FIGURA 10: Expressão dos níveis de inibidores virais em células de camundongos. (A)
Expressão da UL49.5, BNLF2a e US6 em células L, 3T3 e MC38 foi avaliada por SDS-
PAGE e Western blot (WB) usando os anticorpos indicados. β-actina foi utilizada como
controle. Após a extração do RNA total das células L, 3T3 e MC38, a expressão de ICP47
e US3 foi verificada por meio de RT-PCR usando primers específicos. Legenda: −=
controle, + = células expresssando inibidores. (B) Os níveis de TAP1, TAP2 e tapasina no
estado estacionário expressos nas linhagens celulares de camundongos foram
determinados por SDS-PAGE e Western blot (WB). (C) A indução da degradação do

corados com GFP; anticorpos específicos foram utilizados contra a UL49.5 e a análise foi
