Fluido claro, avermelhado, espumoso e sanguinolento na traqueia, que continuou até
a bifurcação e desceu para os brônquios grandes e pequenos, principalmente no lado
esquerdo. O lobo cranial esquerdo do pulmão estava hiperêmico com vários focos de
hemorragias.

• A tosse excessiva foi uma reação ao estímulo mecânico mesmo com uso de
lidocaína intratraqueal;
• A principal causa pra um procedimento simples pode causar este quadro, é
uma sensibilidade exacerbada do trato respiratório, em decorrência de uma
inflamação.
