INTRODUÇÃO
A realização deste manual destina-se a ser um guia prático para a utilização correcta e segura da máquina,
como também uma manutenção de rotina racional desta última.
O constante respeito das normas nele contidas, garante meihores rendimentos, economia de exercício, e uma
duração mais longa do funcionamento da máquina, consentindo principalmente um uso apropriado para evitar
os acídentes mais corriqueiros que possam acontecer durante o trabalho ou a manutenção.

Para uma melhor compreensão das informações fornecidas neste manual, as instruções consideradas críticas
ou perigosas são ressaltadas pela presença dos seguintes símbolos:
PERIGO: Indica uma situação iminente de risco que, se não for evitada, pode provocar lesões
graves ou até mesmo a morte.
ATENÇÃO: indica um risco potencial que, se não for evitado, pode provocar lesões de média ou leve
entidade. Pode também ser utilizada para evitar que sejam feitas operações perigosas que

A utilização da máquina para realizar operações diferentes das descritas é severamente proibida.
A utilização de materiais diferentes dos indicados não é prevista, a não ser depois de consultar o Departamento
Técnico da empresa FIORI.
A empresa FIORI declina toda e qualquer responsabilidade por uma utilização diferente ou pelo não
cumprimento das instruções fornecidas pelo fabricante.
Não é permitido utilizar a máquina para executar trabalhos subterrâneos e em ambientes potencialmente
explosivos. Para os trabalhos subterrâneos, contactar a empresa FIORI para solicitar os requisitos
necessários para a adaptação da máquina.
Cada modificaçáo efetuada arbitrariamente na máquina exclui o fabricante FIORI de toda e qualquer
responsabilidade por danos que possam ser causados directa e/ou indirectamente.
O fabricante FIORI e a própria rede de Distribuiçáo e Assistência declinam-se de toda e qualquer
responsabilidade por danos que possam derivar do funcionamento, em condíçáo de defeito, de componentes
instalados na máquina e não aprovados em caso de manutenção ou reparção.
Não é possível transportar objectos de qualquer tipo sobre a máquina e no interior da cabina.
Portanto, não será emitida uma garantia de nenhum tipo, relativa ao produto fabricado ou comercializado
pelo produtor FIORl para danos originados de defeitos de funcionamento de peças e/ou componentes não
aprovados.
ATENÇÃO: A FIORI declina toda e qualquer responsabilidade por acidentes a pessoas ou a objectos

3.0 PREMISSA
A finalidade deste manual é de ser um guia prático e racional para um uso correto no sentido de evitar as
causas mais ordinarias de acidentes que podem acontecer durante o trabalho e a manutenção.
As regras gerais a seguir devem ser indispensavelmente respeitadas:
- Consultar atenciosamente este MANUAL antes de proceder às operações de acionamento, uso, manutenção,
abastecimento ou outras intervenções.
- Ler e respeitar todas as NORMAS DE SEGURANÇA presentes no seguinte manual antes de qualquer
intervenção.
- A segurança do operador e das pessoas que operam nas proximidades da máquina depende da prudencia
e do juízo no uso adequado da máquina. É necessário então, conhecer perfectamente as funções de todos
os comandos e as características de estabilidade do veículo antes de iniciar o trabalho.

ATENÇÃO: não trabalhar sobre inclinações superiores às limite porque isso pode provocar o
capotamento da máquina.
- Não usar a máquina em descidas com a caixa de velocidades no ponto morto nem utilizar muito os travões.
Seleccionar e engatar a velocidade mais adequada, capaz de manter a velocidade de deslocação necessária
e evitar uma possível perda de controlo.
- Em caso de descidas muito acentuadas, não usar o motor sobre regime; selecionar a marcha mais adequada
antes de enfrentar a pendência.
- NUNCA estacionar o veículo nem deixá-lo sem vigilância sobre terrenos inclinados.
- Deslocar-se com velocidade baixa sobre grama, folhas caídas ou camadas de gelo molhadas.
- Se acender a luz indicadora de reserva de combustível durante o trabalho sobre um terreno inclinado,
proceder imediatamente ao abastecimento porque a inclinação da máquina pode fazer com que o motor
aspire ar e pare de repente, pondo em grave risco a segurança do operador e das pessoas que se encontram
a jusante da máquina.
- O grau de inclinação deve ser avaliado em função dos seguintes factores: tipo de terreno, carga, condições
do veículo, velocidade e visibilidade.
- Deslocações em vias públicas: para inclinações superiores a 5%, utilizar a velocidade mais baixa.

do corpo não cobertas. Encarregar uma pessoa da sinalização necessária se a máquina se aproximar
demasiadamente dos cabos eléctricos.
- Durante operações feitas perto de cabos de alta tensão, não permitir que nenhuma pessoa se aproxime da
máquina.
- Se acontece um contato com a linha eléctrica deve-se absolutamente evitar de abandonar a máquina
tocando as estruturas metálicas que são em tensão, portanto, o operador não deve abandonar a cabina até
ser confirmada a interrupção da electricidade. Para além disso, ele não deve deixar que nenhuma pessoa
se aproxime da máquina.

PRECAUÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA
3.1.30 TRANSPORTE
- Para carregar ou descarregar a máquina do meio de transporte, escoiher uma zona plana que oferega um
suporte sólido ás rodas do carreto do autocarro.
- Certificar-se de que o veículo destinado ao transporte da máquina tenha a capacidade adequada (ver os
pesos e dimensões no capítulo “Dados Técnicos”).
O peso, a altura de transporte e o comprimento global da máquina variam em função do equipamento de
trabalho: verificar portanto as dimensões.
Verificar se as dimensões são permitidas pelo Código da Estrada.
- Utilizar rampas de acesso resistentes de altura e inclinação adequada.
- Certificar-se de que a superfície da rampa de acesso esteja limpa e isenta de traços de óleo, massa
lubrificante, gelo e resíduos de outro material.
Remover a sujidade das rodas da máquina. Em caso de chuva, a superfície das rampas pode se tornar
escorregadia: prestar muita atenção.
Verificar se o superficie do carreto esta bem limpo.
- Fazer funcionar o motor com velocidade baixa e proceder lentamente. O peso deve ser transferido
gradualmente da rampa de carga ao veículo transportador.
- Nunca virar nas rampas para corrigir a posição da máquina. Se for necessário, afastar-se das rampas,
corrigir a direcção e voltar a subir.
A máquina deve ser colocada de maneira que as cargas nos eixos sejam as prescritas para o veículo de
transporte e que o mesmo não fique desequilibrado.
Fixar a máquina solidamente na superfície e bloquear as rocas com os cones apropriados.
- Certificar-se de que o motor esteja desligado e as janelas e porta, se prevista, estejam fechadas.

