diferença entre a periodização ondulatória semanal e a diária é o intervalo para que
se da para alterar a intensidade sendo que na diária essa alteração ocorre nas
seções de treinamento já na semanal mudança e feita no final de cada microciclo
(PRESTES et al., 2016).
