED GROSS WEIGHT is in accordance with Aircraft Operations Manual);

 Verificar a coerência dos dados nos campos JACK POINTS, REACTION POINT ARMS e
UNITS de acordo com o modelo da aeronave;
(Verify if data from JACK POINTS, REACTION POINT ARMS and UNITS are in accordance
with aircraft model);

i. PREENCHIMENTO DOS CAMPOS DEDUCTIONS E ADDITIONS FIGURA 2

(FILLING THE DEDUCTIONS E ADDITIONS FIELDS FIGURE 2 PART B);

 No campo ADDITIONS deverão ser registrados todos os itens mandatórios que não
estejam a bordo durante a pesagem, seus pesos, braços e momentos, os quais são
fornecidos no capítulo 2 do Manual de Peso e Balanceamento da aeronave;
(In the field ADDITIONS all mandatory items not installed onboard aircraft during
weighing procedure must have their names, arms, weight and moment registered,
which are provided by chapter 2 of Aircraft’s Weigh and Balance Manual);

 No campo DEDUCTIONS deverão ser registrados todos os itens não mandatórios

que estão a bordo durante a pesagem, seus pesos, braços e momentos.
(In the field DEDUCTIONS all non-mandatory items installed onboard aircraft during
weighing must have their names, arms, weight and moment registered).

h. CÁLCULO DA POSIÇÃO DO CENTRO DE GRAVIDADE DA AERONAVE (CG).

(CENTER OF GRAVITY POSITION EVALUATION).
O Centro de Gravidade da aeronave (CG) é calculado e o valor ARM deverá ser registrado
respeitando-se os valores definidos nos gráficos do BOEING WEIGHT AND BALANCE
CONTROL AND LOADING MANUAL, em função do valor das medidas dos amortecedores.
(The aircraft center of gravity (CG) is calculated and the ARM value is registered respecting
the values defined in the graphics from BOEING WEIGHT AND BALANCE CONTROL AND
LOADING MANUAL, according to the shock strut measures).
