1.1 CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES (> 10 anos e < 20 anos)– pontos de corte de IMC por idade
a. Calcular o IMC (Kg/m2);
b. Situar o valor na tabela de IMC por idade (WHO, 2007) de classificação em percentil e escore-z;
c. Classificar o estado nutricional de acordo com a localização do IMC na tabela de IMC por idade
(WHO, 2007), considerando os pontos de corte abaixo (WHO, 2006/2007)

GET2 = [389 – (41,2 x idade*)] + [Atividade Física x (15,0 x peso*) + (701,6 x altura*)]
* utilizar idade em anos; altura em metros e peso em quilogramas.
