This subject, on the other hand, aims specifically, to enable students to know, develop and use
the four skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening); to enable and inculcate on the
students, knowledge and abilities about grammatical aspects of English language, so that they
can be able to use the English language effectively: to enable them to know and use( in
speaking and writing), terms related to the professional perspective of the course, spare time,
travel and journeys, making friends, education and learning, time, weather and climate, health
and nutrition, customs and traditions, and on. An assignment letter is a letter that conveys the
writer’s intention of assigning some of his or her rights to an assignee. This letter is used in
different situations like the bankruptcy of a business or it could be simply used to give the
right to the assignee to act on the behalf of the assigner. This is one of the letters that are
hardly used, but still it is still essential in knowing how to write a good assignment letter in
case you will need to write it in the future.

Methodology
 This direct translation method has been deemed the most unreliable method because it

is dependent on the knowledge of the individual translator, yet it is the most widely
used method (Erkut et. al., 1999).

 Translation by Committee: Two or more bilingual individuals translate the text or


instrument from the original language to the translated version. The committee by
consensus can produce a final translated version or allow an independent observer to
select the most appropriate version. Drawbacks to this method are that committee
members can have the same world view or have similar backgrounds thus producing
the translated instrument skewed one way (Marin & Marin, 1991).

 Back-Translation Method: Two independent translators are involved in this preferred


method. Translator one translates the original version into the target language then the
second translator translates it back into the original language. The researcher can
consult with the translators to determine discrepancies.

Dear John

I hope this letter finds your in the best of spirits . sorry , i have not been writing as regulary as
i should. That is that i have just informed you about my friend Jack,now he hás already gone
to chimoio to do a short term course in fashion gesingning . it will take him about six month
or possibly 8 mounths. I was wondering if you would also like to do this course winth him
after all,you hav allways been one of the most fashionable among my brother and friends.
Wouldn nt it be Great if you could turn that pession into a rewarding carrer? As you know
fashion hás become na integral part ofour lives and as such there is a huge demand for fashion
designers . that means you and my friend Jack won,t have to worry about fiding a Job after
doing this course. Let me know if you are interested.

Conclusion

Here are my Works from the first partial , that althoungh i found the some thinhg difficult.
Educators of English Language Learners are confronted with difficulties. These difficulties
include very little professional development on how to instruct ELLs. Our school likewise
offers after-school help. This help is instructional exercise direction for ELLs offered by our
bilingual certified educator three times a week. As a teacher I will help children learn and use
aspects of language associated with the academic discourse of the various school subject to
ensure that there is time and practice. There is nothing teachers can do to rush English
acquisition, but we can find many avenues to provide ways to opportunities to practice
English in the classroom. If they are structured to support student-to-student or group
interaction, ELLs are required to use English language to explain concepts and contribute to
the work. This gives teachers an opportunity to gauge what the student has learned, and it also
helps the student to demonstrate his/her progress in English language development. As an
educator I can also informally assess for correct use of language structures and academic
vocabulary.
