O mapa do Dota foi expandido
consideravelmente. O objetivo principal
continua a ser o mesmo: as lanes ainda
estão à mesma distância uma da outra e
tudo o que precisas para vencer ainda está
no centro do mapa.

O Roshan vendeu o seu antigo covil no rio e está a
tirar partido de todos estes novos terrenos. Ele tem
agora dois novos e fantásticos covis situados no
noroeste e sudeste do mapa, com vista para as

Alguns dos creeps cansaram-se de ser sempre
massacrados na selva e estabeleceram 12 novos
acampamentos por todo o mapa expandido. Por

tua cabeça não expluda e tenhas de chamar

HERÓIS EM DESTAQUE
Embora todos os heróis tenham sido
reequilibrados, alguns foram mais do que

MUERTA
Depois de dois meses a assombrar as lanes, a
Muerta finalmente pode interagir com o
Aghanim's Scepter e o Aghanim's Shard. Se

Muerta shoots an allied or enemy
hero in their soul, separating it from
the physical body for 4 seconds. The
soul is pushed 150 units on
separation and is untargetable,
muted, disarmed, and invulnerable.
The body is stunned for the duration
and has 50% damage reduction. After
this effect the soul is forcefully
returned to the body which applies a
strong dispel removing negative
debuffs and stuns. The soul survives
until the end of the effect even if the
body dies. Does not deal damage to
allies and Muerta can't target herself.
Damage: 300. Mana Cost: 250.

walks across the tar gets slowed by
16/19/22/25% and receives

reduz menos a rapidez de movimento

MAGNETIC FIELD
Tempest Double concede +150 de
alcance de ataque (só a heróis
Ranged), adiciona 20/40/60/80 de

MATCHMAKING
Sejamos honestos: existem mais de oito mil
milhões de pessoas no planeta e 99,9%
delas são terríveis a jogar Dota. O que
significa que o matchmaking pode ser um
desafio, especialmente se fores um ás no
Dota e gostares de jogar com pessoas que
são quase (mas de preferência não) tão
boas como tu no Dota. Fizemos bastantes
alterações e contas para melhorar a
qualidade do nosso matchmaking para
jogadores de todos os níveis de habilidade.
M ATC H M A K I N G CO M CO N F I A N Ç A
A classificação de matchmaking (conhecida como
MMR) é constituída por apenas dois números: um para
a classificação e outro para o nível de confiança na
classificação. Quando jogas uma partida, ajustamos a
tua classificação de acordo com o resultado e o teu
nível de confiança também sobe, porque agora temos
mais dados.

Tradicionalmente, o Dota tem utilizado uma versão
modificada do algoritmo Elo para implementar
alterações na classificação e no nível de confiança.
Porém, com o passar do tempo, reparámos em alguns
problemas com a nossa abordagem. Primeiro, a
distribuição de MMRs tendia gradualmente para
baixo, causando uma aglomeração indesejada no
intervalo de 0 a 1000 de MMR. Segundo, os jogadores
que paravam de jogar regularmente e depois voltavam
mais tarde tinham muitas dificuldades em obter um
MMR preciso, porque o respetivo nível de habilidade
anterior já não representava a realidade.

Para resolvermos este problema, estamos a mudar
para um algoritmo diferente, chamado Glicko, que
deve colocar-te numa partida, de forma rápida e
precisa, com outros jogadores de habilidade
semelhante. Matematicamente falando, o Glicko
permite-nos considerar melhor o nível de confiança
na classificação de um jogador nos nossos cálculos,
resultando em decisões mais precisas sobre ganhos ou
perdas de classificação.

Alterações ao mapa
O mapa foi remodelado, expandindo as
quatro bordas do mapa. Foram adicionados
novos caminhos e objetivos.
Heróis Universais
Foi adicionado um novo tipo de herói:
Universal.
Heróis Universais não têm um atributo
principal, mas recebem um bónus de 0,6 de
dano por um ponto de cada atributo.
O modo de Seleção dos Capitães agora
escolhe 7 heróis aleatórios de cada atributo
(o total foi aumentado de 27 para 28).
O modo de Seleção Única agora escolhe 4
heróis, um por atributo + um Universal.

Imunidade a debuffs

ways: the spell application, debuff protection
and damage reduction
Spell application: All spells can now be used
on units with Debuff Immunity, even ones
that don't pierce Debuff Immunity.
Corresponding visual effects will appear and
the spell will apply all of it's debuffs on target
Debuff protection: Negative effects that
don't pierce Debuff Immunity will not have
an effect on the target for the duration of
the immunity. However, if the Debuff
Immunity expires before the debuff that
doesn't pierce it, then it will take effect for
the remaining duration. Negative effects that
pierce Debuff Immunity take effect
immediately
Damage reduction: Debuff Immunity
increases Magic Resistance and negates Pure
and Reflected damage completely. These
effects protect only against spells that don't
pierce the Debuff Immunity. Physical Damage
is not reduced in any case. Here's the list of
Magic Resistance for all abilities that
previously gave Spell Immunity:
