Review
ocorreram e foram concluídas no passado;
● Essas ações não têm continuidade no presente;
uso do sufixo –ed, como em I watched a horror movie;
● A exceção acontece no caso de verbos irregulares,
como na forma afirmativa do verbo “be”. Ex.: I was
responsible for this production.

Simple Past: negative form
o auxiliar “did” seguido da palavra “not” (ou didn’t)
anteriormente ao verbo principal. Veja os exemplos:
“Pedro did not (didn’t) like the movie.”
“Suzana and Carla did not (didn’t) go to the movies.”
“I did not (didn’t) enjoy the movie.”
passado, como na forma afirmativa, pois o uso do did not
