ABSTRACT: The present work will allow the study of the productive capacity in
a national company of the segment of customized packaging, aiming to
generate a discussion in order to reduce waste or unnecessary costs in the
company, as well as to increase its productivity based on the application of the
chronological analysis for the planning and control of productive activities. For
that, an applied research was observed, pointing out qualitative aspects with
objectives that were classified as exploratory and technical procedures defined
in two groups: those that use the so-called bibliographic sources and those
whose data are provided through a study of case. The method used to collect
data consisted of filling in a document called "timesheet and movements". The
main results of the research include all the necessary elements and procedures
for calculating the standard time for cutting operations, offset painting, screen
printing, hot stamping, die-cutting, assembly and application of eyelets. All this
information came from the proposed chronoanalysis for the company
researched, thus motivating, the continuation of studies of its productive
capacity.