3.2.4 ESMAGAMENTO
A máquina é um veículo para todos os efeitos; portanto, durante a sua movimentação, prestar a máxima
atenção à presença de pessoas, animais ou objectos à volta da zona de trabalho.
- Verificar a eficiência dos comandos e, nomeadamente, dos dispositivos de travagem. A partir do posto de
condução deve ser garantida a máxima visibilidade da zona de trabalho e de deslocação do veículo, isso
também mediante o auxílio de espelhos, dispositivos de vídeo, aparelhos de iluminação para trabalhos
nocturnos que devem ser mantidos operacionais e eficientes.
- Antes de efectuar qualquer operação com a máquina, certificar-se sempre de dispor dos espaços
necessários para trabalhar em condições de segurança. Solicitar a assistência de pessoal no chão para
executar trabalhos em espaços apertados ou com visibilidade insuficiente.
- Adequar a velocidade aos limites estabelecidos para as diferentes zonas do estaleiro de obras. Nunca
ultrapassar 15 km/h e deslocar o veículo com velocidade extremamente reduzida perto das posições de
trabalho.
- Durante as manobras deve ser proibida a presença de pessoas na área de trabalho dos veículos mediante
sinalização adequada e delimitação da área. O operador (ou a pessoa encarregada) deve fazer respeitar
esta proibição até mesmo suspendendo o trabalho se for necessário.
- Se houver a necessidade de contactar o condutor durante o trabalho, aproximar-se da cabina a partir de
uma posição visível para o operador e somente depois do seu sinal de consentimento.
- As condições do terreno devem permitir a paragem rápida da máquina.
- É proibido permanecer em baixo dos equipamentos de trabalho.

3.2.5 CAPOTAMENTO
- O operador deve conhecer bem as performances, peso e carga máxima transportável pela máquina referidas
às condições do terreno (plano, compacto, áspero, em declive).
- Certificar-se sempre, antes de iniciar o trabalho, que a área de apoio das rodas da máquina seja
suficientemente sólida e capaz de aguentar o seu peso. Em função destas características, manter uma
distância de segurança adequada da margem da escavação.
- Verificar se os trajectos no estaleiro são adequados e se as áreas de trabalho estão desimpedidas e se são
adequadas para a passagem do veículo e para a sua estabilidade.
- Analisar e registar a topografia e as características geológicas do local para adoptar as medidas adequadas de
prevenção contra um possível capotamento da máquina, contra deslizamentos de terra ou desabamentos.
- Ter em consideração as características do terreno de maneira complementar relativamente às características
da máquina; as variáveis controladas pelo operador, tais como velocidade, ângulo de deslocação nos
declives, inclinação do próprio terreno, distribuição da carga, etc. são fundamentais para minimizar o risco
de capotamento.
- Respeitar as normas indicadas no capítulo relativo à utilização em declives.
ATENÇÃO: Respeitar os limites de declive aconselhados não significa poder manobrar o veículo com
plena liberdade em todas as condições de carga, terreno ou manobra sobre o referido
declive. Em todos os casos, é aconselhável reduzir à metade os valores de declive sobre
terrenos húmidos e irregulares.
- Evitar atingir as condições limite e, em geral, comportar-se com prudência: adequando a velocidade e os
trajectos ao terreno e às condições de visibilidade, evitando travagens e acelerações bruscas, mudanças
repentinas de direcção e de sentido de avanço.
- O veículo pode ser utilizado sobre terrenos inclinados somente nos limites indicados pelo fabricante; no
caso de terrenos particularmente íngremes e impérvios, é aconselhável confiar a condução do veículo a
operadores muito experientes.
- A máquina pode capotar também por causa de irregularidades do trajecto, deslizamento do fundo
(principalmente nos trabalhos na margem da estrada ou da superfície de manobra), patinagem sobre fundos
molhados ou lamacentos, execução de manobras erradas ou imprudentes (acelerações ou viragens bruscas,
carga desequilibrada, velocidade excessiva, etc.).
- Não efectuar viragens bruscas com velocidades elevadas durante a condução.
- O centro de gravidade da máquina pode se deslocar em relação às dimensões e à posição da carga, à
inclinação do terreno e em função da movimentação da máquina.
- A máquina está provida de cabina de segurança ROPS. Todavia, em caso de capotamento, é necessário
que o operador esteja com o cinto de segurança apertado; do contrário, seria projectado para fora correndo
o risco de ser esmagado pelo veículo.
EM CASO DE CAPOTAMENTO
A estrutura de protecção torna o posto de condução o único local seguro onde permanecer no caso de
capotamento da máquina.
DURANTE O CAPOTAMENTO
Não abandonar o posto de condução: permanecer sentado segurando-se firmemente com as mãos no assento
ou no volante.

3.2.9 BATERIA
O electrólito da bateria contém ácido sulfúrico e as baterias produzem gás de hidrogénio inflamável, que
poderia explodir. Uma utilização incorrecta pode provocar ferimentos graves ou incêndios.
- Não utilizar nem carregar a bateria se o nível de electrólito estiver abaixo da linha de nível mínimo. Verificar
sempre a intervalos regulares o nível do electrólito da bateria e acrescentar água destilada para o integrar
até à linha de nível máximo.
- Para trabalhar com as baterias, utilizar SEMPRE óculos de protecção e luvas de borracha.
- Não fumar nem utilizar chamas livres perto da bateria.
- Se as roupas ou a pele entrarem em contacto com o ácido, lavar imediatamente com água abundante.
Se o ácido entrar em contacto com os olhos, lavá-los imediatamente com água abundante e consultar um
médico.
- A bateria nunca deve ser inclinada mais do que 45° em qualquer direcção. De facto, o ácido contido na
bateria poderia derramar.
- Não ligue em série uma bateria descarregada com uma carregada. Risco de explosão!

3.2.12 VENTILAÇÃO
Não fazer a máquina funcionar em ambientes fechados excepto se forem ambientes dotados de sistema
idóneo de aspiração e descarga dos gazes de combustão.
Uma boa ventilação é muito importante para o funcionamento da máquina. Para além disso, as exalações de
monóxido de carbono provenientes do escape do motor podem provocar sufocação em áreas fechadas.
3.2.13 INTOXICAÇÃO
- Os gases de combustão produzidos pelo motor da máquina, se forem inalados directamente e de maneira
contínua, podem ser muito perigosos e/ou letais para o organismo.
- Se for necessário executar trabalhos em ambientes fechados, adoptar todos os cuidados possíveis para
favorecer a recirculação de ar fresco e proteger as vias respiratórias com a utilização de uma máscara
adequada.
- Cuidado com a inalação ou contacto com os ácidos da bateria porque são extremamente tóxicos e provocam
ferimentos graves.
- Prestar atenção no contacto com o cimento, o suor ou outros fluídos do corpo provocam uma reacção
alcalina irritante e manifestações alérgicas em indivíduos predispostos. Usar luvas e óculos de protecção

MANUTENÇÃO DE ROTINA
- baixar sempre as ferramentas, colocando-as ao solo e descarregar a pressao hidráulica de todos os circuitos
antes de efectuar a manutenção na máquina.
- Activar todos os dispositivos de segurança previstos na máquina e extrair a chave de ignição.
- De acordo com o tipo de manutenção a ser efectuada, desconectar o interruptor da bateria e aplicar um
cartaz no lugar de guia que indique que está acontecendo uma operação de manutenção.
MANUTENÇÃO EXTRAORDINÁRIA
- Não manter a máquina acesa no interior de locais fechados e sem a ventilação adequada.
- Manter sempre a cabeça, o corpo, os membros e as mãos longe das ferramentas em movimento e/ou
elevadas.
- Não remover, a não ser por razóes de manutenção, dispositívos de segurança, capotas, carter e protecções.
Se for necessário removê-los usar a máxima cautela e no entanto remontá-las antes de usar a máquina.
- Se for necessário mover as ferramentas mediante o comando hidráulico durante uma intervenção de
manutenção, proceder como indicado a seguir:

