are not taxed in IRPS or IRPC in the ownership of natural or
legal persons which integrate them;
(iii)the entities with or without legal personality, which do not
have head office nor effective management in Mozambican
territory, and whose income there obtained are not subject
to IRPS.
The overall rate of IRPC is 32%, except for cases in which companies
submit confidential or undocumented expenses, which are taxed
at 35%.
2. Stamp Tax
The Stamp Tax is levied on all documents, books, papers and

instruments referred to in own table, where are set the respective
