This literature review aims to identify and analyze the main factors and
principles of an entrepreneurial leader, based on a comprehensive review of
existing literature. Studies conclude that effective entrepreneurial leaders
possess a unique combination of skills, characteristics and principles that allow
them to drive innovation, take calculated risks and adapt to new circumstances.
the study also identified the importance of emotional intelligence, resilience and
ethical leadership in the context of entrepreneurial leadership. It is extremely
important to talk about the subject, as it has important implications for the
development of entrepreneurial leadership programs and the cultivation of
effective entrepreneurial leaders.