- antes de acionar o motor, avisar a todas as pessoas presentes nas proximidades da máquina e que
possam aproximar-se da mesma.
- operar somente se estiver sentado no lugar de guía, Os comandos devem ser usados somente se está-
se sentado na posição de guía e nunca de uma outra posição qualquer;
- introduzir o freio de estacionamento;
- indicar as manobras tanto oralmente quanto com o avisador acústico;
- manobrar lentamente;
- Bloquear sempre com meios externos os braços ou as partes que devem ficar elevadas durante a
intervenção.
- Para a elevação e o transporte das partes pesadas, usar um guindaste ou ganchos com capacidade
adequada. Amarrar o material da melhor maneira. Usar ganchos forem previstos. Certificar-se sempre de
que não existem pessoas nas proximidades.
- Se deve-se desmontar ou instalar grupos da máquina que devem ser sustentados mediante dispositivos
de elevação hidráulica ou pneumática, é oportuno cerfificar-se de que os suportes desta aparelhagem são
adequados para a carga a ser sustentada ou movimentada.
Não permitir a ninguém de passar nas proximidades da máquina e absolutamente embaixo da apareihagem
elevada, nern quando tiver certeza que estão bloqueadas.
- Não trabalhar em cima ou embaixo da máquina, se esta estiver sustentada exclusivamente com dispositivos
de elevação hidráulicos ou pneumáticos que não possuam a válvula de bloqueio.
Não trabalhar embaixo ou nas proximidades de uma aparelhagem, de uma máquina, ou de partes
desmontadas desta, que não estejam adequadamente sustentadas.
- Se for necessário efectuar reparações em partes altas da máquina, utilizar escadas ou plataformas que
respeitem as normas de protecção contra acidentes em vigencia, e prestar sempre a máxima atenção.
- A carga elevada por macacos é considerado sempre perigoso.
Antes de intervir nas partes elevadas pcr macacos é obrigatório colocar os meios de suporte adequados
para a sua sustentação segura.
- Se existe a possibilidade de ser atingido por lascas metálicas (esmerilhamentos) usar óculos de segurança.
No final da manutenção ou reparagoes nunca deixar ferramentas, panos ou outros materiais dentro do vão
que contem partes em movimento.
BATERIA
- Desligue sempre a bateria com a chave para o efeito, “interruptor que desliga o cabo negativo”, antes de
qualquer operação da instalação eléctrica.
- No caso de substituição da bateria desligue primeiro o cabo negativo e só depois o positivo. Para tornar
a ligar a bateria, ligue primeiro o cabo positivo, depois o negativo e porfim, para dar corrente a instalação,
torne a accionar o interruptor de chave que desliga o cabo negativo.
- Passar a recarga da bateria respeitar a ligação dos cabos nos bornes. Não efetuar um curto circuito dos
mesmos.
Durante o período de recarga da bateria há a produção de gás de hidrogénio inflamável, ldeixar o vão
bateria descoberto para tornar mais fácil a ventilação.
- Nunca verificar o estado da carga apoiando objectos metálicos nos bornes.
MOTOR
- Não intervir na máquina com o motor aceso.
- No fazer o motor funcionar com a capota elevada.
- Não verificar e nem regular a tensão da correia do alternador com o motor aceso.
- Não regular a bomba de alimentação com o motor aceso.
- Ao manusear materiais inflamáveis, permanecer a uma certa distancia do colector de descarga e do
silenciador ou de pontos aquecidos do motor.

PNEUS
- Las rodas da máquina são muito pesadas. É necessário manipulá-las com atenção e ter claro que quando
estas encontram-se no depósito podem cair e causar acidentes às pessoas.
- Jamais tentar fazer reparações em um pneu sobre uma estrada vial.
- Quando é necessário substituir uma roda, deve-se primeiro accionar o freio de estacionamento, levar o
selector de marcha à posição neutra, desligar o motor e desactivar a chave de ignição.
Esta operação deve ser realizada sobre um terreno nivelado e estável.
Posicionar um calço de bloqueio sob a roda diametralmente oposta àquela que se deve substituir.
- Apoiar sempre o macaco em uma superfície estável e plana.
- Controlar que o macaco tenha a capacidade suficiente de levantamento para esta máquina.
- Usar dois cavaletes ou outros suportes adequados para sustentar o peso da máquina enquanto os pneus
estejam em reparação.
- Jamais apoiar-se sobre a máquina, mesmo que parcialmente, ou accionar o motor quando a máquina estiver
levantada com o auxílio do macaco.
- Jamais realizar pancadas no pneu ou na jante com um martelo.
- Controlar que a jante esteja limpa e sem sinais de ferrugem ou outras danificações. Não soldar nem reparar
uma jante, tampouco usar uma jante danificada.
- Não se deve calibrar um pneu se a jante não está montada na máquina, ou de todo modo, bem fixada para
que não possa mover-se em caso de ruptura imprevista do pneu ou da própria jante.
- Quando se monta um pneu novo ou reparado, deve-se usar um manómetro com um tubo flexível unido
na válvula permitindo ao operador permanecer distante do pneu durante a calibragem. Se possível, usar
também uma armação de segurança.
- Quando se controla a pressão dos pneus, deve examinar também a banda de rodagem e as partes laterais
para assegurar-se de que não estão danificadas. Eventuais danos não observados podem levar à ruptura
prematura do pneu.
- A pressão de calibragem determina também o peso que um pneu pode suportar. Identificar as dimensões
dos pneus da máquina na tabela das pressões e das cargas. Não superar a carga por cada data de pressão.
Não calibrar em excesso ou em pequena quantidade.
- Jamais calibrar um pneu direccional além da pressão máxima recomendada pelo fabricante e indicada no
mesmo, ou também além do limite máximo indicado na tabela de pressão e carga, e quando o pneu não
estiver indicado com os valores de máxima pressão
- Calibrando além do valor permitido com o talão não perfeitamente ajustado corre-se o risco de romper o
talão ou a jante com uma força explosiva suficiente forte para causar acidentes graves.
- Não se deve calibrar um pneu que tenha trabalhado abrandado ou com pressão muito baixa se este não for
antecipadamente examinado por uma pessoa qualificada.
- Durante a calibragem permanecer em uma área protegida relativamente à parte lateral do pneu. Jamais
calibrar utilizando gases inflamáveis ou com ar comprimido desde sistemas com injectores a álcool.
- Apertar as porcas de fixação das rodas no eixo com o torque especificado depois de ter remontado a roda.
Controlar diariamente o torque das porcas até que esteja estabilizada.
ABASTECIMENTOS
- Utilizar exclusivamente produtos recomendados pelo fabricante e propostos na tabela lubrificantes.
- Certificar-se de que os abastecimentos ou integrações de nível sejam feitos de acordo com os intervalos

A - MICRO INTERRUPTOR INVERSÃO DE GUIA (fig.1)
Com a torre de guía na posição de carregamento ou em po-sição de transfêrancia, determina-se o sentido
da mar-cha AVANTE E ATRAS correspondente à posição de guía do operador na aquele determinado
momento.
Com torre de guia voltada no sentido de trabalho, não consente o accionamento do andamento rápido
mesmo se o interruptor de LENTO/RÁPIDO estiver na posição rápido.
Permite ainda o funcionamento da máquina apenas com a torre colocada na posição correcta em relação
ao sentido de marcha.
B - CINTOS DE SEGURANÇA(fig.1)
Durante a utilização da máquina, o operador deve apertar sempre o cinto de segurança.
O cinto de segurança é indispensável porque, no caso de capotamento, mantém o operador ancorado ao
assento. É preciso controlar periodicamente a sua integridade, limpeza e fixação na estrutura.
ATENÇÃO: Em determinados casos, a máquina não avança se o cinto de segurança não estiver afivelado.

