Resumo:
O presente artigo objetiva analisar como a cultura organizacional se entrelaça e contribui para a formação da
identidade de uma organização e sua contribuição para efetividade do programa Compliance. Busca-se
identificar os meios pelos quais as empresas podem se adaptar e internalizar os conceitos e normativas do
Programa, os benefícios auferidos, bem como estimular uma reflexão sobre a responsabilidade
organizacional no combate à corrupção e a necessidade de instituir novos padrões culturais e
comportamentais. A cultura da organização exerce importante influência no âmbito do trabalho e no
comportamento organizacional, o que a torna mecanismo para a sustentação bem-sucedida no processo de
implementação e consolidação de uma cultura ética, íntegra e com valores definidos no escopo do Programa
de Compliance. Dessa forma, a principal contribuição teórica deste estudo é auxiliar no entendimento de
como a cultura organizacional contribui para a formação da cultura de integridade. Neste sentido, busca-se
também analisar se a cultura organizacional poderá ser um empecilho para o programa. Considerando os
pilares do programa, os quais ressaltam e evidenciam os papéis, principalmente o papel fundamental da alta
administração, que exerce papel fundamental, é quem dita o tom. Como metodologia adotou-se na pesquisa o
método dedutivo, com coleta qualitativa de dados bibliográficos, fora realizada uma revisão sistemática a
partir de busca em bases de dados indexadas CAPES e SCIELO. A pesquisa adota o método exploratório que
se caracteriza por proporcionar maior familiaridade com um problema, permitindo torná-lo mais explícito,
bem como fomentar o aprimoramento de ideias. Esse tipo de pesquisa se baseia no levantamento
bibliográfico e na investigação de experiências práticas que por meio do método de levantamento recolhe
informações pertinentes do universo ora pesquisado.
Abstract:
This article aims to analyze how organizational culture intertwines and contributes to the formation of an
organization's identity and its contribution to the effectiveness of the Compliance program. It seeks to
identify the means by which companies can adapt and internalize the Program's concepts and regulations, the
benefits obtained, as well as stimulate reflection on organizational responsibility in the fight against
corruption and the need to institute new cultural and behavioral standards. The organization's culture exerts
an important influence on the scope of work and organizational behavior, which makes it a mechanism for
successful support in the process of implementing and consolidating an ethical, integral culture with values
defined in the scope of the Compliance Program. Thus, the main theoretical contribution of this study is to
help understand how organizational culture contributes to the formation of a culture of integrity. In this sense,
it is also sought to analyze whether the organizational culture can be an obstacle for the program.
Considering the pillars of the program, which highlight and highlight the roles, especially the fundamental
role of senior management, which plays a fundamental role, who sets the tone. As a methodology, the
deductive method was adopted in the research, with qualitative collection of bibliographic data, a systematic
review was carried out from a search in CAPES and SCIELO indexed databases. The research adopts the
exploratory method, which is characterized by providing greater familiarity with a problem, allowing it to be
made more explicit, as well as encouraging the improvement of ideas. This type of research is based on a
bibliographical survey and on the investigation of practical experiences that, through the survey method,
collect relevant information from the universe now researched.
