 RESUMO

O presente artigo tem como objetivo abordar e compreender como os

jogos teatrais podem estimular de forma positiva na educação das séries
iniciais do Ensino Fundamental I, evidenciando suas características no
processo de aprendizagem. Na evolução da espécie humana, a imaginação,
inerente a todos nós, foi ganhando elementos imprescindíveis para a
comunicação e criatividade. O teatro se fez jogo, ausência da realidade,
prazer, criatividade para a solução de problemas, a empatia, a concentração,
a colaboratividade e a interação de formas diferentes com o grupo e o
meio. Esta pesquisa foi executada tendo como eixo norteador autores que
defendem a importância do ensino do teatro na educação e seu papel de
formação do sujeito crítico e transformador, como por exemplo: Johan
Huizinga, Lev Vigotski, Peter Slade, Viola Spolin, Ana Mae Barbosa, Mirian
Celeste Martins, entre outros.

SUMMARY

This article aims to address and understand how theatrical games

can positively stimulate education in the beginning years of the Elementary
School, by describing their characteristics throughout the learning process.
During the evolution of human species, imagination, inherent in all of us, has
been gaining essential elements for communication and creativity. Theater
became play, game, absence of reality, pleasure, creativity for problem
solving, empathy, concentration, collaboration and interaction in different
ways with the group and its surroundings. This research was carried out by
having authors who defend how important theater teaching is in education as
its main guidance, and the role that this plays in developing critical and
transforming people.  Such authors are: Johan Huizinga, Lev Vigotski, Peter
Slade, Viola Spolin, Ana Mae Barbosa, Mirian Celeste Martins, among others.
