CONTRACT FOR SERVICES OF CLEANNING, LAUNDRY AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

presente Contrato de Prestação de Serviços, que
se regerá pelas cláusulas seguintes:
1ª CLÁUSULA
(objeto)
O Primeiro Outorgante é o legítimo usurário da

6ª CLÁUSULA
(Conservação)
1. A Segunda Outorgante responsabiliza-se
pela conservação do imóvel no estado em que
atualmente se encontram as instalações

demais equipamentos do imóvel.
2. O Primeiro Outorgante responsabiliza-se
por todas as reparações necessárias para manter o
imóvel no estado de conservação em que
atualmente se encontra, bem como em manter em
bom estado os respetivos pavimentos, pinturas e
janelas, ressalvando o desgaste proveniente da sua
normal e prudente utilização.
7ª CLÁUSULA
(Despesas)
O Primeiro Outorgante assume a responsabilidade
do bom pagamento de todos os serviços como
água, eletricidade, gás, televisão e internet, bem
como a quota anual dos custos do Condomínio
referente ao imóvel.
5th CLAUSE
(own use)

repairs necessary to maintain the property in its
current state of preservation, as well as to keep its
floors, paintings and windows in good condition,
except for the wear and tear from its normal and
prudent use.
7th CLAUSE
(Expenses)
The First Party assumes responsibility for the
payment of all services such as water, electricity,

8ª CLÁUSULA
(Vigência)
O presente contrato entra em vigor no dia xxxx e
tem a duração de xx meses renovável por
sucessivos e iguais períodos, podendo, no entanto,
ser denunciado ou alterado por qualquer das partes
mediante comunicação escrita enviada à outra,
desde de que faça dentro do período definido na
cláusula seguinte.
9ª CLÁUSULA
(Denúncia)
O Primeiro ou a Segunda Outorgante poderão
denunciar o presente contrato, após três meses de
duração efetiva do mesmo, mediante comunicação
escrita, a enviar por carta registada com aviso de
receção, com uma antecedência mínima de 60 dias
sobre a data em que se operam os seus efeitos. A
partir da notificação deverá ser cedido acesso ao
Primeiro Outorgante ou a quem este indique de
forma a poder fazer uso do imóvel sempre e
somente se não existam reservas no perfil da
Segunda Outorgante.

8th CLAUSE
(Validity)
