- ex: a partir do momento em que um robô pode criar um discurso utilizando de uma narrativa
pode ser considero que o mesmo tem uma identidade
- esta noção de classificar uns acontecimentos como importantes e outros como insignificantes
será essencial na terapia narrativa
- as relidades sociais podem nao ser verdadeiras mas trazem efeitos reais (ex: anorexia)
Mudança narrativa
- criar hstorias alternativas, que potenciam novos signficados (...) (nao os melhores, mas os
mais viaveis, aquilo que a pessoa é capaz no momento)

- Jerome Bruner, marco fundamntal para a viragem narrativa da psicologia, é central tanto no
cognitivismo quanto no construtivismo, distingue o modo paradigmatico do modo narrativo

- o papel da diferença: so conhecemos uma coisa através da distinção de outra (criar distinçoes
ao longo do tempo permite mapear os acontecimentos, distinguindo uns episodios dos outros)
(ex: identificar momentos em que nao esteve controlada pelo problema permitirá a reuniao
dess problema e realizar a distinçao deles
- tipos de explicações: positivas sao lineares, mecanicas, de causa efeito; negativas sao mais
complexas, situadas temporalmente e contextualmente; grande parte das explicaçoes em
psicologia tendem a ser tautologicas;
- implicação: duas orientaçoes diferentes para as pessoas: internalizadora ou contextual e
centrada na significação.

- internacionalização do controlo (perguntas como o que é um bom pai e uma boa mae? Agora
responda como se fosse membro de outra cultura ou noutro contexto historico)
- implicações para a TN: o objetivo consiste em “expor as verdades tomadas por adquiridas
que nos ditam como viver e comportar”; desconstruir os pressupostos que influenciam o modo
como nos conhecemos a nós próprios

1. Desconstrução
o objetivo é fragilizar/desconstrir as narrativas que as pessoas trazem, visto que se
estao a procurar ajuda é pq essas narrativas, as narativas problematicas, a atrapalham,
ou seja, ocupam tanto espaço q nao dao espaço para outras aparecerem; é
domiinante, inflexivel, totalizadora (impoe regras e nao se adapta)
esse contexto é construido nao so em familia, mas em todo o meio social, ou seja, é
preciso ler essa narrativa à luz desse contexto social e cultural e tambem
idiossincrático.
