•A moção é inibida à PBMAO +1.0°

totalmente estendidos. A
única maneira de ganhar as
funções da lança é estender
o(s) eixo(s).

As chaves limitadoras de CW e

são usados para desabilitar
deslocamento quando a rotação
da base giratória está fora da
área de movimentos permitida.
As chaves limitadoras de
segurança são usadas pelo
SCON para desabilitar carga de
todas as funções se a base
giratória passar 15º CW ou
CWB da posição de movimento
padrão e os eixos não estão
estendidos. Se a lança está
nessa posição, os eixos devem
ser totalmente estendidos para
recuperar carga de todas as
funções.
79
perigosa. Também contêm
dentro dele, os sensores de
nível da gravidade da base
girátoria. Sensores de nível
são usados para a ativação
do alarme de nível 4.5º, para
cortar a função da base
giratória à 11.3º na direção X,
mudar para movimento baixo
à 8º na direção , e também é
usado em conjunto com os
sensores de ângulo da
primária e secundária para
determinar o ângulo máximo
da lança primária.
80
Z-135 Switch & Sensor Functionality
secundária alcançou a altura
total então a sua extensão é
ativada. A de segurança é
usada em conjunto com chave
limitadora de segurança da
secundária retraída (LSS1RS)
para determinar se a lança
secundária está em uma
posição insegura.

Z-135 Funcionalidade do interrupitor e sensor
20º to menos 20º.

secundária, lança do jib subida/descida e
nível da plataforma quando o ângulo da
plataforma é maior que ±10º à gravidade.
Você verá o erro P22 e P22R no visor e a

Comunicação do controle
88
88
88
90
CAN níveis de tensão
• A voltagem nas linhas do Can é ligada
continua resiliente

Jib Bell Crank
Sensor
Calibration
The unit must be in the stowed position with the axles extended prior to
beginning this procedure.
During the calibration you need to make sure the platform does not
strike the ground by repositioning the jib at horizontal.
Digital level with alternate zero function: Place the digital level on a
known vertical surface. Zero out the level with the alternate zero
function.
Digital level without alternate zero function: If your digital level does not
have an alternate zero function it will read 90 deg on a vertical surface.
During calibration, the measured value will need to be subtracted from
90 degrees to get the correct number to enter the system.
