As alterações cardiovasculares do
hipotireoidismo acometem milhares de pessoas
ao redor do mundo. Este trabalho tem como
ponto de partida compreender de que forma a
disfunção tireoidiana estaria envolvida na
atividade elétrica cardíaca em ratos.
3 HIPÓTESE
•Ohipotireoidismo, induzido por administração de
PTU em ratos, promove alterações em
parâmetros eletrofisiológicas do coração, tais
como FC, amplitude de onda P, complexo QRS,
Onda T e intervalos PR, QRS e QT obtidos e
mensurados em traçados de ECG, tanto in vivo
como in vitro (preparação de Langendorff).
4 JUSTIFICATIVA
A avaliação da atividade cardíaca a partir
de modelo experimental, fornecem valiosas
informações acerca da fisiopatologia
cardiovascular provocada pela disfunção
tireoidiana, os quais incidem nas alterações
de parâmetros eletrofisiológicos mensurados
pelo método Langendorff não antes
experimentadas no Estado.
