 INTRODUÇÃO

A prancha é responsável por fortalecer o core, musculatura localizada ao

redor de toda a região do tronco, na linha da coluna lombar. Esse conjunto
de músculos é composto por multífido, transverso do abdômen, assoalho
pélvico e diafragma, e é responsável por dar suporte e estabilizar a bacia
pélvica e o abdômen.