4.0. INTRODUÇÃO
Este capítulo deve ajudá-lo a aprender como manusear a máquina. Leia-o todo o capítulo atentamente.
Quando terminar, terá uma ideia mais clara da máquina e do seu funcionamento.
Quando tiver aprendido a localização e a função dos comandos, pratique a utilização deles. Treine com a
máquina em locais abertos, planos e espaçosos, sem obstáculos, seguros e sem pessoas perto do raio de
acção da máquina.
Aprenda e antecipe as reacções da máquina e dos seus comandos. Treine o controlo das ferramentas quando
tiver a certeza de que sabe controlar a máquina com total segurança.
Por último, não tenha pressa em aprender a manusear a máquina. Faça as coisas calmamente e em
segurança.
ATENÇÃO: Antes de proceder a qualquer operação de uso ou manutenção na máquina, ler sempre no

ATENÇÃO: A torre deve estar sempre virada conforme representado na fig. A para as manobras de
transferência e na fig. B para as fases de carregamento do tambor. Efectuar a rotação da
torre com o veículo parado e estável e com o selector de avanço na posição neutra.
É possível efectuar tal manobre com o operador no lugar de quia. Acerte-se que se tenha
verificado o bloqueio das mesmas no final da operação.

ATENÇÃO: A selecção da velocidade deve acontecer obrigatoriamente com o veiculo parado e estável.
Antes de enfrentar trajectos com pendencias muito acentuadas (subidas ou descidas)
selecionar sempre a marcha mais lenta com o veículo parado e estável.
O selector de comando do câmbio permite selecionar numa primeira fase, duas velocidades básicas
Actuando repetidamente no selector, aumenta-se a velocidade do tambor. Para diminuir a velocidade, actuar
no lado oposto do botão para reduzir a velocidade ou até obter a paragem do tambor.
ATENÇÃO: Devido a fugas hidráulicas mínimas, o tambor tem a tendência a não permanecer parado.
Verificar periodicamente a rotação do tambor actuando no selector.
Nota: todas as funções dos contadores de litros presentes no painel eletrônico deixarão de ser
ativas se na máquina for montado o FIORI BATCH CONTROLLER, porque as funções serão exi-
bidas no mostrador do painel de controle.

É ativado mediante a chave de ignição e tem quatro posições diferentes; a chave só pode ser extraída se o
comutador estiver na posição desligada.
0 Posição desligada/parada do motor

Nesta posição, o comutador conecta a bateria a todos os circuitos elétricos, com exceção do circuito das
luzes do pisca alerta. (De fato, o circuito das luzes do pisca alerta fica permanentemente sob tensão).
O instrumento faz um breve teste acendendo todos os segmentos do mostrador. Durante esta etapa, a
partida fica inibida, as luzes indicadoras do painel irão assinalar o estado da máquina por intermédio da
luz indicadora do gerador (6) e da luz indicadora de óleo do motor (5), ao passo que a luz indicadora de
presença de água no vaso de sedimentação do combustível (10) irá emitir apenas um sinal luminoso de
teste.
Em seguida, na parte inferior do mostrador numérico (18), por um tempo de 5 segundos são exibidas
simultaneamente as horas que faltam para o próximo vencimento da manutenção e a luz indicadora de
manutenção (1).
Imediatamente depois, a visualização muda e por um tempo de 5 segundos aparecerão as horas totalizadas
efetivamente pela máquina.
Em seguida, aparecerá a tela para a visualização das rotações do motor
A chave de ignição volta automaticamente para esta posição quando é liberada das posições 2e 3.
2 Posição de preaquecimento
Para a partida em condições de clima frio, mantenha a chave na posição de preaquecimento por um tempo
máximo de 10 segundos. A luz indicadora das velas (13) irá assinalar a ativação e irá apagar, voltando à
posição 1.
3 Posição de partida
Aciona o motor de partida que faz girar o motor.
Assim que o motor começa a funcionar, as rotações por minuto do motor aparecem no painel.

Algumas operações comandadas através da cabine também podem ser feitas pela parte traseira direita (sen-
tido de marcha) da máquina, em específico:
desligamento de emergência do motor, rotação do tambor, acionamento da bomba de água.
A- Parada do motor de emergência a partir do chão (segurança)
- Pressionar o botão em caso de perigo.
- Pressionar novamente o botão (a luz apaga) para poder religar o motor após remover o risco.
B- Interruptor para a rotação do tambor
- À direita rotação horária (massa).
- À esquerda rotação anti-horária (descarga).
C- Interruptor de impulso da bomba de água
- Pressionar o botão para ativar ou desativar a bomba de água.
ATENÇÃO: Antes de aproximar-se dos comandos, avisar o operador na cabine sobre a sua presença.
A colaboração e o controle visual entre os vários operadores ao redor da máquina é
indispensável para a sua proteção e a das outras pessoas.

- Abastecer a máquina com gasóleo decantado e isento de resíduos de água.
- Usar uma bomba equipada com filtro com uma pistola de distribuição que penetre no conduto de introdução
depois de ter removido a tampa (1).
Aconselha-se de ef etuar ao abastecimento no final da jornada; evitar-se-á assim a condensação durante a
pausa nocturna.
ATENÇÃO: Não deixar que esgote-se completamente o combustível no tanque (verificar constantemente
a lâmpada vigia de reserva). Se isto acontecer, será necessário proceder à extracção do ar
no circuito de alimentação do motor.

a alavanca (2) para regular a dureza do molejo (em função do peso do operador). Para regular a altura da

B, rodada em 180°, para as operações de carregamento do tambor.

A fim de manter o total controle visual da área ao redor da máquina, seja em condições de marcha como de
trabalho, foram inseridos dispositivos auxiliares de visibilidade como espelhos (1) e monitores (3) conectados
à câmera de vídeo (2). Tais dispositivos são ajustados na fábrica de modo a respeitar os campos visuais
previstos pela normativa em vigor e indicados na figura a seguir; caso ocorram mudanças de posicionamento
acidentais, tais dispositivos auxiliares devem ser reposicionados de modo a permitir o cumprimento dos cam-
pos visuais indicados.
A figura também ilustra as diversas tipologias de visual disponíveis para o operador tanto no campo próximo
(retângulo de 1,2 m a 1,0 m de altura no perímetro da máquina) e no campo distante (circunferência de 12
m do chão com centro o ponto de vista do operador). É preciso familiarizar-se com tais dispositivos, a fim de
garantir a máxima segurança de manobra durante os deslocamentos da máquina.
PERIGO: Verifique se o monitor (3) está configurado na função correta de visibilidade direta
(NO MIRROR).

segundos. Se o motor não pegar, repita a tentativa deixando passar pelo menos 2 minutos

Mantenha o motor funcionando a cerca de 1000 rpm durante alguns minutos após a
partida para permitir que o óleo se aqueça e lubrifique todas as partes; esta precaução é
indispensável em condições ambientais com climas frios.

