SUMMARY:
This article shows the importance of children 's play as a tool in the development of
children' s learning, with a view to school management with a new look at playing in
children 's education. For it is believed that the child who plays it is able to create
and recreate the environment in which it lives. The manager is considered the
driving force in the changes of his team being considered a transforming subject. In
this way the manager provides the teachers, support staff, to participate in
continuous training being considered by the very nature of human knowledge and
doing, as a practice that is constantly transformed, leading to develop actions aimed
at the practice of play in the environment School, leading and delegating functions,
socializing discoveries and procedures, taking care of the constant training of the
team, encouraging the team to build and develop a shared educational pedagogical
project where the importance of play space in the school environment is confirmed
and the child has the right and opportunity to play. And from the toy, to exercise

instituição como um todo, diagnosticando e acompanhando melhor os resultados
alcançados. Segundo Paulo freire (1997,p37) A tarefa de ensinante / aprendente e
do aprendente / ensinante exige seriedade, preparo científico.
