ilegalmente, a condições de trabalho, remuneratórias e
sociais discriminatórias, daí assumir vital importância este
“Guia dos direitos e deveres do trabalhador imigrante”,
ainda mais no actual contexto económico e social em que
o País se encontra e onde o aumento da exploração cada

No contrato de trabalho, o trabalhador exerce a sua actividade sob as