A cada transferencia em vias públicas ou em longos trajectos, é indispensável verificar o correto alinhamento
das 4 rodas para evitar problemas de translação.
Para alinhar as 4 rodas, proceder no seguinte modo:
Agir no volante para colocar as rodas traseiras em linha recta com a máquina.
Deslocar a alavanca de selecção para a posição “2 RS”, agir no volante para alinhar as rodas dianteiras com
aquelas traseiras (controle visual).
Efetuar a selecção do tipo de virada baseadc no tipo de translação a ser efetuada com a máquina.
Depois de tal procedimento a virada será sincronizada.
Durante a translação com “2 RS” as rodas traseiras ficam em posição fixa grasas a uma válvula de bloqueio.

- Posicionar a máquina, abaixar a colher e introducir o freio de estacionamento, com o balde elevado ou o farol
giratório montado na cabine, a altura da máquina ultrapassa 4 metros (não se admite o transporte nestas
condições).
- Efectuar as operações de parada da máquina como descrito precedentemente.
- Ancorar a máquina solidamente na superfície e bloquear as rodas com os respectívcs calços.
- Verificar se as capotas ou outras partes móveis estão corretamente fechadas.
- Medir a altura máxima da máquina desde o solo.
Assegurar-se que o motorista do camião tenha conhecimento da altura e dimensão antes de iniciar
viagem.

- Desaparafusar os quatro parafusos (1) dos eixos com uma chave de 14, remover os espaçadores presentes
para cada peça e conservá-los.
- Apertar os quatros parafusos (1) dos eixos, com uma chave de 14, atarraxando em sequência uma volta
cada um deles, primeiro um e depois o outro parafuso, até chegarem ao fim de curso e, assim, desbloque-
arem o travão mecanicamente.
- Para restabelecer o freio, remover os parafusos, reposicionar os espaçadores e proceder no sentido inverso
em relação à operação anterior.

Em cada final de turno de trabalho, esvaziar os reservatórios de água para evitar a dilatação e a ruptura
dos reservatórios de plástico. Desaparafusar as tampas, (1) como mostrado na figura, postas sob os dois
reservatórios para fazer defluir a água.
Esvaziar a bomba de transvase da água desaparafusando o parafuso (2) para fazer sair a água que está
dentro.
Se for obrigado trabalhar com temperatura ambiente próxima de 0° C é necessário, para evitar problemas de
congelamento da água de arrefecimento, controlar que no radiador haja uma mistura anti-gelo.
- A qualidade do liquido refrigerante anti-gelo deve ser controlada pelo menos uma vez por ano, por exemplo
no começo da estação fria. O liquido refrigerante deve ser substituído cada dois anos.
- A mistura anti-gelo deve ser composta por quantidades iguais de anti-gelo e água. O inibidor da corrosão
presente no anti-gelo está diluído se si utiliza uma solução com menos de 50% de anti-gelo. Concentrações
superiores a 50% de anti-gelo podem ter um efeito negativo sobre as prestações do liquido refrigerante.
- Utilizar um produto anti-gelo de tipo e marca aconselhado na TABELA DE ABASTECIMENTO e determinar
a percentagem de água e anti-gelo em função da temperatura ambiente, mediante a tabela fornecida pelo
produtor.
- Terminado o abastecimento, fazer funcionar o motor durante alguns minutos para obter uma boa mistura.

4.10 FASES OPERATIVAS
ATENÇÃO: Antes de proceder, ler sempre no capítulo 3, as normas de segurança referentes às

É indispensável que o operador no seu primeiro contato com a máquina familiarizase com todos os comandos
e opere, em um primeiro período de adaptação em uma zona relativamente isolada onde poder exercitar-se
com toda a série de manobras e operações, que serão de rotina durante o uso da máquina.
Este parágrafo específico analisa todas as fases de trabalho que deverão ser cumpridas para que a máquina
funcione no seu melhor rendimento e respeitando as normas de segurança.
1 - Antes de subir na máquina (verificações e advertências).
2 - Utilização correcta da máquina em declives.
3 - Primeiro carregamento de água do misturador.
4 - Carregamento de cimento.
5 - Carregamentos agregados.
6 - Mistura e segundo carregamento de agua para mistura.
7 - Descarga de concreto.
8 - Lavagem da colher - tambor - calha.

Quando voltar a máquina depois de a ter deixado parada durante um certo periodo de tempo, deve accionar
os seguintes comandos. Também é aconselhávei accioná-los depois de ter utilizado a máquina durante um
grande periodo de tempo.
Estes comandos servem para controtar o funcionamento da máquina. Outros servem para garantir a sua
segurança. Chame sempre um mecânico para reparar anomalias.
Antes de accionar os comandos, assegure-se de que accionou primeiro o travão de estadonamento.
Verificação de limpeza
- Lìmpar os vidros das luzes de trabaiho e outros faróis da máquina e os espelhos retrovisores.
NOTA: certificar-se do posicionamento correcto dos espelhos retrovisores para ter a maior visibilidade
possível da parte traseira da máquina.
- Retirar toda a sujidade do cilindros, dos pernos e do radiador.
- Assegurar-se de que as escadas e corrimões de apoio da máquina estão secos e limpos.
- Limpar os avisos autocolantes de segurança. Substituí-los se estiverem danificados ou ilegíveis, ou colocar
outros novos, se estiverem em falta.
Verificação de avarias
- Assegurar-se de que não faltam pecas na máquina ou de que não estão danifìcadas.
- Assegurar-se de que todos os pernos de articulação estão correctamente fìxos na sua posição e devidamente
lubrificados.
- ssegurar-se de que os vidros não estão rachados ou partidos.
- Assegurar-se de que não existem fugas de óleo, de combustível ou de líquido refrigerante por debaixo da
máquina.

e restabelecimento.

ATENÇÃO: Respeitar os limites de declive aconselhados não significa poder manobrar o veículo com
plena liberdade em todas as condições de carga, terreno ou manobra sobre o referido
declive. Em todos os casos, é aconselhável reduzir à metade os valores de declive sobre
terrenos húmidos e irregulares.

características do produto, considerando também a experiencia prática de execução.
A tabela abaixo fornece valores indicativos.
- Ciclo operativo aconselhado para a produção de um betão trabalhável (A):
1) Introducir aproximadamente 80% - 90% de água.
2) Introduzir todo o cimento.
3) Introducir toda a areia grossa.
4) Introduzir toda a areia.
5) Introduzir o percentual restante de água.
- Duração indicativa mistura cerca 4-5 minutos.

há presença de água (ver o parágrafo 4.3.3).
- Desmontar a tampa de fechamento C verificando a presença do pré-filtro, unir o tubo flexível aspirante E no
bocal A de aspiração da bomba.
- Unir o tubo que vai para o reservatório no bocal H da vazão.
- Pôr a válvula B na posição certa (com vazão para o reservatório 2).

- Acelerar o motor agindo no acelerador a mão para 2/3 da excursão total (1800/2000 g/1’).
- Acionar a bomba de trasfega, com o interruptor A na cabine, ou com os comandos no chão com o interruptor

- Verificar, mediante o contador de litros, a quantidade de água que deve-se introduzir e se nesta primeira fase

- Aproximar-se e posicionar-se na nova zona de descarga e respeitar todas as operações acima descritas.

