Comunicação Não-
Violenta (CNV)
• É uma abordagem de comunicação
desenvolvida pelo psicólogo Marshall
Rosenberg na década de 1960, que
escolheu esse nome inspirado nos
trabalhos de resistência não-violenta de
Gandhi e Martin Luther King . A CNV tem
como objetivo criar conexões autênticas
e empáticas entre as pessoas,
promovendo a compreensão mútua e a
resolução pacífica de conflitos.

“Embora possamos não considerar ‘violenta’ a


maneira que falamos, nossas palavras não raro
induzem à mágoa e à dor, seja para os outros, seja
para nós mesmos.”

São quatro áreas que, quando focamos nossa atenção nelas e nos comunicamos a partir delas, nos reconectamos
com a nossa capacidade compassiva e com a alegria de contribuir com a vida uns dos outros.

● Observação : Refere-se a descrever objetivamente o que está acontecendo sem


julgamento ou interpretação pessoal.

Por exemplo: Se estou com alguém e digo “tem três copos e um livro em cima da mesa” ela
pode ver e comprovar, com seus próprios olhos, o que eu digo.

A observação é essencial para a CNV por nos aproximar de uma leitura de realidade
compartilhada, na qual estamos de acordo sobre o que foi feito ou dito, e isso diminui as
barreiras para seguirmos a conversa.
