CONCLUSÃO
Conclui-se que através do protocolo de intervenção usado no presente
estudo houve melhora nas fases da marcha, no equilíbrio e no aumento do
trofismo muscular.
Notamos a importância das atividades associadas ao lúdico e que o
desenvolvimento de vínculo entre profissional e paciente é favorável ao melhor
resultado dos tratamentos pediátricos.

6. Dos benefícios.
O participante receberá um tratamento fisioterapêutico que possibilitará melhor reabilitação pós-
amputação, melhorando sua funcionalidade e a marcha. Na intervenção ocorrerá o tratamento adequado
para este caso de intervenção de amputação tipo syme. Somado a isto, os resultados do presente estudo
poderão dar novas diretrizes para reabilitação pós-amputação tipo syme, onde a intervenção do estudo
visa estabelecer a funcionalidade, marcha e fortalecimento após amputação.

INTRODUÇÃO: A Hemimelia Fibular é uma malformação congênita rara e complexa que afeta
aproximadamente 1:50.0000 nascidos vivos. HIPÓTESE: Não se aplica. METODOLOGIA: Relato de caso
onde o participante será avaliado antes e após uma intervenção fisioterapêutica, quanto a mobilidade,
funcionalidade, perimetria, equilíbrio, marcha e flexibilidade. CRITÉRIOS DE INCLUSÃO:Ter Hemimelia
Fibular ectopica diagnosticada;Já ter realizado amputação do tipo Syme;Haver prescrição médica para
tratamento fisioterapêutico;Possuir idade entre 1 ano e 4 meses a 5 anos.CRITÉRIOS DE
EXCLUSÃO:Ausência em 2 sessões;Impossibilidade cognitiva de compreensão das atividades
fisioterapêuticas;Sinais vitais instáveis;Cardiopatas;Pneumopatas;Patologias neurológicas
associadas;Lesões epiteliais no membro inferior amputado.