A nova versão da betoneira FIORI oferece a possibilidade de descarregar o betão pela parte dianteira
esquerda, à frente da máquina, operação esta que pode ser controlada directamente pelo operador sentado
na cabina.
Para tirar o melhor proveito desta válida oportunidade, é preciso efectuar algumas operações preliminares
para não estragar o capot do motor nem o conjunto do canal; proceda conforme indicado a seguir:
- Verificar se o capot do motor está fechado e trancado.
- Baixar o grupo dos faróis dianteiros esquerdo A.
AVISO: recolocá-lo na sua posição original depois da descarga; é indispensável para a circulação na
estrada.
- Bloquear o canal B rodado com a boca virada para o exterior da máquina e fixá-lo com o parafuso de
bloqueio correspondente.
- Levantar a lança da pá até à altura máxima e rodar o contra-chassis para a posição desejada prestando
atenção para que os braços fiquem totalmente elevados para não interferirem com o capot do motor.
- Efectuar as operações normais de descarga.

Assim pode-se utilizar uma altura max de 2.130 mm:
- Extrair os 2 parafusos B dos relativos suportes.
- Extrair a calha A com o respectivo suporte.
- Desmontar o cilindro C de comando inclinação calha.
- Manter a rotação do tambor no sentido de mistura.
- Aproximar-se da zona de descarga.
- Parar a máquina.

ATENÇÃO: Se durante a fase de descarga usa-se o auxilio de um operador de terra, prestar a máxima
atenção na execução das manobras e manter sempre o contacto visual.
- Para efetuar descargas laterais, orientar a estrutura giratória no modo mais apropriado.
- Colocar o regime do motor no em um valor medio.
- Inverter o sentido de rotação do tambor para a descarga agindo no seletor da cabine ou naquele da terra.
- Rregular a velocidade de rotação do tambor. A velocidade de descarga do concreto depende do regime de
giros do motor, da velocidade de rotação do tambor, da sua posição de elevação e da fluidez ou não do
concreto.

ATENÇÃO: A lavagem pode ser efectuada tanto com a lança fornecida (pressão 4,5 bar), quanto com
a lança optional, que trabalha com pressão de alimentação de cerca de 150 bar.
- Levar a rotação do tambor em fase de mistura (rotação no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio).
Introduzir água e seixos no tambor conforme os procedimentos descritos anteriormente (par. 4.10.5) em
quantidade suficiente para diluir e desgrudar os resíduos de betão.
- Conectar a lança de lavagem G na vazão da bomba.
Pôr a válvula desviadora B em posição “2”
- Efectuar a lavagem externa do balde, do tambor e do canal, bem como de todas as partes que geralmente
sujam-se com o betão.
- Levantar o tambor.
- Inverter a rotação do tambor, do sentido dos ponteiros do relógio para o sentido contrário ao dos ponteiros
do relógio.
- Descarregar toda a água introduzida no tambor e lavar o canal e as extensões.
- Remover as extensões.
- Abaixar o balde e lavá-lo tanto interna quanto externamente.

PERIGO: Não suba sobre partes da máquina molhadas e escorregadias; adopte a máxima prudência
nos movimentos e nas deslocações.
ATENÇÃO: Não introduza a lança do lavagem no interior da boca quando o tambor é em rotação.
O órgão principal da máquina, para a qual foi concebida, é o tambor. Consequentemente, a limpeza profunda
do seu interior é indispensável para evitar a formação de incrustações de cimento perto das aletas misturadoras
durante o maior tempo possível.
Portanto, para além da lavagem da máquina no fim do trabalho, descrita no parágrafo 4.10.10,
aconselhamos
efectuar uma outra lavagem interna. Proceda conforme indicado abaixo:
- Abaixar a pá ao terreno.
- Levantar totalmente o contra-chassis de suporte do tambor para aproximar a boca de descarga do terreno.
- Com a lança de lavagem, lavar o interior do tambor o mais profundamente possível.
- Assim que terminar a lavagem, comandar a rotação do tambor no sentido inverso ao dos ponteiros do
relógio e descarregar a água que foi introduzida.
PERIGO: O operador não deve entrar no tambor enquanto o mesmo ainda estiver montado na
máquina.
O uso prolongado da máquina e as poucas lavagens do tambor no fim da mistura causam o desgaste das
aletas misturadoras ou incrustações de betão solidificado.
Para evitar estes problemas, quando for preciso trabalhar dentro do tambor, será obrigatório levar a máquina
a uma oficina equipada e desmontar o tambor da máquina para poder efectuar estas operações no terreno.

5.1 PREMISSA
Este manual contém as informações necessárias para efectuar as operações de manutenção de rotina da
máquina FIORI, se tiver que executar a reparação de anomalias de funcionamento a ela ligadas.
O presente capítulo visa dar conhecimento às pessoas que executam na prática as operações de manutenção
de rotina do produto, os critérios a seguir para obter o resultado final:
restabelecer e garantir ao longo do tempo, o funcionamento da máquina FIORI.
Os prazos de intervenção propostos neste capítulo são relativos á condições de funcionamento normais. No
período de amaciamento ou em condições específicas as periodicidades podem ser mudadas. A finalidade
principal deste capítulo é aquela de seleccionartodas as operações que são efectuadas com o mesmo prazo,
facilitando os procedimentos e abaixando os tempos de parada da máquina.
Antes e depois das operações de lubrificação limpar as tampas os engraxadores, etc. para evitar que
introduzam-se sujidades no interior dos mecanismos.
A lubrificação é de importancia primordial na manutenção preventiva, desta depende a duração da vida útil da
máquina, por isso considera-se absolutamente indispensável seguir as indicações propostas neste manual,
tanto no que diz respeito ao uso dos lubrificantes quanto nos prazos de intervenção.

Aconselhamos de todos os dias, antes de iniciar a trabalhar, ou no final de cada jornada, efectuar um breve
controle da máquina para anotar e intervir nos inconvenientes que evidenciam-se reduzindo notavelmente as

ATENÇÃO: Nunca abra os vários acessos se a máquina não estiver estacionada sobre uma superfície
plana, completamente parada e com o freio de estacionamento engatado.
- Torre de condução
Com a chave específica, abra a portinhola (A) da torre de condução para ter acesso ao manual de uso e
manutenção e aos fusíveis e relés.
Desatarraxe os parafusos específicos do painel (B) para ter acesso ao reservatório de água dos limpadores
de para-brisa.
- Capô do motor
Com a chave específica, abra a fechadura (C) que tranca o capô e levante-o para ter acesso aos seguintes
componentes:
- bujão, nível e filtro de óleo do motor
- cabos do acelerador do motor
- motor de partida e alternador
- bujão do reservatório de óleo hidráulico
- radiador
- filtro de ar do motor
- filtro de óleo hidráulico.

ATENÇÃO: Para as operações de lubrificação, estacione a máquina sobre um terreno plano e baixe o
braço. Retire a chave de arranque , desconecte a bateria para evitar que o motor funcione
acidentalmente e assegure-se de que o travão de mão está accionado.
ATENÇÃO: Lubrifique diariamente os rolos de rolamento do tambor para os manter limpos dos
resíduos de betão. Não empregue massa à base de grafite para lubrificar os rolamentos.
A máquina deve ser lubrificada regularmente para se manter sempre em bom estado de funcionamento.
Lubrifique com a bomba A, correspondente até que a massa não saia das fìssuras.

