goes beyond the physical, also encompassing forms such as psychological, sexual, property and
moral violence.
No tocante às representações femininas, Salomé Coelho aponta para a
elaboração social de estereótipos que fortalecem a submissão e a
fragilidade das mulheres. Ela critica a transformação do corpo
feminino em objeto, a romantização do sofrimento feminino e a
perpetuação de padrões de conduta que reforçam a crença na
inferioridade das mulheres em relação aos homens.
Regarding female representations, Salomé Coelho points to the social elaboration of stereotypes that
strengthen women's submission and fragility. She criticizes the transformation of the female body into an
object, the romanticization of female suffering and the perpetuation of standards of conduct that reinforce the
belief in the inferiority of women in relation to men.
A autora também ressalta a relevância de desmantelar tais
representações negativas das mulheres, fomentando a equidade
de gênero e o respeito pelos direitos das mulheres. Ela destaca a
importância do empoderamento feminino, da instrução e da
conscientização da sociedade para enfrentar a violência
doméstica e assegurar a proteção e o bem-estar das mulheres.

The author also highlights the importance of dismantling such negative representations of women,
promoting gender equality and respect for women's rights. She highlights the importance of female
empowerment, education and raising awareness in society to combat domestic violence and ensure the
protection and well-being of women.
Na narrativa social de Salomé Coelho, a
experiência da violência desperta sentimentos
profundos e perturbadores. A personagem
principal encontra-se imersa num mundo onde
a violência parece estar sempre à espreita,
causando medo e uma insegurança constante.

In Salomé Coelho's social narrative, the

experience of violence awakens deep and
disturbing feelings. The main character finds
herself immersed in a world where violence
seems to always lurk, causing fear and
constant insecurity.
 A sensação de impotência diante da violência que existe no
seu quotidiano faz com que ela se questione da sua própria
existência e dos seus valores. A cada situação de violência
presenciada ou sofrida, a personagem sente-se traumatizada,
desamparada, sem saber como lidar com a dor e com
sofrimento que a acompanham.

The feeling of powerlessness in the face of the violence that

exists in her daily life makes her question her own existence
and her values. With each situation of violence witnessed or
suffered, the character feels traumatized, helpless, without
knowing how to deal with the pain and suffering.
Os sentimentos de raiva, tristeza e desespero tornam-se
companheiros constantes da personagem, que luta para
manter-se firme no meio do caos que a rodeia. O seu
estado constante de alerta e de tensão, leva a
personagem a sentir-se exausta e emocionalmente
desgastada.

Feelings of anger, sadness and desperation become constant companions

for the character, who struggles to remain firm in the midst of the chaos that
surrounds her. Her constant state of alert and tension leads the character to
feel exhausted and emotionally worn out.
A narrativa de Salomé Coelho leva-nos a
refletir sobre a cruel realidade da
violência fora de portas e os seus
impactos profundos na vida das pessoas.
A autora convida-nos a repensar nas
nossas atitudes e a procurar soluções
para mudar esta terrível realidade.

Salomé Coelho's narrative leads us to reflect on the

cruel reality of violence outside our homes and its
profound impacts on people's lives. The author
invites us to rethink our attitudes and look for
solutions to change this terrible reality.
