A edusemia e a linguagem das imagens

Abstrair
A edusemia é uma nova direção na filosofia educacional que enfatiza o papel dos signos,
linguísticos e extralinguísticos, na experiência humana. A edusemia não se limita à análise da
educação formal, mas aborda a pedagogia informal ou cultural na prática, na vida. Este capítulo
analisa um sistema semiótico específico de imagens do Tarot que as colocam como representando o
conhecimento corporificado. Embora conhecido principalmente no nível da claredura popular, o
fenômeno das leituras do Tarot torna-se explicável em termos da ciência dos signos. O
funcionamento do Tarot é explicado pelo recurso à ontologia evolutiva da semiose de Charles
Sanders Peirce e à estrutura triádica de signos genuínos que agem através das fronteiras percebidas
entre a natureza, a cultura e a mente humana. A leitura e a interpretação da linguagem expressiva
das imagens do Tarot levam o material inconsciente ao nível da consciência e contribuem para a
descoberta de significados existenciais e a compreensão do complexo mundo das relações com os
outros. A revalorização da experiência procede de acordo com a lógica do meio incluído que
possibilita a autorreflexão e representa lições simbólicas informais marcadas pelas imagens do
Tarot. Compreender a linguagem das imagens e aplicar esse conhecimento no nível da prática traz
um novo significado para a vida humana.
