Artist Confirmation
This is to confirm that I, [ ] (the
“Artist”), have exclusively authorized [
] (the “Licensor”) to enter into the License
Agreement dated [ ] (the
“Agreement”) with TikTok Technology Limited
(“Licensee”) in respect of the Licensed
Content (as defined in the Agreement) that
embodying my work(s) and/or performance
(the “Confirmed Content”), and expressly
confirm my obligations under the Agreement,
the grant of rights and all other provisions
contained in the Agreement, including, without
limitation, the following:
(i) Licensor have all rights of exploitation and
all other required rights, title and interests in
and to the Confirmed Content (including but
not limited to all rights of communication to
the public, adaptation, reproduction,
synchronization, translation, transcription,
transmission, public performance, broadcast,
exhibition and making available rights), in
order to upload Confirmed Content to the
Service (as defined in the Agreement) and
make the grants of rights, licenses,
authorizations and permissions in the
Agreement; and
(ii) Licensee and its affiliates are granted all
rights necessary in the Confirmed Content
including, without limitation, all reproduction,
distribution, transmission, public performance,
public display, adaptation, synchronization,
communication to the public and making
available rights during the term and
throughout the territory in accordance with the
Agreement; and
(iii) All payment or royalties with respect to the
Confirmed Content have been stipulated in
the Agreement. Other than the amounts
expressly referenced in the Agreement, no
additional fees, amounts or consideration of
any kind or nature will be owed by or on
behalf of Licensee and/or any third-party
licensees/sublicensees/advertisers, directly or
indirectly, in connection with the exploitation
of the Confirmed Content or the exercise of
the rights granted to Licensee under the
Agreement.

Por meio deste documento, Eu, [ ] (o
"Artista"), autorizo exclusivamente [ ] (o
"Licenciante") a celebrar o Contrato de Licença
datado de [ ] (o "Contrato") com a TikTok
Technology Limited ("Licenciado") em relação do
Conteúdo Licenciado (conforme definido no
Contrato) que incorpora meu(s) trabalho(s) e/ou
performance (o "Conteúdo Confirmado"), e
confirmo expressamente minhas obrigações nos
termos do Contrato, a concessão de direitos e todas
as outras disposições contidas no Contrato,
incluindo, sem limitação, o seguinte:
(i) O Licenciante tem todos os direitos de
exploração e todos os outros direitos, títulos e
interesses exigidos no e para o Conteúdo
Confirmado (incluindo, mas não se limitando a
todos os direitos de comunicação ao público,
adaptação, reprodução, sincronização, tradução,
transcrição, transmissão, apresentação pública,
transmissão, exibição e disponibilização de
direitos), a fim de fazer upload do Conteúdo
Confirmado para o Serviço (conforme definido no
Contrato) e fazer as concessões de direitos,
licenças, autorizações e permissões no Contrato; e
(ii) O Licenciado e suas afiliadas recebem todos os
direitos necessários no Conteúdo Confirmado,
incluindo, sem limitação, toda a reprodução,
distribuição, transmissão, apresentação pública,
exibição pública, adaptação, sincronização,
comunicação ao público e disponibilizando
direitos durante a vigência e em todo o território
nos termos do Contrato; e
(iii) Todos os pagamentos ou royalties relativos ao
Conteúdo Confirmado foram estipulados no
Contrato. Além dos valores expressamente
mencionados no Contrato, nenhuma taxa, valor ou
consideração adicional de qualquer tipo ou
natureza será devida por ou em nome do
Licenciado e/ou quaisquer terceiros licenciados/
sublicenciados/anunciantes, direta ou
indiretamente, em conexão com a exploração do
Conteúdo Confirmado ou o exercício dos direitos
concedidos ao Licenciado nos termos do Contrato.