- Estacionar a máquina sobre um terreno plano e certificar-se de que o tambor esteja vazio.
- Depois de elevar o tambor, activar o bloqueio da descida do tambor rodando as duas pegas A das torneiras
situadas nos cilindros de elevação, rodando-o então para uma posição de fácil acesso à roda dentada.
- Desligar o motor, tirar a chave de ignição e certificar-se de que o travão de estacionamento esteja aplicado.
- Lubrificar com graxa o pinhão C utilizando um pincel com serdas duras.
- Lubrificar a roda dentada interna B servindo-se dos copos de lubrificação próprios.

- Verifique o desgaste da lâmina raspadora A presente na colher de carga. Substitua-a se estiver deteriorada.

ATENÇÃO: Antes de proceder, ler sempre no capítulo 3, as normas de segurança referentes às
operações que está prestes a fazer.
- Estacionar a máquina sobre um terreno plano com o motor desligado, o travão de estacionamento aplicado
e o braço baixado. Extrair a chave de ignição.
- Coloque recipientes sob os eixos dianteiro e traseiro, nas posições correspondentes aos bujões de descarga.
- Desaperte os bujões de descarga (1), (2) e (3). O bujão (3) deve ser colocado na posição baixa mediante
rotação do redutor epicicloidal.
- Desaperte o bujão de nível (4) e (5).
- Deixe sair todo o óleo e volte a apertar os bujões de descarga (1) e (2).
- Girando o redutor epicicloidal, recoloque o bujão (3) na posição representada na figura e reintroduza o óleo
do tipo previsto utilizando um funil, até atingir o nível ideal.
- Desaperte o bujão de carga (7).
- Reintroduza o óleo do tipo previsto pelo bujão de carga (6) e (7) utilizando um funil até o óleo começar a sair
pelo furo de nível (4) e (5).

Na entrega da máquina, é necessário controlar a pressão de enchimento dos pneus e logo depois realizar um
novo controlo semanalmente.
Certificar-se de que os pneus estão cheics com pressão a indicada pelo construtor.
Verificar a pressão dos pneus a frio.
A pressão de calibragem determina também o peso que um pneu pode suportar. Identificar as dimensões dos
pneus da máquina na tabela das pressões e das cargas. Não calibrar além ou inferior ao indicado.
O enchimento errado causa inconvenientes e irregularidades dos pneus, tanto o enchimento insuficiente A,
quanto o enchimento excessivo B devem ser evitados.
Se o pneu tiver perdido totalmente a pressão de ar, contacte um mecânico que tenha as ferramentas e
equipamentos necessários apropriadas.
Antes de adicionar mais ar ao pneu, certifique-se de que a roda está montada correctamente.
Use exctusivamente um equipamento de fomecimento de ar com regulador de pressão, que se possa
programar a não mais do que 1 bar sobre a pressão prescrita para os pneus.
Certifique-se de que o tubo flexivel de ar está correctamente ligado à válvula do pneu.
ATENÇÃO: Controle e aperte os parafusos das jantes antes de iniciar o turno de trabalho, passando
alternativamente de um parafuso àquele diametralmente oposto, de acordo com a ordem
ilustrada na figura.

Quando é necessário substituir uma roda, deve-se primeiro accionar o freio de estacionamento, levar o
selector de marcha à posição neutra, desligar o motor e desactivar a chave de ignição.
Posicionar um calço de bloqueio sob a roda diametralmente oposta àquela que se deve substituir que está
representada na figura.

PERIGO: É proibido substituir a roda sobre um plano inclinado, nas proximidades de canais
ou fossas para evitar um possível basculamento da máquina que poderia provocar
graves danos às pessoas.

ATENÇÃO: Levantar a máquina APENAS com o tambor misturador vazio em posição de repouso.
Prestar atenção para que estejam sempre 3 rodas apoiadas sobre um terreno estável e nivelado.

perigo de esmagamento dos membros entre esse e o chassi. Ademais, um método
incorrecto de levantamento poderia implicar no basculamento da máquina com
grave perigo para quem materialmente opera nas proximidades.
ATENÇÃO: Prestar atenção na área de apoio abaixo do macaco, esta área deve estar em condições de
suportar todo o peso da máquina.

Durante a substituição ou reparação da roda, introduzir sempre sob os eixos cavaletes ou suportes adequados
D, aptos a sustentar o peso da máquina.
Depois de ter montado a roda, proceder ao aperto das porcas na ordem ilustrada na figura relativa ao aperto

ATENÇÃO: É indispensável que, em caso de abastecimento de óleo, seja utilizado somente o líquido
indicado pela TABELA DE ABASTECIMENTOS, o uso de outros líquidos não apropriados
danifica o dispositivo do freio. Verificar constantemente o bom funcionamento de todos os
elementos do freio.
PERIGO: Não utilizar gasolina, solvente ou líquidos inflamáveis em geral, para limpar.
Usar exclusivamente dissolventes comerciais homologados não inflamáveis e não
tóxicos.
Utilizar sempre óculos de protecção com protecções laterais quanto operar com ar
comprimido.
Limitar a pressão em 2 bar de acordo com as normas vigentes.
- Desaparafusar a tampa-respiradouro A.
- Limpar a superfície da tampa com um pincel e solvente.
- Intervir no furo-respiradouro com uma ferramenta pontiaguda, enxugá-la então com um jacto de ar
comprimido.
- Apertar novamente a tampa-respiradouro A.

ATENÇÃO: Bloquear todas as rodas com calcos tanto na frente quanto atrás, antes de intervir nos

ATENÇÃO: A presença de ar na instalação do freio torna a freada ineficaz. Proceder sempre à extracção
do ar todas as vezes que intervir na instalação do freio. Se não se é seguro de que isto
acontecen dirigirse ao pessoal técnico especializado.
- Certificar-se de que a máquina esteja estacionada sobre terreno plano, com o travão de estacionamento
aplicado, o motor desligado e a chave de ignição extraída.
- Afrouxar o respiradouro A interessado e apertar o pedal do freio até que todo o líquido tenha defluido em
um recipiente predisposto abaixo do eixo.
- Parafusar os respiradouros A.
- Abastecer o reservatório freios B com líquido prescrito.
- Proceder à extracção do ar da instalação como indicado a seguir.
- Pedir o auxílio de um operador que coloque-se na torre de guia para accionar o pedal do freio.
- Desaparafusar em meio giro o respiradouro A e fazer apertar o pedal do freio até que respiradouro solte um
líquido sem bolhas de ar.
- Repetir a operação em todos os respiradouros A dos eixos.
- Integrar constantemente o líquido.

uma necessidade de efetuar a substituição do filtro em aspiração.

aplicado, o motor desligado e a chave de ignição extraída.
- Levantar a capota do motor.
- Remover o nivel e a tampa em carga A e a tampa do filtro C.
- Remover o cartucho D.
- Montar novamente o novo cartucho D de forma manual, tomando o cuidado de colocar no mesmo as
guarnições na correcta posição.
- Limpar e colocar a tampa do filtro, tomando cuidado de posicionar correctamente a relativa guarnição de
retenção.
- Verificar o nível no reservatório com o auxílio da vareta da tampa de carga A. Se for necessário, atestar com
o óleo recomendado até atingir o nível correcto e apertar a tampa A.
- É indispensável manter uma reserva de cartuchos D, que podem ser encontrados nos CENTROS DE
ASSISTÊNCIA AUTORIZADOS ou directamente no SERVIÇO DE ASSISTÊNCIA PEÇAS DE REPOSIÇÃO

funcionamento correcto das funções hidráulicas.
- Extrair eventual ar formado na instalação, afrouxando o tubo E.

