RESUMO

As normas são unidades normativas que exprimem e concretizam a respetiva ordem jurídica
em que se incluem e, ao mesmo tempo, funcionam como mediadores na aplicação do Direito
às situações concretas.
A norma jurídica é um comando geral, abstrato e coercível, ditado por uma autoridade
competente. Por aqui se distingue dos comandos individuais e concretos que, embora
representem imperativos tutelados por medidas coercitivas, não criam direito objetivo, antes
se limitam a ser uma aplicação deste.
Encontrar-se-a aspectos mais profundos concernentes a a estrutura de uma nor.a jurídicos.
ABSTRACT

Norms are normative units that express and materialize the respective legal order in which
they are included and, at the same time, act as mediators in the application of Law to concrete
situations. The legal norm is a general, abstract and enforceable command, dictated by a
competent authority. Here, it is distinguished from individual and concrete commands which,
although they represent imperatives protected by coercive measures, do not create objective
law, but are limited to being na application of it. You will find deeper aspects concerning the
