The giant sun summons the crowd with its psychedelic eyes to join the first major dance
floor of the weekend. The Gathering is the welcome party for campers, who danced like
there would be no tomorrow, but there is! There is so much more tomorrow to come.

So how did your prep. for Tomorrowland go? As we venture into new territory in Brazil,
we’re pretty sure that, for some people, this is their first festival experience ever! And we want
to see all of you radiant people enjoying the fullest, so we’ve prepared some golden tips to
make your first ”official” day much cooler. We’ve asked around to see what the newcomers
recommend. The perfect land was created for Tomorrow, and now it’s time for the most fun
space occupation in the world!
Como foi a sua preparação para o Tomorrowland? Como estamos adentrando novas terras no
Brasil, temos certeza de que, para muitas pessoas, esta é a primeira vez que curtem um festival!
Então, como queremos ver todo mundo curtindo o máximo, preparamos dicas que vão deixar a
experiência no primeiro dia ”oficial” muito mais legal – e perguntamos para uns recém-chegados
o que eles recomendam. A cidade do Tomorrow perfeita foi erguida, agora é hora da explosão
populacional mais divertida do mundo!

NEVER FORGET NUNCA ESQUEÇA

It is never an easy thing to gather your stuff, leave for the festival grounds, and get it
right the first time. Without having to go back for stuff you thought you wouldn’t need,
that is. Here are a few pointers on what not to forget:
• Your friends
• Ridiculous outfit (preferably with pockets) (boring outfits are strongly discouraged)
• Smiles, lots of smiles
• Sunglasses
• Extra pair of underwear to fling into favourite DJ’s face
• Lighter (great for making friends!)
• Chewing gum (possibly even better for making friends)
• Your own sexy self (best for making friends)

Taking some time to grab a bite or check yourself out on the
mirror is crucial, but during Tomorrowland Brasil, it could be
magical! At the Doritos space, facing the Mainstage, you can
do all those things. Inside it, there’s a huge enchanted mirror
where a witch – a kindhearted one, we might add – may pop
up to challenge your speed! The lucky ones who meet her
challenges become eligible to win awesome prizes: a dinner,
access to the Comfort Zone, a bag full of tokens and even an
incredible helicopter ride. You’ve never wanted to run into a
witch this badly before!

OLIVER HELDENS FOCUS ON MAGICAL FRIDAY

Oliver Heldens may be young and still somewhat new to the
world of EDM, but he’s making major waves alongside some of
the biggest and best in the industry. Hailing from Rotterdam
in The Netherlands, the 20-year-old producer was signed in
2013 by Spinnin’ Records, making him label mates with the
likes of Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix. His first releases
with Spinnin’ Records were his “Stinger” and “Thumper”
featuring DJ Jacob van Hage. But it was his single “Gecko”
that really put this Dutch producer on the world map.
When Tiësto got wind of Heldens’ “Gecko,” he immediately signed the
burgeoning producer to his own label, Musical Freedom. Under Tiësto’s
label, the single featuring British singer Becky Hill soared to No. 1 on the
DMC Magazine Buzz Chart and was dubbed the “Essential New Tune” by
BBC legend Pete Tong.
After successful remixing Martin Garrix’s “Animals” and Robin Thicke’s
“Feel Good,” Heldens released his “Koala” in July of 2014. A few months
later, he followed up with a vocal version of the track with singer KStewart
and renamed it “Last All Night (Koala).” The revamped single made it to
number 5 on the British Singles Chart, his 2nd top-five single in the UK.
As he pushes the boundaries of house music, Heldens is bringing his intellect
and passion for creating to each song he makes. The blossoming producer used
to be a competitive chess player and has a room full of trophies! If he wasn’t
making music, Heldens said he would probably be on his way to becoming
an architect. We’re glad you chose to create music, Heldens! Although, we
realize you would have probably designed a killer skyscraper!
Heldens debuted on the DJ Mag Top 100 at 34, but we can only expect him
to continue to climb charts. After “Koala” became one of the most-searched
dance records on the music identification app Shazam, the company predicted
that the booming producer would undoubtedly reach DJ superstardom in

Andrew Rayel quickly took over the leadership of the
recent generation of trance producers. After releasing
brilliant original tracks through Armada Music, namely
“Deflageration”, “Aeon of Revenge” and “Coriolis”, he
was invited to remix tracks by Markus Schulz, Tiësto,
W&W and Zedd. Having played in festivals such as
Kazantip and Trancefusion, Andrew has consolidated
acknowledgement from his fans, who helped him leap to
the 24th position of DJ Mag’s Top 100 chart in 2014.

One of the greatest revelations of the current Brazilian EDM scene, Alok Petrillo, has been stirring
up stages wherever he plays. Because he is the son of two iconic figures in the Brazilian psychedelic
trance scene, DJs Swarup and Ekanta, founders of the Universo Paralello festival, the artist literally
grew up on the dance floors. He started playing when he was only 12 years old alongside his twin
brother Bhaskar. When he decided to move forward with his solo project, he chose to create music
with techno influences, but always in the pursuit of eliminating the barrier between mainstream and
underground music. In fact, one of his main hits is called “We Are Underground”.

Uma das maiores revelações da música eletrônica brasileira atual, Alok Petrillo vem causando
comoção pelas pistas onde se apresenta. Por ser filho de dois ícones do trance psicodélico brasileiro,
os DJs Swarup e Ekanta, fundadores do festival Universo Paralello, o artista literalmente
