1. INTRODUÇÃO
1. INTRODUCTION

A presente INSTRUÇÃO ESPECIAL DE TRABALHO destina-se a descrever o método que

assegure a rastreabilidade total dos materiais empregues em fabricos onde seja um requisito do
código de construção, da norma de referência e/ou contratualizado com o cliente.
This procedure describes the method used to assure a full traceability according to the requirements of the
construction code, reference standard or client agreement. 

2. CAMPOS DE APLICAÇÃO

A rastreabilidade total dos materiais com transferência é aplicável a:

Full traceability with marks transfer is applicable to the following materials:

• Matérias primas (Chapas; Barras; Perfis; Tubos);

Raw materials (plates; bar; profils; hollow sections; etc)
• Acessórios (Fundos copados; Flanges; Casquilhos e Uniões; Parafusos, porcas e anilhas;
Curvas; Tês; Reduções; etc.)
Acessories (Dished heads; Flanges, Fittings and Nipples; Bolts, Nuts and Washers; Elbows; Tees; Reductions;
etc.)
• Equipamentos (Válvulas; Manómetros; Sondas; Agitadores; etc.)
Equipment (Valves, Gauges, Probes, Agitators, etc.)
• Consumíveis de soldadura (Varetas; Bobines de Fio; Elétrodos; Gases - se aplicável);
Welding Consumables (Rods, Wire Coils, Electrodes, Gases - if applicable);

3. RECEÇÃO DOS MATERIAIS:

3. Materials reception:

A receção física dos materiais é efetuada pela Logística, que confrontando a Guia de Remessa do
Fornecedor com a Nota de Encomenda da INI, valida a quantidade e designação dos artigos.
The material reception is carried out by Logistics, that confirms the quantity and designation of the articles comparing the
supplier delivery note against INI purchase order.

Após esta validação, a Logística assina a Guia de Remessa, preenche o RELATÓRIO RECEÇÃO
DE MATERIAL e regista a entrada dos materiais no sistema informático (PHC) onde é atribuído o
número de Certificado Interno.
After this validation, Logistics signs the Delivery Note, fill the MATERIAL RECEIVING REPORT and register on stock
management software (PHC) the incoming materials and an Internal Certificate number is assigned.

Sempre que for estabelecida uma Inspeção ao material com Ponto de Paragem (HP) no PLANO
DE INSPEÇÃO E ENSAIO (PIE), o material é rotulado com uma fita amarela com a inscrição do
número de Certificado Interno e da Ordem de Fabrico - esta fita permanecerá até ao material ser
analisado e verificado pela Qualidade - caso não exista uma inspeção HP, é impresso no material
o número de Certificado Interno por meio de marcador, fita ou etiqueta.
Whenever an Holding Point (HP) Inspection is required by the INSPECTION AND TEST PLAN (ITP), the material is
labeled with a yellow tape in witch the Internal Certificate number and the Manufacturing Order is registered - this tape
will remain until the material is contoled and verified by the Quality department - if no HP inspection is required, the
Internal Certificate number is printed on the material by means of a marker, tape or label.

Após este registo do material, este será alvo das seguintes inspeções:
After this material has been registered, it will be subject to the following inspections:
• Visual – é efetuada uma análise a defeitos superficiais, empenos, riscos e acabamentos,
etc;
Visual – check for surface defects, distortion and warping, scratches and surface finishing, etc;
• Dimensional - as dimensões características do material são confrontadas com as
dimensões descritas em:
Dimensional – check the materials nominal dimensions against the dimensions described in:
▪ Especificação de Material (MS);
Material Specification (MS);

▪ Normas;
Standards;
▪ Códigos Regulamentares;
Regulatory Codes;
▪ Desenhos, etc.
Drawings, etc.

• Marcas Originais: são verificadas as marcas originais inscritas no material de acordo com:
Original Marks: the original marks registered in the material are checked according to:

▪ Norma do material;
Material standard;

▪ Código de Construção;
Construction Code;

▪ Especificação de Material (MS);

Material Specification (MS);

▪ Certificado do Material.

• Certificado de Material: é verificada a conformidade do certificado de material à luz de:

Material Certificate: the conformity of the material certificate is verified according to:
▪ Norma do material;
Material standard;
▪ Código de Construção;
Construction Code;
▪ Especificação de Material (MS);
Material Specification (MS);

Caso o material não satisfaça os requisitos necessários, o material é rotulado com uma fita
vermelha indicando o número de Certificado Interno, a Ordem de Fabrico e o número da respetiva
Não-Conformidade, para destino em conformidade com a resolução da mesma.
If the material doesn't comply with the requirements, a red tape indicating the Internal Certificate number, the
Manufacturing Order and the number of the respective Nonconformity is labeled on it for further analisys to final
destination decision.

A Qualidade complementa o RELATÓRIO RECEÇÃO DE MATERIAL com a análise e registo das

marcas originais dos materiais (em suporte fotográfico ou documental) e confrontando estas
marcas com os certificados e com a Especificação do Material (MS), de acordo com o
estabelecido no PIE.
Quality department register in the MATERIAL RECEIVING REPORT the required marks, record the original marks by
means of photographic or documentary support and cross-chek them against the Certificate Material and Material
Specification (MS), according to ITP.

Concluindo o processo de receção de materiais a Qualidade emitirá no RELATÓRIO RECEÇÃO

DE MATERIAIS a decisão de Validação (OK) / Rejeição (NOK) ou Aceitação Sob Condição
sempre sustentada documentalmente e de acordo com o PIE.
Closing the receipt of materials, the Quality department issue in the MATERIALS RECEIPT REPORT the decision of
Validation (OK) / Rejection (NOK) or Conditional Acceptance according to the ITP requirements.

Quaisquer irregularidades serão registadas no RELATÓRIO RECEÇÃO DE MATERIAIS para

emissão de Não-Conformidade para posterior análise e tratamento.
Any irregularities will be recorded in the MATERIALS RECEIVING REPORT and a Nonconformity is issued for further analysis and
treatment.

Sempre que o material for alvo de corte, serão transferidos para as restantes partes, por
intermédio de marcador, os registos impressos na peça original e poderão ser adicionadas
informações complementares tais como: a referência da peça; dimensões; etc.
Whenever each material is cut and divided into more than one part, shall be transferred to each part the imprinted marks by means of a
marker. Additional information may be included, such as: the part reference; dimensions; etc.

Estas marcas inscritas serão mantidas durante o processo de fabrico e antes da sua oclusão ou
eliminação, deverão ser transferidas para o desenho ou integradas diretamente na MATRIZ DE
RASTREABILIDADE que estabelece as correlações necessárias à rastreabilidade total de cada
peça ao material/materiais que a compõem.
These imprinted marks shall be maintained during the manufacturing process and prior to their occlusion or elimination, they shall be
transferred to the drawing or registred in the TRACEABILITY MATRIX for the full traceability.