- Recolocar a manga C e a tampa de descarga B, verter lentamente líquido prescrito mediante a boca do
radiador até encher completamente.

- Fechar a capota
- Acionar o motor por alguns minutos.
- Deixar o motor resfriar-se.
- Verificar o nível do líquido no recipiente de introdução D, se necessário, restabelecer o nivel.

Quando uma luz não funciona, antes de substituir a lâmpada, verificar que o fusível correspondente esteja
íntegro.
Antes de substituir uma lâmpada apagada, controlar que os contactos não estejam oxidados.
As lâmpadas queimadas devem ser substituídas por outras das mesmas características. As lâmpadas com
potência insuficiente oferecem uma escassa iluminação, enquanto que as lâmpadas muito potentes absorvem
demasiada energia.
Depois de ter substituído uma lâmpada dos faróis, controlar sempre a orientação das mesmas por questões
de segurança.

PERIGO: Durante a manipulação da bateria usar luvas e roupas de protecção, não inclinar ou
inverter a bateria já que pelos orifícios de respiro poderia ocorrer a perda de ácido.
Apagar chamas ou material em chamas antes de controlar, abastecer ou carregar a
bateria. A bateria exala VAPORES INFLAMAVEIS.
ATENÇÃO: Em caso de descarga parcial, substituir por uma bateria análoga ou solicitar a intervenção
de electricista de automóveis para recarregá-la ou, accionar a máquina em emergência.
ATENÇÃO: Evitar a poluição do ambiente, as baterias são classificadas, conforme a lei, como lixo
poluído e nocivo.
- La bateria instalada é do tipo com manutenção reduzida, e de todo modo, em normais condições de uso,
não necessita reposições de electrólitos. É necessário controlar a cada 6 meses que o nível de electrólito
esteja entre o nível MÁX. e MíN. sinalizado na bateria.
- Antes de mexer na bateria, desligar a chave corta-corrente da bateria D para cortar a alimentação de
corrente para todo o sistema.
- Desapertar a porca A, desatarraxar a porca B e rodar a escala C para ter acesso à bateria.
- Para restabelecer o nivel de electróiito, tirar as tampas E e adicionar agua destilada até o nivel indicado sem
superá-lo.
Para manter ter uma longa vida útil da bateria, aconselha-se de seguir as outras indicações abaixo expostas:
- Apagar as luzes com o motor parado ou no mínimo.
- Não apagaro motorem caso de paradas curtas porque no momento de acionamento, a bateria distribuí uma
forte quantidade de corrente.

Para activar a bomba parada por uma avaria de natureza eléctrica, remover o tampão A situado no painel
de comandos e, com uma chave de parafusos, carregar no botão do distribuidor para accionar a bomba
manualmente.

Antes de iniciar o turno diário de trabalho, ocorre executar a limpeza do pré-filtro da bomba de água.
Remover a tampa de fechamento C da bomba, retirar o pré-filtro D e verificar se no seu interior há sujeira.
Removê-la utilizando um jacto de água limpa ou de ar comprimido.
Por fim, voltar a posicioná-la dentro do bocal e voltar a inserir a tampa de fechamento C.
ATENÇÃO: Verificar a presença de água dentro da bomba (ver o procedimento no parágrafo 4.3.3).

Os elementos que controlam a alimentação e distribuição da água de mistura e de lavagem são os seguintes:

PERIGO: A energia elevada do jacto de pressão é fonte de grave perigo. Mantenha distantes
pessoas, animais e todos os objectos delicados durante o funcionamento da
bomba.
Nunca dirija o jacto de alta pressão contra pessoas, animais, equipamentos eléctricos
e componentes frágeis em geral. Nunca coloque as mãos à frente do jacto de alta
pressão (PERIGO DE LESÕES).
Nunca deixe o tubo F sob pressão. Isso pode provocar lesões pessoais ou danos
materiais se o gatilho da lança for premido involuntariamente.
ATENÇÃO: Utilize óculos e vestuário protector durante a utilização da lança de alta pressão.
Segure sempre a lança com as duas mãos durante o funcionamento da mesma.
- Ligue o motor e aplique o travão de estacionamento.
- Carregue no interruptor S situado no tablier da cabina, para accionar o funcionamento do circuito das bombas
de água.
- Rode a alavanca do desviador E para a posição (2), para activar a bomba H da lança de lavagem.
- Abra as travas próprias e extraia a lança de lavagem A, desenrole o tubo de alta pressão F do seu suporte
e atarraxe-o na pistola da lança de lavagem.
- Gire a torneira D da lança até abrir completamente o bico de baixa pressão B.
- Mantenha o gatilho da lança premido, deixe a bomba funcionar até sair todo o ar contido nas tubagens e o
fluxo de água que sai pelos bicos B e C se tornar uniforme e contínuo.
- Feche progressivamente a torneira D da lança até o ponteiro do manómetro G da água indicar a pressão de
funcionamento (150 Bar).
- Feche e abra a lança duas ou três vezes, verificando o seu funcionamento correcto; largando o gatilho, a
bomba deve parar e recomeçar a funcionar assim que o gatilho for premido novamente. A pressão indicada
pelo manómetro deve descer 10-15 bar e depois voltar ao valor ajustado.
- No fim do trabalho, abra completamente o bico de baixa pressão B da lança de lavagem.

ATENÇÃO: Para a lavagem de superfícies delicadas, utilize somente bicos com jacto em leque,
mantendo o bico a uma distância de 75 cm das superfícies.
ATENÇÃO: Caso aconteça qualquer anomalia, contacte imediatamente a OFICINA AUTORIZADA FIORI
mais próxima.
Se for obrigado a trabalhar com temperatura ambiente próxima de 0° C, será necessário deixar a bomba
funcionar sem pressão durante um minuto com a lança aberta, para que o gelo eventualmente formado
derreta.
ATENÇÃO: Se a bomba estiver gelada, não a ponha em funcionamento até todo o sistema estar
descongelado.

Nota: o climatizador só funciona se estiver ativada pelo menos a primeira velocidade de ventilação.
- Regule a temperatura desejada girando o manípulo do termostato B.
- Oriente o fluxo de ar ajustando os difusores de ar orientáveis C.
- Evite manter o termostato B no valor máximo e o interruptor de ventilação A na primeira velocidade para não
provocar a formação de gelo na bateria do evaporador instalado dentro do condicionador.
- Se a máquina permanecer parada por muito tempo sob o sol, coloque na posição de ajuste máximo o co-
mando de ventilação (interruptor A e o termostato B); areje bem o habitáculo viajando por alguns minutos
com as janelas abertas.
- Se a eficiência do equipamento diminuir, procure um Centro de Assistência ou uma Oficina Autorizada FIORI
para mandar controlar a quantidade de refrigerante.
