TRATAMENTO MEDICAMENTOSO
• Midazolam

• IN: 0,2 – 0,3mg/kg/dose (max 7,5mg/dose)
• Midazolam – 5mg/5mL ou 15mg/3mL ou 50mg/10mL
• Manutenção: IC 1 – 18mcg/kg/min
TRATAMENTO MEDICAMENTOSO
• Fenitoína – 10 – 20mg/kg, IV
• Fenitoína – 250mg/5ml
• Dica: 0,3ml x P
• Manutenção: 5 – 7 mg/kg/dia
• Fenobarbital – 20mg/kg
• Fenobarbital – 200mg/1mL
• Dica: 0,1mL x P
• Manutenção: 3 – 5 mg/kg/dia
• Tiopental – 2 – 5mg/kg IV
• Tiopental – 500mg ou 1000mg
